Exceptional. We were quoted $488 for a 3 man crew for them to pack my girlfriend's apartment, then take the truck to my apartment on the 3rd floor, pack that, and then take the contents of both apartments to our new place on the 4th floor. They told us they'd be there at 8. At 7:59 we received a call that they were outside. Lalo, Jaime and Armando came in with guns blazing and just kicked ass in that apartment. We had a couch and an armoire that we needed to throw out, they politely offered to throw it out for us. 39 minutes later, her apartment was EMPTY. THIRTY NINE MINUTES. Bed, desk, couch, tables, probably about 20 boxes.... GONE. We were shocked. They got to my apartment after following my car, went right to work. It couldn't have taken them more than an hour and they had that place empty. Keep in mind, I've got a LOT of stuff. We got to our new place, a 4th floor walk up, and they went right to work. I offered them breaks, they wouldn't take them. Sometimes taking LITERALLY 6 boxes on their backs at a time, they ran up and down those stairs with smiles on their faces and were so grateful when I had water and gatorade for them at the top. We finished at 12:00 well under the $488 they'd estimated for us. Lalo, Jaime and Armando were hands down the most professional, courteous, and polite individuals going. I cannot even REMOTELY recommend them enough. For those other people who have rated these guys under 5 stars, I'm shocked. I hired these guys for the past two moves I've had. One time they were early, the next time they were late. The nice thing is that they were only about a half hour late, and they called me. Overall their prices were fair, but I did not use them for my most current move, as their prices have increased, and they were no longer able to fit in my budget. DO NOT USE IF YOU CARE ABOUT TIMELINESS AND PROPER TRAINING Our movers were 3 hours late to our scheduled appointment. I later found out it was because we had been double-booked, and the crew that moved us was on their way home from 2 completed moves, and were called back in to service us. They were tired. Our total time was 4pm - 10:30pm. I spent $100 on dinner for them because I felt so bad for them. During the move, the movers packaged up all of our custom framed artwork by stacking frames together and wrapping them in plastic. Instead of wrapping them front-to-front and back-to-back, the movers wrapped them front-to-back, which means the hardware on the back of one dug into the front of the frame behind it. In total, 21 frames are damaged and need to be completely replaced. Additionally, we discovered our subwolfer, toy chest, and large humidifier were all broken as well. I reached out to Jay Movers via phone to seek a resolution, and Jay, the owner, was exceptionally rude to me. He interrupted me several times while I was trying to explain the situation, and he spoke to me like I had done something wrong; like I was putting him out. He did not follow up with a proposed solution via email as he promised to do. I then followed up via email and phone and worked with BK, who was actually pleasant to deal with. Jay's proposed solution is to reimburse us $0.30 per pound of damaged property. This is the minimum requirement; the max in Illinois is $2.00 per pound, and is set that way to protect a moving company against depreciated items. However, if you know anything about framed art, you know they're not "used" in the same way as other furniture. In fact, they're some of the most well-kept pieces in a home. And you know if someone is only giving you $0.30 per pound, even after factoring in the TWENTY ONE DAMAGED PIECES, you still won't be reimbursed to replace even one frame. Ultimately, we haven't been able to agree on an acceptable solution, so I have filed a complaint with the Illinois Commerce Commission. read more

I was moving on the 20th so I kind of assumed it wouldn't be difficult to book movers. My previous movers had gone out of business and so I went on Yelp and did a little research. I did a bunch of online quote requests on the 11th. The next day they all started coming back staying that they were booked just past the 1st of May. I panicked and went back to Yelp and just started calling anyone who seemed to have decent reviews. Jay Movers were able to book me for the day (and almost to the hour) that I wanted. Score! I was feeling good! Susan, who I booked with, was delightful and the process went smoothly! I really toggled between two and three stars. There are aspects of this move that have really pissed me off and others that have cool my temper a bit, but last night was the final straw in regard to writing a review. I'm not totally sure on all of the guys names. The lead guy was pretty awesome and so was the guy named Jimmy, but the third guy was so bad that he cancelled out ever good feeling I had for the other two guys. They showed up a half hour early. When you're moving, a half hour early is too early. I still had last minute things to do, but whatever. The lead guy and I did a walk through of what needed to happen and then he started wrapping my furniture while the other guys started moving things out. I put most of my boxes by the front door to make it easier on them. That stuff should have gone in the truck in 20 minutes max. I've moved