This place is just a mile away from my parent's house and I've been coming here regularly for years. It's definitely a top spot for me in Troy to continuously visit. It's great for all meals, with the brunch menu, as well as regular lunch and dinner. They have great prices and the portions are enough for two meals. They serve a huge variety of food, from regular American food and pastas to more middle eastern cuisine. It's always worth stopping by. I personally love the kafta kabob and regularly order platters from here for my family. read more

We were only drinking waters, the server came back 3 times to ask us if we wanted liquor and we said no each time, but she never brought us water refills or even asked if we needed anything. We were a party of 4 and they brought out 3 meals, leaving 1 person in the party with no food until we were all almost done eating. The waitress said the cook forgot the meal. Didn't discount it or anything. They are very very very slow with service over all. The food was decent but it is very over priced. I did enjoy the music they played it had a club vibe to it. Come here and leave happy. This place is located on its own lot with plenty of parking. It's a huge building with indoor seating, mini bar area, and enclosed indoor seating with a nice view of outside. Very friendly staff and owner. The food here was veryyyy delicious. I did not expect this to be as great as I thought it would be. I was told they are known for their pasts dishes. Being from the east coast I did not expect their pasta to be that good. Not only was the pasta dish I had was amazing, so was the gyro with fresh made tzaziki sauce, and fresh made bread. Glad we tried this place out (recommended by a friend). I was out with 3 friends, and everyone enjoyed the chill ambiance--perfect restaurant to sit and chat while we ate--and their food choices. I had a large Greek salad, which was tasty, but the real star was the pita bread and whipped garlic!!! Drooling just thinking about it! My friends had the house made Mac n' cheese, fish and chips, and buffalo chicken wrap and all were happy with their meals. Good re-use of an old Big Boy. Open and airy space. Could use a little more decoration/personality. The menu is mostly Middle Eastern in character, but there are random other things mixed in. This place was so cute. I wasn't expecting it to be a cute little brunch spot but once you walk in, everything changes. Our waitress was extremely kind and helpful. Not sure why all the high ratings, maybe their breakfast is better than lunch/ Dinner. Calamari was super fried that you had to really chew. The burger tasted frozen, and they forgot my bacon. Truffles fries was good. My daughter order some new Asian stir-fry and it was not good. My other daughter ordered meat tacos and they over cooked the meat. PS. Silverware was not clean, they need to up their quality or maybe hire a new chef. My personal experience maybe it won't be yours. read more

Fist visit was great so I had to go back and try breakfast. Very familiar breakfast favs that all looked great but I kept coming back ti one called the Iranian Chila fry. It's basically a beef stew in a tomato based sauce with onions and peppers. Asked the waiter and he said it was a great choice. It was! Very savory and absolutely delicious. The kind of meal that you are sad when it's done. It came with two eggs and hash browns. All very fresh and tasty. Only issue is that while most of the breakfast items topped out at about $12, this was $19. No regrets at all but the price almost made me try something else. read more

That chicken shwarma is not like the dry stuff u get when it's sliced off a big meat brick. + tortilla soup is good. Creamy and spicy +very open space and clean. Christmas decorations are not overdone. + they have alcohol and happy hour. Cons - they got my girlfriend salad wrong. She wanted no tomatoes, but I did, but they gave her tomatoes. They also didn't give her any cucumbers but gave me some (when we ordered the same dish) Our server Sophia is super chill and nice. I'd definitely come back here. Chicken lemon rice soup. Cajun shrimp fettuccini and palomino pasta with shrimp. We got an order of 6 buffalo wings. Got a lava cake at the end. This is a very good bistro. There's a very large selection of different cuisines, including breakfast served all day. Last time, I had the chicken lemon rice soup, pretty decent and a salad with a saganaki appetizer. Kids got breakfast, husband got a gyro and all had good reports. My mom kept bugging me to try this place out ( used to be a big boys) since we've never been so I gave in and decided to try it. Jay jays was dead when I walked in- literally just one table of two people and aprox 16-20 workers?! The worker to customer ratio was crazy lol I couldn't help but giggle at that one. Weird part was service wasn't even that good.. They have a lot of mediterranean food options but I was expecting a lot cheaper prices. Everything was roughly $10-20, while that's not horrible I was just planning on coney prices, or even more coney like options. I ordered the gyro dinner ($11) came with strips of meat, a soup or salad, bread, and season fries. It wasn't horrible but nothing I would run back to. The tatziki was pretty good and the flavor of the meat was nice as well. I think I prefer KouZinas gyro but it wasn't bad! Fries were pretty greasy and soggy. My dad ordered the shawarma and he said it was dry, although he did like that tj was a pressed sandwich. My sister got the fish and chips and you could just tell it was the yellow box in the frozen section. The food was mediocre but nothing to run back over. (Although I DIDNT factor this into my rating I totally think they should have remodeled it or at least changed the floors!
