They were both so friendly and such great people! The true definition of what an amazing business owner is! The design and vibe that was created inside Citas Cafe was truly thought out and beautiful! The flavors came out as expected, but it is was on the sweeter side. The drinks here are on the pricier side. Each of our 16 oz drinks were over $10 after tax and tip. They offer larger cups too around 24oz, similar to a Venti from Starbucks. Given the price only, it's hard for me to justify repeat visits. The store itself is tiny. There is no room for you to sit down and enjoy your drink. The staff were great. They were kind and very attentive despite being very busy when we went. The night before I search of Salina has a Peets Coffee ?. Sure they did, its the best one so far for both of us. The place is big and have a lot of space, not like most Peets in Santa Clara county. It is a guarantee that you will find a table at this one no matter what time you come in. The internet ? you don't need s pass code for it, its open no matter how long you stay. The coffee ??? Wow! My husband is very hard to satisfy when it comes to his cappuccino, but at this place ? he was smiling and said to me that, that was by far the best cappuccino he ever had at any Peets and I can tell it looks really good in the cup. I had a latte it was also one of the best I ever had, its one of the reason why I choose Peets over Starbucks in the first place, their latte is much better taste for me. This whole experience with good coffee was possible because of the manager at this Peets at the time, sorry I didn't catch her name but I am sure she has to be the manager here if not she deserve to be a manager. She is the white very fit lady who worked there very early that morning. She is good, she knows what she is doing, I can feel from every sip of that coffee that she had her mind into it. However I do agree with other review about their complain about other service but I won't take 5 stars from the first sip of coffee I had. I'm a huge fan of boba pearls, so I ALWAYS order double boba with my drink. I have no problem paying the extra charge for it. Unfortunately, I've had two separate experiences where they couldn't make my order because they didn't have enough boba available for double boba. Both times, I ended up leaving empty handed because that's the whole reason I came. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a boba shop to have enough boba on hand, especially for customers who are willing to pay extra. This seems like a preventable inventory and supply planning issue. If I were managing the store, I'd want to make sure we never ran out of our main product. After today's experience, I've decided I won't be returning. It's disappointing because this used to be my go to spot, but this has happened one too many times.
