Sooo good!!! Superior food truck. I came here years ago and was dreaming about the day I could get it again! Jazzy's has the best fish tacos I've ever had, refreshing smoothies and much more! Everyone in our 6 party group said their food was 10/10. Asada, enchiladas, and el pastor were their faves aside from the obvious fish tacos! It's the perfect stop on your way to big beach or any of the surrounding beaches! Do yourself a favor and go (again and again)

I must admit I was not in the mood for Mexican food untillllll i saw this food truck in the side of the road then I took a bite ... I got the al pastor burrito and my husband got beef but it was so fresh and flavorful. I was upset that I didn't order more . Ironically the tortilla was light and it was a good amount of food . It was a little bit of a wait but well worth it . I will definitely come back when visiting this side of the island ! As you can see I totally lost myself and didn't get a good picture but it is not for lack of presentation !

Jazzy's Kitchen serves some of the best tacos I've ever had. I got a chorizo, fish, and shrimp taco. All were phenomenal, but the shrimp taco was the standout - whatever they did to it had me on my knees. And the salsa was seriously phenomenal too! Paired so so well with each taco. If you're headed to south Kihei (or anywhere near it), this place is an absolute must. Do NOT sleep on this or you will regret it for the rest of your life.

Fish tacos so good you'll slap your momma! Yo seriously these tacos are amazing I think better then coconuts, and my wife had the shrimp tacos, they were crack also. If your going to makena beach do yourself a favor and get one to try, once you see they are amazing go ahead and order 4 more !! read more

Just stopped at this food truck on the back from Big Beach. I am from Los angeles so really wondered if this Mexican food would be good and if the sign that reads "Best Fish tacos" was really true. It was AMAZING! I wish I had gotten more! Highly recommend! The fish was grilled perfectly and the mango and sauce - perfection! read more

UPDATE: I told people about Jazzys being the best and I kept being told to try Coconut and that was the best fish taco. I am proud to say they were so wrong. Jazzys Kitchen is at least 2 and a half times better than coconut in every way. Please try Jazzys I promise you'll love it. The Fish and Shrimp Tacos are the best two tacos I've ever had every. read more

After seeing the 5 star reviews, we had to stop on our way back from a hike. Jazzys absolutely lives up to the reviews! We had fish tacos and a chicken burrito. Great tacos! Super fresh fish and tortillas. The mango/papaya salsa really set it off. The grilled fish highlighted its freshness. No battered, fried fish that cover its flavor. These are on par with the best fish tacos I've had back home in SoCal. Their sign says, "Best fish tacos in Maui" and I agree. read more

"Best Fish Taco" is written on the sandwich board sign by the truck. My only complaint about this place is that they do serve the BEST fish taco which means I'll have to come back again and again. Fish was super fresh and super tender. The mango salsa was absolutely delicious, just a touch of sweetness with a tiny bite to it. The tortillas were fresh and soft and tasted homemade and not out of a package. An added bonus: incredible value for the price. read more

Stopped after day at Big Beach and decided to try something new. Sorry we did. Food took a long time and was just meh. The guy who took our order overcharged us and when we called him out on the prices he didn't even apologize just handed back what he had overtaken when I asked for it. Heard this has happened there before won't go back no need to get ripped off things are already so expensive on Maui. Boo. read more

So glad we stopped ! Great prices for amazing food. The fish tacos with the mango salsa were delicious and had generous portion sizes. We weren't expecting much being that it was a truck on the side of the road but these were definitely the best fish tacos we have had all week. The fish was well flavored and cooked delicately-not over cooked. We also had the quesadillas and they were very good with guacamole, sour cream and pico! So glad we found this place! read more

Came here cause the reviews claimed fresh cooked food when it meant undercooked. Guy and girl had a not long at all line but food still took forever and we discovered ours wasn't even cooked all the way through. Might as well have tossed that 40 right in the trash. Nothing special was like all the other food trucks around except this one is too busy trying to make money to worry about cooking food. I did call the health department. Edit to add I went to read some of the other reviews on this place weird that there aren't that many but that's telling. So I clicked on the pictures of the food in one of the reviews. There were like 4 or 5 of the food and you can just tell they were taken inside the truck. Hysterical. Guy hurting so bad he has to make his own posts. BUYER BEWARE read more

The only place we went to more than once on the island, and the first time we actually went back for more. They have a sign out front that says "the best fish tacos" and it is 100% accurate, these were the best fish tacos I have ever eaten. Fantastically delicious, reasonably priced at $4.50 per fish taco, and very accessible if you're in the Wailea area, about a 7 min drive. read more

We ordered the catch of the day poke (marlin) bowl with the spicy aioli sauce, and the Ahi poke bowl with the traditional Shoyu based sauce. We also got rice and slaw. Both fish plates were fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The slaw was also very refreshing and complimented the richness of the poke really well. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in Maui!

