Ice was dripping all over the table and meat smelt old but we didn't complain. And a Caesar salad to share which we were told we couldn't share had to add another one so we did and asked for extra dressing on the side which we never got. We have been looking forward to eating here for so long from the raves from people we know so we came in with the intent to share 3 entrees Which were Parmesan chicken piccata (my mom's favorite, usually) that was amazing. Seafood fettuccini pasta where the pasta was gummy falling apart and I had to chew on mussels and scallops longer than anyone should and my mom had two pieces of shells that we were told was "normal" to happen. And then we had what we asked for was the sterling angus ny strip me.. not only did it come out mw when requested mr but a dollop of potatoes and no waiters to help us.. forks and knives were dirty and we sadly had the worst experience visiting which we thought was going to be the best time.. still tipped but wasted $100'ssss on a place that didn't care about helping out their customers that wanted the best.. sadly disappointed in every aspect..

I overheard the table behind us say wow you get to have this as one of your local spots and yes, wow is right. Today's visit was a little bit of weight. We had to leave by 2pm and already had a backup plan to take our food to go. But the line moved fast and we were actually out but 2pm. The line never got shorter and we were worried we might not find seats but they have their timing right. Get your seat after you order and have a number - by the time you order, people would have left and seats are available. They will also ask you to leave if you take seats without a number. Food was good & really fresh. Wanted to get oysters but had a wedding to go to so didn't risk it but saw many ppl ordered it. Had the octopus taco and grilled shrimp platter with limeade. Hubby had the fish & chips with iced tea. Portions were just right. I thought the shrimp could use a bit more seasoning. Loved their coleslaw that had cilantro fir a bit of a twist. Read previous reviews about sitting outside to be wary of seagulls but they had these rubber-ended wire things on the roof that worked great to keep thdm away so we could eat & enjoy the view!

Cold bar consists of lots of different salads, snow crab legs, lobster claws, mussels, and many more. They had a good selection of soups from clam cowder, seafood soup, miso soup, egg drop, and hot and sour soup. Desert was one of my favorite with creme brulee, cheesecake, cookies, and ice cream, and more. Thursday buffet is $56.99 because they have lobster night. Downside on that is they come out with limited amount of half lobster and often times lines are long. Limit one per person everytime you get in line. The lobster was not fresh today and texture was very mushy. I will not be coming back for lobster night. Service was nice and friendly. Waitress refilled our drinking and removed empty places consistently. They have spacious seating areas and the atmosphere is very inviting and vibrant. We came on a thursday night with 7 people and did not have to wait longer then 5 minutes. Plenty of seating. They have a huge parking lots with plenty of parking.

We put baby in high chair although baby kept trying to eat the table. We got our usual favorites (warm lobster rolls, clam chowder bowls, fried oyster, and fried clam belly). Surprisingly the clam belly was full of sand this time! Must not have soaked in water long enough, but when we told our server they swapped it out immediately. We substituted one of our coleslaw for potato salad, and one of our fries for onion rings. We definitely will continue doing so because it is nice to try out so many different dishes! As always, order the fries well-done for nice crispy fries. It's still on our to-do list to try the chicken parmesan since we've heard so many good things about it, but I really do like my Must Order dishes (listed below). Must Order (in order of ranking): - Clam chowder bowl - Warm lobster roll - Fried oysters - Fried scallops - Fried clam belly - Fried clam strips - Crab roll Pass: - Fish and chips - Calamari

Lobster roll (warm): It felt like a good amount of lobster, but the soggy roll ruined it for me. I couldn't even pick it up without the whole thing falling apart. The flavor was there but that soggy roll ruined it. Seafood platter: They said it was a plate for two, but I don't know about that. It was nice to try a variety of different seafood. Most of it was good but the fish needs to be firmer. It just fell apart and I wasn't used to that kind of texture. We sat outside in the patio area since inside seemed pretty busy. Service was quick and friendly.