before, I'm familiar with the process. It took much longer. Primarily because the other guy was so damn slow. Thank goodness I wasn't moving too far. I was perpetually freaking out that we were going to go way over time and that I wasn't going to be able to tip well. Moving crap for a living can't be the most fun so I like to tip nicely. We got to my new place and the super slow guy (who had a really crap-tastic attitude) would not listen to me about where boxes should go. I was moving into a smaller place and things needed to come in a certain way so it wouldn't all cram up. He just kept plopping everything in the living room. I had to frantically run around moving boxes where they were supposed to go. Every box was labeled but that didn't seem to matter. Then I discovered that the lid to my record player was broken.... courtesy of the one bad mover. At that point I had reached my frustration level and some tears started to eek there way out. At one point I told the lead guy that while he was pretty great and so was Jimmy, the other guy was so bad that he was starting to mess with their tip. I only budgeted so much and if they went over cause the other guy couldn't step it up then there was no choice but to take it from the tip. They went 15 minutes over which they didn't charge me for because, after all, they did wreck my record player. So I was feeling a little better. Despite this other guy being such a @(#*$&. I put the episode behind me but over the last couple of days I've discovered a couple things that have really pissed me off. They didn't use furniture covers when they moved my Lane hope chest (that belonged to my mother) and gouged the front of the lid. Thanks guys. BEST MOVE EVER! Today, 7/31/2014, I enlisted the service of Jay Movers for a intra-Chicago move from Irving Park to West Ridge. The crew 4 man of Ken-(Boss), Jaime, Alfedo, & Raul were suppose to be at my home at 7:00AM, they were arrived 10 mins prior, now I am impressed. The 4-man crew wasted no time getting to work. These guys wasted no moments as they were busy the entire period until every item was on the truck; and at the new place, the entire same process, where does Ken's crew gets it energy? Its from pride in their work. Ken's crew was motivated, respectful of any request to place an item there or there. LETS TALK SECURITY: 1st all item arrived as it left my old place, 100% intact. Nothing was missing; nothing was broken; thank you guys? KEN THE GROUP LEADER: Ken was the most professional boss of any moving crew I had the pleasure to deal with; Ken was very accommodating, Ken moderated his crew with progressive precision, and it was clear the crew respected him and his position. MY OTHER THOUGHTS AND SHARED EXPERIENCE: I am a retired 21 year Army VET, who relocated 13 times in my 21 years in the Army, and 3 times since my retirement in 2011, so I know a thing or two about good and bad movers, Jay Movers crew, lead by Ken is probably the best I have seen. What makes him the best out of the many I have dealt with? Again, it is Ken's dedication and eagerness to get it right and satisfy the customer. So the move itself was average. They were 45 mins late (which could of been a problem because i had to rent an elevator to get out of my highrise) but that happens. The move and price were average. You could do better. They didn't work fast, they didn't work slow. They were not friendly, they were not unfriendly. On this aspect they were just ok. However, they did lose my wine rack it the move, which sucks but I understand these things happen I guess. The worst part is the terrible customer service I received when asking about it. I contacted them and they said they would let me know by end of day then dropped off the map. It has been a week and I have follow up SIX times with no reply. Clearly it is lost, but a simple reply would be nice! Needless to say I will never use them again. As good as it gets, in an ironic and I can't believe their service is so bad kind of way. I was very unsatisfied with my movers, that's pretty evident from my first review. I've had two phone calls from the company, the first one was fine. They asked what they could do to make me happy. Ok, kudos for that. The second one I got was from the great Jay himself. What a jerk. He tells me that he wants to come in and look at my stuff, to see if the movers really should have gotten it done quicker, then he tells me that the 2 1/2 hour estimation they gave me wasn't an estimation, that all he was doing was telling me that was their minimum. So, basically he just told me that when I called I wasn't even given an estimation! Then, he tells me that only very low class people use the "f word". Ok, so now Jay himself has called me low class and told me that I was never given an estimation. All I have to say is WOW. My move went along swimmingly from the get go. Based on yelp reviews, I chose Jay and filled in the online estimate form. Within 5 minutes, someone called and my move was scheduled bright and earlier than they usually schedule on Sunday morning of the Pride parade, which floats right by my move out address. They speedily and with super-human strength moved everything down from the third floor in east lakeview and up to third floor via the. most. hellish. steps. ever. in the ukrainian village. They even made sure my cat didn't escape. All in right at 2.5 hours and maybe $25 over the estimate. It's without a doubt the best money I've ever (borrowed from my parents) spent. Caveat: THE TAPE. They cocooned a cheap veneered bookshelf in tape and when i removed it the "wood" went with. I don't care about said shelf, so not an issue, BUT if i did it wouldn't be such a happy ending. