UPDATE: Following my original review, the company…read more supervisor(or owner) contacted me immediately to express alarm over the situation. To their credit, they dispatched a second technician to my home within 30 minutes to fix the shower at no charge. However, what the second technician uncovered only confirms how predatory the first technician was. When the second tech pulled out the "new" cartridge that the first plumber had just installed, it was the wrong part entirely (see the new attached photo of the blue cartridge). The first plumber had intentionally installed an incompatible Delta model (blue) instead of the standard one my shower required (gray). This guaranteed the shower would keep leaking so he could pressure me into cutting open my bathroom walls for thousands of dollars. The second technician easily found the correct cartridge right in his truck and fixed the leak perfectly in a short amount of time. I am grateful to the company supervisor ( or owner) for handling this so quickly and resolving it for free, but consumers need to be aware of the extreme lengths the first technician went to in order to fabricate a catastrophic plumbing failure. For this reason, I am only adding 1 star to my original review. He also told me he would be "talking to his crew", but in my opinion, any employee who is blatantly commiting criminal consumer fraud should be fired, not just "talked to". There is no telling how many people were lied to and ripped off. Please protect yourselves.

Theirs came in at a very reasonable rate, and most importantly, they had capacity to start as soon as possible because we had an urgent sewer line failure. When I called, I believe I came into contact with the owner. I explained to him the scope of the job, and I even told him that he probably doesn't need to send a plumber out because, at this point, we are just comparing costs and I even hinted that we were desperate to get started as soon as possible based on what was told to us by the other plumbers that came out. The owner told me that he'd send a plumber out anyway to do their own scope, since other plumbers may have not been consistent, he could have very easily taken advantage of my desperation in this time, but he didn't David was the only plumber out of the many bids we got who actually called us out and showed us what was on the camera, and explained to us what was happening underneath our house. Within 24 hours, he got the quote back to us. Again, he knew it was an emergency, so the turnaround was great! He came out with a nicely staffed crew. Within a few days, our floor was jackhammered, there was a mound of dirt in our garage, and within the next few days, they connected our sewer line, so we were only without water for a few hours at most. The sewer line installation passed city inspection (SF) the first time. the dirt was quickly backfilled, with concrete poured on top. From a little over a week to the initial consultation, we had a perfectly working sewer line, and we were able to park in our driveway. they were very neat after they completed their job, and they even cleaned out our garage where all the backfill dirt was being stored.
