I moved to Philly so I no longer go there, however, I wanted to treat my 15 year old niece to getting her nails done while I am in town visiting, so I took her here. we arrived to the salon, Cindy remembered me and all was well. My niece showed her a picture of what she wanted done and Cindy said no problem. So after an hour of my niece getting her nails done, they were not looking anything like the picture she showed Cindy...My niece simply asked if they would be shiny and look more like the photo once she was done (it was nearing the end so my niece was getting worried they wouldnt) and after she asked this simple question politely, Cindy went off! It was the craziest, weirdest thing I have ever witnessed. I will never understand why she was so rude and mean over not providing the requested service. She started yelling, standing up, stomping around and said I can't do that picture, a place in canadaigua can but it costs $75, so just go there!!! First of all, if you knew you couldn't do it, tell us that in the first place so that either we could do a different look all together or go somewhere else but instead she waited til she was nearly done to tell us this. So, then, my niece was just asking what her options were because she was unhappy with her nails and Cindy takes nail clippers and CUTS THE TIPS ALL OFF and tells us to get out.... I am not exaggerating when I tell you we weren't rude, (I'm in customer service myself so I get it), and she treated customers this way? And on top of it I now have too pay $5 in ATM fees for nothing. My neice now has acrylic on the bottom half of her nails and needs to soak it off on our own time and had to buy supplies to do so. All of these reviews saying how rude she is are completely accurate and I will never support her business ever again. Stay away! See photos of nails requested versus what my neice left with... If you are in a rush, you may not want to do all three together - they take their time, but I found it worth it. I had an appointment and was able to sit when I arrived. Parking out back is by permit so I parked on the street but expected that in this neighborhood so I didn't mind. I will be returning.

He told me what type of nail I needed when I came in 3 times with pictures of short, square nails. Somehow they looked like barrels. Told me the polish would fill in the divots. Nope. Had to go back on 2 occasions. He wanted to file the nail in awkwardly angled to get rid of the divot. Service there over the years has become terrible.

The "vibe" is awful with complete silence and a hostility toward every client that enters (even with an appointment). They even switched my nail tech mid session. The nails I received were barely what i asked for and look so messy. My tech kept cutting me, giving me huge bloody wounds on my fingers and the sizing is way too tight for my nail bed, causing throbbing pain enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. My nails are crooked, lifted, unevenly shaped and entirely the wrong colour. I have never wrote a review for a place until now because of how bad this experience was and continues to be (gonna get these off asap). Don't even go here if it's the last option.
