The staff member helping me was polite, and my order came out quickly. I really liked my drink! The mochi layer had a soft, pleasing mouthfeel, and the boba was nice and chewy. It doesn't sound like a deal, but I end up paying way more and wasting time going to two different stores when I want food and tea. The takoyaki was piping hot, piled with toppings and served in a little box that was really convenient for take out. The fruit tea was one of the better fruit teas I've had.
