Today was my third visit to Jenny's Nail salon. I was totally disappointed that the level of service which was interrupted by the up sale efforts. It is painfully obvious that the management has pressured the staff to upsell ad nauseam. The friendliness that existed just two months ago seems to have evaporated. Thankfully Andrew is still there he is a bright light amongst the staff. The staff appears to be unhappy and just in it for the paycheck. I was there during a lull in service and the staff was lounging in the pedicure chairs, on their phones and obviously only engaged when necessary. I was on a budget today but that's not always the case. However based on the attitude from the older guy at the front desk to the overbearing upsell efforts I will not be returning. Even during my pedicure I was being offered treatment that I did not want. This was NOT a relaxing experience. read more

Amy did dip on my hands - medium length almond shaped and nailed it again! She is precise and i appreciate her attention to detail. She even massaged the cuticle oil in at the end . David gave me the best pedicure I have had in a very long time . Very personable and very attentive to detai. I tend to be very picky and he far surpassed my expectations. I have come to Jenna's since they opened and won't go anywhere else. Great music and I was able to relax and enjoy the massage chair. read more

If you make an appointment online they will not honor it. I made an online appointment. Once I arrived for my booked time they were looking at me like I was crazy. Mind you they have a text system that makes sure you know what time your appointment is. They told me to come back almost 4 hours later because they were busy. Also they don't provide all of the services they advertise on their website. If you're a new customer that likes to set an appointment don't use their website. read more

The tech was unable to do the design I wanted even after confining multiple times that it could be done. I ended up with one nail being crooked and the tech who did my pedicure did not use sterilized tools. I will not be back and cannot recommend this place to future customers. read more

I normally have a positive experience at Jenna's but this time was very disappointing. First, they were out of hot water, so they were boiling water & pouring it in the spa machine by hand. Then, the nail tech that was doing my pedi cut my nails extremely poorly & now my toe is getting infected & is very painful to the touch. After she finished applying the polish, she never came back to put the flip flops on or to check to see if they were dry. The employee who took my payment was unfriendly & when I asked her about the price, she flipped the bill around with no explanation. Yikes. I went in today and didn't find the salon, especially the equipment they used, to be clean. The people working were not wearing masks either. No one working was friendly and the pedi was sub par. The color I picked ran out half way through and she added some liquid to it. Leaving two stars because my toes came out looking okay. Save your money and go someone else, the lady named Holy did my nails and they are horrendous I wish I could get better pictures to show y'all. Service was awful too. Went on a Monday at 6:30 waited 10 minutes for someone to greet me. I got a pedi and dip nails and both techs were in a rush and did a sloppy job. I had coffin shape when I came in and didn't change shape and got charged an extra $5 for shape and they still didn't change it. Holly the tech kept burning me with the machine. I had been a loyal customer for years but their quality and attention to customer has gone down drastically. I am so sad because I love the people there but the attention is not there. I can say without a doubt they need to work on the cleanliness and making sure they do all the services listed in their brochure which they had missed several times that's why I have transitioned myself to a new place crown bar due to their clean and awesome customer service. What made me do this post was the fact that I did the 55 pedicure only to be cheated 12 minutes of my 20 mins listed. I feel cheated and for that,this is my last time coming here. There is no reason why being clean should not be first priority with Covid being a reason to step up. I am sad to let them go but going to a cleaner place for my money. read more

The building is great. The problem is that all about EVERY tech was Rude, they would speak in their language but forget that facial expressions are universal. My water was hot and I asked 3 ppl for help and they all walked Past me to wait for my nail lady. Though lady doing my feet was nice after The fact I actually asked her to treat me like a customer. I just sit back, relax, enjoy a glass of wine, and let Tan work her magic. Tan is friendly and it's very important to her, to make me feel comfortable. Just Okay... Recently moved to the area, in need of a new nail home. I guess I was spoiled by my uptown Dallas location cause the service here was sub par... My gel manicure came out nice, but the technician that I had was a bit rough and rushed. I got the Jenna's combo, mani pedi. That included a "massage" which felt like I was being pounded by a 300lb man, ouch! Actually happy it lasted for about a minute. And the paraffin time on my hands was only like 2 minutes each hand. The hand massage afterwards was a joke. The pedicure was a bit better in all the other areas. But when it came to polishing, my technician just couldn't get it right. She had two times to get it right and still failed. The polish was not smooth and areas were missed. I didn't even have to tell her which toes to do over, she automatically knew which ones to do over... So why wait for me to tell you?.... I had to ask for another technician to finish the polishing. And to my surprise who did I get, the rough rushed girl that did my manicure... Ughhh. She finished me off and that was it. I will continue to look for a new nail home. I don't know if they offer wine, water or cocktails here (like most places do now) but I didn't have one if they do. Guess I've been spoiled all this time and didn't know it.... read more