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! I had so many problems with this move. First, Jay's called us daily for 2 weeks leading up to the move asking us to change the time to earlier in the day because we were their only job. We could not move earlier because I could not get into my apartment any earlier. Then, on moving day, they show up 30 minutes late. On the 5 minute drive from my old to new apartment, the movers got lost for 90 minutes! 90 minutes!! They refused to accept directions to our new apartment, but did hear us say that it was only 5 minutes away. But somehow ended up going 45 minutes out of the way before realizing it and turning back around. We could not even reach them for the first 30 minutes of this getting lost debacle and were worried they had just taken off with our stuff. Multiple pieces of furniture were scratched/damaged. The next morning when I turned on my 40 inch flatscreen tv, it was RUINED! The LED screen was cracked during the move and the entire tv will have to be replaced. I called Jay's for 2 days before anyone even acknowledged me. Then, I spoke to Jay who offered me $50 for my tv. This tv cost $500! He claimed that's all he is liable for. I will be taking him to small claims court, but hopefully you do not have to go through this drama. Pick a mover, any other mover. I have moved 3 times with movers in the city, and though it's never perfect - I have never had issues like these. And to top it all off, they made us pay in cash so we can't protest the charge with the credit card company. read more

DO NOT USE JAY MOVERS! We chose Jay Movers because of their positive reviews on Yelp! but please read my review and be warned. There are dozens of movers in the Chicagoland area and I don't want you to have the same experience we did. My wife and I recently used Jay Movers for a very easy move (a 1BR condo north of Wrigley to our new condo in Wicker Park). The day of the move we thought all went well: the three gentlemen that came were efficient and on time. A few days after our move we noticed one of our boxes was missing. We noticed because the box that was missing contained dishes and cutlery (knives, spoons, etc). This was one week after the move and we promptly alerted Jay Movers. This is where things started to go very wrong. They repeatedly told us they would look into the situation and call us back, neither of which they ever actually did. FIVE separate phone conversations over TWO weeks resulted in absolutely no concern or effort from any members of their staff. Tim, Eddie, Armondo....all promised me the simplest of things (a returned phone call) but not a single one of them actually did so. I have never "Yelped" before and am not what you would call a complainer, but this situation has been very frustrating and if I can help anyone else avoid this stress then I'd like to do so. Moving is a simple art: using a truck and x-number of moving men, take my belongs from my previous residence to my new residence, for a fee. For all of the folks on Yelp who rated Jay Movers highly, I'm sure the experience was just as simple and easy as I just described. However, if you have ANY SORT of issue after-the-fact with this moving company, please know that they give you a response that makes you think they could absolutely care less. They "only" lost some plates and cutlery, but what if it had been something more personal or had a great deal of sentimental value? If you have narrowed down your list of moving companies to Jay Movers and however many others, please take my experience into consideration before signing off on their services. read more

Since I am clearly insane and always think that I can find a better apartment, my boyf and I went on the hunt and found a great new space on the west side. We were all set to rent a truck again and enlist our closest friends in schlepping our stuff across town- but due to a series of snafu's it seemed like moving ourselves was no longer in the cards. So after a series of 'why god WHY!' and uncontrollable whining, I hit up yelp, looking for reasonable movers. Due to such great reviews, I went with these guys. So thank you, fellow yelpers! Eduardo and his crew did a great job- they arrived promptly at 8, were friendly, efficient and quick! We didn't lose a single item in the move, nothing was broken or even scratched. What a relief! The down side was that they didn't even come close to their 2.5 hour quote. It took almost twice as long. But in fairness I don't blame them. I think we had close to 50 million boxes full of crap. And they were always working to get everything done. I swear one of the guys was balancing a TV on his head while carrying another box. I think they were secretly magicians. The positive spin on this was that they took that into account when the bill was settled. They didn't charge us for the 2 extra wardrobe boxes, padding, etc, nor did