The truck itself is fun, painted with bright tropical colors and scenes, and they seem to be known for their loaded tots and bao buns. I placed my order on the touchscreen outside and then sat down to wait for my food. For lunch on this day I went with the buffalo chicken tots and the Island Piggy bao. The menu described the bao as kalua pork, BBQ sauce, tropical salsa, and pickled red onions. The buffalo chicken tots were described as buttermilk fried chicken, buffalo sauce, jack cheddar cheese, house made pickles, and ranch dressing. It took less than 10 minutes for my food to be ready and I sat down at one of the shaded picnic tables. When I opened everything up it all looked good, but I did notice that the tots were missing the house made pickles. I started with the bao and thought it was pretty good. The kalua pork was super juicy and the bao bun was light and fluffy while still holding together well. The pickled onions added a nice acidity and the tropical salsa brought good flavor. The only thing I did not notice much was the BBQ sauce. After that I dug into the tots. The tots themselves were cooked nicely with a crispy outside and soft inside. The chicken was good as well with a nice batter and the buffalo sauce added flavor while the cheese was gooey. The only thing worth noting is that the chicken was softer than expected and not very crispy. It worked since I did have the texture from the crispy tots, but it stood out. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I would probably not order both a bao and tots again as it was a lot of food, but I would definitely come back for one or the other.

Just way more than anyone wants to spend on a subpar dinner. The renovations look great, definitely improved. So we'll give them credit on that.

Five Stars - Delicious Treat!…read more I stopped by The Cinnamon Roll Place after yoga and it did not disappoint! While the cinnamon rolls looked amazing, I decided to try the chocolate banana bread, and it was absolutely delicious. It was moist, flavorful, and the perfect sweet treat. Honestly, it may have spoiled me for other banana breads. The shop had a welcoming atmosphere, and everything looked fresh and tempting. If the chocolate banana bread is any indication of the quality of their baked goods, I can see why this place has such a great reputation. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Maui. Five stars!

This is my stop for the best artisan bread and pastries. I got up early, to get there before they…read moresold out of the goodies I've been thinking about. I really like that I can select from the old world German Artisan collection and the Hawaiian Artisan baked goods. I snagged the Isabelle, a loaf of bread made of spelt (dinkel wheat, high in protein, fiber, and antioxidants) and rolled in an assortment of seeds. The texture is soft and the crust is slightly chewy. Just right and the taste is very satisfying. I can't bring myself to putting a slice into the toaster, though, because I don't want to risk losing any of the seeds. I'll be fine with the broiler and some butter. I also went for the Hawaiian Bread. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. It has pineapple, toasted coconut and tiny soft raisins. The bread is moist from the pineapple juice and the loaves are small. I could finish one off in a setting but I resisted the urge. I also bought extras for sharing and had to pass them out quickly before temptation called. I'll return soon.

Basically they cut the croissant in half, filled in the cream and put the top back. Odd. Better between the two. Might be too sweet for some. Prices are higher than other places. I don't think you'll find anything subpar. Seems like good offerings.

I don't know what I'll do if I lose Nick's Maui. But I dither, Nick's Fishmarket Maui is in an incredible location inside the Fairmont Kea Lani and it's setting alone would be enough to pull me back even if the food was just okay. Thankfully the food is MUCH better than "just okay", it is generally outstanding. I rotate starters and salads because there are so many great choices. The Caesar Salad is about as good as they get, but I really, really like the Maui Greek Salad. With at least four people we start with the Seafood Tower, but find it just too big for two of us. Other than that the Kalua Pig Pot Stickers, Charred Octopus, Crab Cakes and Blackened Ahi are the starters I rotate through. For my Main, I am less eclectic. I have a hard time getting away from the Diver Scallops and Scampi. I have tried other dishes, the Abalone, Kona Lobster and Ribeye (I know, I know, who orders steak in a seafood restaurant), but I keep coming back to. For Dessert, I am also in a rut, but I love desserts they set on fire and in this case it is Bananas Foster. I do sneak bites off my DW's Creme Brulee, as does off my BF. The service is terrific, attentive without being intrusive. I used to joke about the Chicago store that if you knocked a spoon off the table someone would catch it before it hit the floor. The Maui service isn't quite that attentive and I am not sure I would want it to be.

We ate fish taco's 6 times during our vacation and THESE WERE THE BEST! Seriously so good. We also had the shrimp taco's (yummy pico and fresh lettuce with a chipotle mayo) which were also really good. But the fish taco's were my favorite with the mango salsa on top. We also got hot dogs and shave ice for the kids (shave ice was a hit) and my teenagers had the enchiladas (very good) and a burrito (also well made). My husband and I were just discussing the irony that our favorite meal also happened to be the least expensive ($7 for two amazing taco's)? Really liked this place. read more

OK, so this may sound crazy as I am not a food truck person, but the best food I have ever eaten came out of this truck. Their fish tacos are absolutely unforgettable. Have them leave off the Cilantro if you are like me and Cilantro tastes like soap. It amazes me that some entrepeneur hasn't opened a restaurant with this couple. If I could choose any food as my last meal... it would be here. If you remotely like Mexican food you will LOVE it. I am more likely to visit Maui more regularly because of Jazzy's. read more

I don't know why I thought Mexican food (on a truck with a Portugal flag no less) was a good idea in Hawaii but I wish I could get my $55 back. By their 12 reviews I guess they're new but still I went for the positive reviews and left disappointed. Wait for food was very very long and sorry but it wasn't good Mexican at all. I'm sure he charges me wrong as well. Never again! read more
