Well when i actually waited for them to work on my car, one of the two led kits didn't work, so, I had to leave and get another kit from AutoZone ($100).. The Korean guy didn't wanna finish the job, and told me to reschedule for another week. I was like - "you had time to work on installing the lights earlier, now I have to wait another week, and it's an hour job?" I felt like he was pushing me away, because the job wasn't a lot of money. Then called me back probably after feeling guilty and told me to be there in 30 mins. When I returned, the guy that was ACTUALLY working on the car said he'd charge me $150 instead, and I still didn't have a problem with that. Once again, I waited in the lobby until the job was done. The Korean guy was walking out with some staff members / guests, and it felt like he was tryna be funny when he asked me - "Why are you still here? Are you waiting on your car (In front of them)." In my mind I was thinking - why else would I be here? Im a black business owner, investing in your service, what other reason would I be here (as i waited playing a game on my phone)? Later the Korean guy came back, and was like - "alright they're done, but ima have to charge you another half hour for $185," I was like - Oh that guy who worked on the car said it was gonna be $150. He then went into some explanation about 'the part' (the led kit) not being theirs, so he has to charge me more (didn't make sense at all). I knew i was getting scammed out of money. So, when i proceeded to pay for the work, he said - alright it's gonna be $217.39 (just to install some lights), I was like, "I thought you said it was gonna be..." (At this point I knew I wasn't coming back, if he was gonna do a black ppl like the way he did me, I would have never come by).

They also drop photos of what they see so it stays in the history of your account. There's no awkward upsell and no pressure to sell more things like other shops. If you drive an import, check them out. They do everything except tires.

I paid over $3,000 to have my BMW's air-conditioning repaired. After the repair, I had to bring my car back because there was now a problem with the fan--something I had not experienced before bringing my vehicle in. I was then told it would cost approximately another $900 to repair. One of my biggest regrets was telling them what the BMW dealership had quoted me--close to $5,000. In hindsight, I feel that sharing that information put me at a disadvantage. Instead of walking away feeling like I saved money, I walked away questioning whether I had been treated fairly. When I returned, they did explain what they believed was happening with the fan. However, from my perspective, if the fan was already having an issue while the AC system was being repaired, I should have been contacted and told about it before the original repair was completed. That would have allowed me to make an informed decision before spending thousands of dollars. At this point, I honestly wish I had gone to the dealership. I may have paid more initially, but I would rather have paid more and walked away confident in the work than spend over $3,000 and then be told I needed another approximately $900 repair for a problem I wasn't experiencing beforehand. I waited before writing this review because I didn't want to post something out of frustration. Months later, it still bothers me. For me, this is about more than the money--it is about trust. Unfortunately, I left this experience feeling that the trust I placed in this business was misplaced.