charge us for the full time they went over (WHEW!) $441 for 3 movers from 8-12:45 wound up being worth every penny! Ok so picture this, I am moving into the city from oak park. In oak park i had a massive apartment, in the city not so much... So i did the wise thing and purged and purged and purged and when i was done, i purged some more... got rid of a ton of stuff. From a friend's recommendation i log on to YELP to find reviews on movers and found Jay Movers... not a negative review to be found, so i thought they must be good. Filled out the quote request, and immediately received a call from Mr. Jay himself... I was quoted around $350 (a steal for me seeing as the last time i moved i dished out $1000). The movers, who by the way have names (Lalo (who i believe is in the picture gallery, first form the left), Jaime and Juan) arrived at 8:36 (they were scheduled for 9am). We got the paperwork out of the way and they started loading etc. Let me tell you, the kindest, friendliest guys ive worked with! Lalo was absolutely fantastic (i suggest you request him by name). One thing that Lalo pointed out about the job is that its not just moving furniture, but that teamwork is critical to an efficient move. These three guys worked so well together. They loaded my apartment in less than an hour people!!!! At the new apartment, well we ran into a little issue: after all of that purging, i still had too much stuff! Lalo and the guys were great at pacing themselves so that we didnt get backed up with all of the stuff that i should have left etc. They cared, they were fast, they were awesome... oh yeah and it all turned out to be less than $300. Jay Movers was one of the most reasonable priced, while also receiving the best reviews. Once I was ready to make the appointment, I called the office and spoke with the office manager, BK. He was as professional as they come, and even gave me a courtesy call the day before to confirm the move. As far as moving day, the guys were awesome! A friend of mine recommended Jay Movers and it just so happened that they were the least expensive option. I am so happy that I chose to use them. They were prompt, professional, and quick! One of the guys called in, so it was only 2 of them, but that didn't seem to slow them down. Teddy and Enrique were so helpful, polite, and courteous. They even helped me unstick my paint-sealed windows to install my ac unit. They were patient with my requests for furniture to be placed in certain areas, and seemed to really go above and beyond. SUPER SPEEDY!!! They quoted us for 6-7 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment plus 1 bedroom from another apartment to our new third floor, 3 bedroom place, and it only took them 4.75 hours! I was thrilled to not have to give away all the cash I'd pulled out to pay them! My only criticism is that I don't think they shrink wrapped our mattresses even though we requested that when we made the appointment. I moved on 9/28/2013 with the help of Adam, Roger, and Mike. I had 2.5 hours to move and was worried as the back alleyway to move was very narrow. The boys came and moved all of my stuff out in an hour, got to my new place and moved everything in effortlessly. Completely finished in 2 hours and during the whole time they were so polite and very careful with my things. My parents recommended Jay's movers when they used them in August during their move. Their move took 8 hours. The movers were so polite and nice, never complained and worked really hard during the humid, hot weather. I HIGHLY suggest using Jay's Movers. This was our first time using movers and I can't imagine moving any other way, it was AMAZING! We had Armando, Ricardo and Roman come to our apartment to move the heavier pieces of furniture and some of our heavy boxes and it was like magic how quick and efficiently everything was wrapped, packed into the van, and then unloaded at the new apartment! We were expecting at least 2.5 hours of work and the whole thing was COMPLETE start to finish in 1.5 hours. We have a red couch that has become the infamous couch amongst our family and friends who have helped us move in the past because it is so heavy and cumbersome. Within minutes they had the couch from the alley, up the steps, through the narrow hallway, all the way to our living room. That alone was enough to get 5 stars from me, but everyone was also so nice and accommodating and made the entire day much less stressful. My boyfriend and I only used Jay Movers after finding out another company didn't move pianos. I had some reservations because of some of the Yelp reviews and wish I had gone with my gut and found another company. We have used professional movers twice before, for the same amount of stuff, and this was the most expensive and worst move for us. I feel completely taken for a ride. On move day, four guys arrived at 3:20 (late), assessed our large apartment and then proceeded to make a big show of saying that we had more stuff than they expected, they needed a bigger truck, and they didn't know the piano was on the 2nd floor, and that our place needed to be a day move because they don't work past 5:00PM. Um...WHAT? We told Jay our place was a second floor, four bedroom apartment when it was really a three bedroom just to overestimate. And, we weren't