Enchiladas that someone had were also very good. they were plates balance with beans and rice covered in sauce. One rub I had was they were tight on the chips and salsa. One basket per four people and then they were charged. I get it if we were a bunch of surfers coming in and ordering one burrito and a coke. But we dropped hundreds and were a large party of 8. The server should be able to read the room and not be so chintzy on a freebie that costs pennies. One last thing is that don't sit in a booth to watch the sunset as you will sizzle like the fajitas that never did. you are in an enclosed area and will bake with the sun shining in hitting you on the back or your table mate across from you right in the eyes. we were relieved when the sun finally set.

On one hand, that is ridiculous, but on the other hand, you will not need to eat lunch and for dinner because they are so filling. We ate fish taco's 6 times during our vacation and THESE WERE THE BEST! Seriously so good. We also had the shrimp taco's (yummy pico and fresh lettuce with a chipotle mayo) which were also really good. But the fish taco's were my favorite with the mango salsa on top. We also got hot dogs and shave ice for the kids (shave ice was a hit) and my teenagers had the enchiladas (very good) and a burrito (also well made). My husband and I were just discussing the irony that our favorite meal also happened to be the least expensive ($7 for two amazing taco's)? Really liked this place. read more

I don't know why I thought Mexican food (on a truck with a Portugal flag no less) was a good idea in Hawaii but I wish I could get my $55 back. By their 12 reviews I guess they're new but still I went for the positive reviews and left disappointed. Wait for food was very very long and sorry but it wasn't good Mexican at all. The fried mahi-mahi just did not match my standards. I felt it had been overcooked a bit, as well as the frying oil having that "worn-out" taste, leading to a 3 out of 5 rating.