Went in Sunday afternoon to have my nails removed and to get a mani and pedi. Waited about 30 mins with my feet soaking no one approached me after I was seated, once I finally had someone to get started on my pedi. She started to file down my gel nail polish, which I have never had done (usually it's soaked off, new to me) which I didn't mind. She proceed and cut my cuticle to my nail I started to bleed but I didn't say much accidents happen then I'm trying to relax and bammm I feel the whole file machine fall between my toes and I got up to see what had happened and the lady was covering my toes saying sorry and wouldn't let me look. Once, I moved her hand I was bleeding so much she couldn't stop it. She then told me I'll be fine and she tried to proceed with the pedi I refused and stopped my service at the time I was in the process of removing my full set. I was so upset, once I told her to stop the service she walked away and went to the next person no one there even cared. I went to the front desk and the man in charged said they were busy and he can fix it with giving me coffee or cookies. I usually go there but lately the service has gotten horrible and this was definitely the last straw for me!! read more

Had my first experience at Jenna's Day Spa... and it will likely be my last. First impression: Cute interior, but felt a bit unkempt. The gel polish bottles were not clean looking and hard to tell what color was what. I wound up with a color I'm a fan of, but that's on me. I guess. Although the tech never asked if I liked them... just worked silently. The end result of my gel manicure is disappointing. The tech never asked me what shape I wanted, wound up with a shape that's not uniform across any of my nails.... the polish is wavy and not smooth. The edges aren't clean. They have all different brands of gel polish. I wound up with an OPI gel base, a Lechat nail color, and a different brand of top/base coat. Very disappointed and maybe I should ave stayed to get them to fix it, but I was ready to be done and didn't have faith that they could do any better. All in all, my nails look fine from a distance. But close inspection looks like a home job... what a bummer. read more

It wasn't until later that it dawned on me that I was also over charged for my service. The lady that did my nails was super sweet. So, this is a pic of my nails THE SAME DAY I GOT THEM DONE....as you can see, it already looks like it's been a week. When I sat down to get my nails done by TOMMY, I specifically asked if this is how my nails are supposed to look after two weeks because they looked like it had been 3 weeks. To which, he did not respond. Looking at my pic, now I know why they looked that way. During the whole visit Tommy was aloof & was not interested in trying to make conversation. A tech came over, who I know, & began talking to me. As we were talking, Tommy wanted me to move my hand up, so he uses his Emory board to slap my hand. It happened so fast, I thought, "DID HE JUST HIT ME?!" I wondered to myself, would he have done the same thing to another customer & why did he feel that it was ok to treat me that way. Needless to say, he didn't get a tip, nor did I complain to a manager. I felt as though my voice would be heard loud & clear on social media. read more

My entire experience was horrible, from the moment I walked into the door to the moment I grudgingly paid for my dip manicure. I always go to Oasis a couple doors down, but because they are closed on Sundays, I decided to try out Jenna's. Never. Again. Customer service- The lady directed me to my seat by grabbing my shirt and pulling me to the chair. Dragged me across the salon by my shirt like a child. The nail techs were very loud and spoke the entire time to one another in their native language. I have nothing wrong with people speaking in their home language, but it felt very rude that they did so the whole time I was there. Cleanliness- When I sat down, there was trash on the table from the previous customer. Also, they didn't manage to put a new towel down so I rested my hands on a stranger's nail shavings. Lovely. The floor and furniture were a bit dirty looking. The tools they used on me were way overused. They should have replaced them about 50 clients ago. Performance- I requested a white polish. Because said tools were so dirty, there were specks of black all over my nails. He cut all of my fingers while filing them down. The dipping powder was on my actual skin, so it didn't even form to my natural nail shape. The polish was on so thick and it was simply ugly. If I walked out liking my nails, I may have overlooked their dirty salon and poor customer service, but the actual work they did was the worst part. If you're on the fence about going to Jenna's, I suggest you walk down a few doors and go to Oasis. It's in the same shopping center. They always do quality work and are so very friendly. read more

I went in today for a pink & white fill (after getting them done there about 3 weeks ago and being told I needed a new set then) and was told the same thing, I needed a new set! First, how can that be...either they were that bad when they did them last time or I wouldn't need a new set. BUT, she proceeded to do the same thing to them that they do when just filling them. Way to up the price, then spend the entire time talking to someone else (half of it on her phone) in another language. Soooo not happy and won't return. read more

I went for a scrub and massage. The floors where FILTHY. When I took my shoes off I could tell the flooor has not been swept or mopped in months. Very un-sanitary. Also the woman scrubbed my bare breast without asking. Very filty and un-sanitary place. read more

Have been to this place a few times before, but recently it has gone down hill. I went today to get gel nails and they cut my cuticle and it bled for about 10 mins straight. And to top it off they tried to get the blood to stop by using clear polish and stuck the bloody nail brush back into the polish when they were done. GROSS!!! read more

Pam is amazing. She always gets my nails perfect, and if there is an issue she will fix it. She is very sweet! My only complaint is scheduling, which isn't Pam's fault. Several times in the past I have made an appointment, and when I come in on time I have to wait 10-20 minutes to be seen. The best way to try to keep this from happening is to talk to your technician when scheduling, since they don't seem to have a schedule book and/or lack communication. read more