told the movers didn't work past 5:00PM. I asked, why then did the boss book a 3:00PM move that was estimated to take 5 hours? The Foreman said he didn't know and then proceeded to make a call to his boss and talk for a few minutes. He then pulled us aside and told us his guys would do the move and that he THOUGHT it would all fit, but we had to be sure to take care of him and his guys. We had to give them a good tip. Yep, really bad way to start a move, but what choice did we have? So, my boyfriend said, yes, let's just get this done. To sum it up, when we were watching them they worked hard, but they weren't careful with anything. They didn't pay attention to the boxes marked fragile, or ask where we wanted things placed. Many things arrived broken or damaged, boxes clearly marked "FRAGILE" were crushed from being stacked under boxes of books, furniture was dented and scratched, and they ruined the front of our Stainless Steel refrigerator - it now has two large deep scratches. To add insult to injury, they only got about 3/4 of our belongings on the truck and we had to make five van trips the next day to move the rest of our belongings! Moving is stressful enough, do not try to save a few bucks by hiring Jay Movers. Do NOT trust their estimates or their customer service and be prepared to be scammed for a large tip. I have to leave review for the movers: Teddy, Ron, and Carlos from Jay Movers because I'm too satisfied!! OMG they are super FAST!! They have been professional and friendly from the beginning to the end, and they were extremely fast too. The first thing they told me when they arrived was they wanted to organize and arrange everything well so that the move can be finished asap. Indeed, it took them 40 minutes (!!) to get out from the building and finish the loading, and 30 minutes (!!!) to finish the unloading at the other building! (We did organized stuff in boxes, but it was still extremely fast! We had little stuff as well) Throughout the moving, even though I was not nearby the truck, they treated my stuff carefully during the loading (I happened to see them loading my stuff when I was waiting for the elevator at upstairs). After unloading is finished, I asked if they could move heavy furniture fixed on the wall and they agreed readily. After assessing the furniture, they asked me to sign on the agreement for damage liability (of course this is not supposed to be the scope of their insurance and I should be responsible for the damage). The furniture had to be detached from the wall, and they disassembled it for me! At the time everything including the disassembling is finished, it was exactly 2 hours. Because Jay Movers has the minimum hours 2.5 hours, and because the furniture disassembling is not included in their service (to the best of my knowledge) they could have refused to do the work for me by giving tons of reasons, but they helped me gladly! For the moving with cost $343, I gave the movers $100 as the tip. We didn't have anything hard to move and we organized most of the things in boxes already so it was fairly easy moving compared to others. But I still think they should have been tipped more considering the service I received from them. Definitely, if they'll be the movers next time I move, I'll choose Jay Movers again! read more

This moving company is absolutely fantastic! Definitely the biggest bang for your buck in Chicago. We were referred by three coworkers that used them in the past. We did a lot of shopping around too and got lots of quotes from all of the movers in the city. Jay Movers has the best price by far. We could not have asked for a better team either. They were so quick, responsive and careful with all of our items. All three of the guys were extremely professional and definitely knew what they were doing. I've never seen someone maneuver a truck in an alley so well or seen someone slap 4 boxes on their back and carry them all down two flights of stairs. Hmmm. After a pleasant experience with these guys last year, I used them again for my spring move. I had two of the same movers, and they even remembered me from the year before (kudos!). But there was a bit too much talk about tipping and poor tippers they'd experienced in the past (which I knew was a forewarning that I'd better tip well). I had never used a moving company in the past, so I didn't know what to expect or what to look for when shopping around. The first place I got a quote from to move our stuff out of storage in Joliet and move us to the North Side of Chi was around $900! I was very discouraged. I called up Jay Movers and they quoted almost a 1/3 of that... I couldn't believe it. They just finished up our move not more than an hour ago and they were great. The 3 guys that moved us were polite, courteous, and they hustled their butts off. They never complained once even in this stupid rain and cold. Everything was moved quickly and with care. These guys are PROS at what they do. I've used Jay Movers twice, once in a big move and once in a small move. Both times SENSATIONAL service. Very friendly guys. Everything came unharmed. VERY reasonable pricing. On my second time with these guys I was a poor packer and they even helped me pack my stuff up and wrapped it up real good so it wouldn't get hurt. What a class act! But our move came up with short notice on an insanely popular weekend. BK was calm and confident from the very beginning - putting our anxiety to rest that all would work out. On moving day (a holiday mind you), the movers arrived ON TIME and couldn't have been more courteous and professional. Everything was handled with care - no damage to our goods/furniture - and everything came in on time and on budget estimate. We had them pack the kitchen in addition to move and I've never seen better packing. The move-in was fast and efficient, keeping us under time and under budget. Thankfully, I have not had to move very often. The last time was 14 years ago. Back then, I used Golan, but the last time my friend used them on my reccomendation they broke some dishes and scratched some furniture. So decided to look on Yelp and I found Jay Movers. They have great reviews from everyone and deserve each one. Tim Miller was the first person I spoke to over the phone. He was personable and able to answer all my questions. My movers showed up on time. In fact, they called early in the morning to see if they could arrive 1 hour earlier. Lalo, Jaime, Amaury, and Miquel were my moving team and they were incredible. I do not have a lot of furniture, but I have a personal media library that is quite extensive. Lalo and his crew took great care to keep all my boxes organized just as I had in my home. When they moved them, they kept them together and unloaded them orderly as well. It took 7 hours and they needed a full truck. It was not as easy move. Jay Movers were the best. I would reccomend them to anyone. They are professional, attentive, and reasonably priced. read more

Had a great experience with Jay Movers! Talked to Tim on the phone who was SUPER helpful, accommodating and friendly. Was able to slip in a 2nd stop into my moving plan - as well as getting the team to arrive earlier than we had originally planned. The moving team was great, I wish I wasn't such an idiot and could remember their names, but it was 3 guys and the team lead was super friendly and helpful. They worked hard, I've heard folks complain about movers standing around talking on their cell phones - these guys used bluetooth to make sure they could chat and bust their butts at the same time :-) I was shocked by some how much these guys could carry on their own with just a few straps to hold bunches of boxes or furniture together - but everything made it down 2 VERY TIGHT flights of stairs and nothing got broken (and i had at least 100 various beer glasses and bottles - pretty impressive). Between the 1st and 2nd stop I grab the guys some hot dogs and stuff, as they'd been going since 7am, and showed up to my place earlier they hadn't even stopped for lunch and I was more than happy to see them fed. They didn't waste a minute sitting around gabbing, they gobbled their food and were quickly on their way to the 2nd stop. The move took longer than expected, but not because they weren't working hard, i just ended up having a lot more than i expected, definitely underestimated how much stuff - they were very accurate in their charges and charged me the agreed upon rate in 15 minute increments. All in all super happy with Jay Movers, I'd definitely use them again. read more

Used Jay Movers for another move (hopefully the last for awhile) and it was so quick, easy and stress-free it didn't even feel like moving - crazy right? The movers are so nice and professional, and they took care of my stuff super well. They didn't even complain to me about how I was moving from a 3rd floor walkup to a 4th floor walkup - yikes. I so wanted to give them 5 stars, but unfortunately I can't. I requested quotes from 4 different movers I found on Yelp. One quoted me at $500-$600 which I thought was a little high (they then failed to respond to my follow-up email for booking the move so I didn't go with them), one quoted me at $720 (completely ridiculous for a one bedroom apartment), one was booked, and Jay Movers quoted me at $396. Booking the move was easy - after receiving the quote via email I called and set up the move in about 5 minutes. They called a couple days beforehand to confirm. The day before the move, however, they called to ask if they could switch from 8AM to 1PM because one of their trucks broke down. Since I had nothing else planned the day of the move it wasn't a problem. But I wonder what they would have done if no one was flexible? Shouldn't they have a backup plan and be able to rent a truck when one of theirs breaks down? On the day of the move, I received a call at 1:10PM (10 minutes after they were supposed to be there) telling me they were running late and would be there in 25 minutes. They finally arrived at 1:45PM (this is why I wanted to be the first move of the day - the second move always gets screwed over). They put the start time down as 2PM instead of 1:45PM and didn't charge me for packing supplies due to their tardiness. They actually ended up coming in under the quote - $352. With a $60 tip added on, I was still well under the other quotes I had received. The 3 men were very courteous, and none of my stuff was damaged. Despite the sweltering heat, they worked efficiently. If you're not too strict on your time and are working on a budget, I recommend Jay Movers. read more
