Our storm drain has been steadily leaking water out to the curb for months however last drain before the curb is always dry. We've tried flushing the entire system to no avail. Received a flyer from Jerry's Rooter Service so we called. They, Andrew and Jerry, showed up the next day when they said they would. Andrew listened to the problem we had and checked the water meter - determined we had no leak. Got his snake camera from the truck and recognized our problem immediately - we have a low dip (belly) in the pipe from the back to the front where water collects then slowly seeps out to the curb. He started to get back in the truck and we asked what we owed and he said 'no charge'. What a guy, what a company. We received several quotes before making our selection. One was roughly the same as Jerry's and the other was 10k over with nothing different from the first two. After a walkthrough and conversation about our requests and expectations the following day we received a bid and they asked us how soon they would like us to start. Within a week they came out and serviced our home. 3 days like they said it would take. After every day of work we had our water back up and running. A day after the work was complete I had inspected under the home and noticed some pipes were left. I asked if they would come and dispose of them and they promptly returned. I understand they could have forgotten them with all the work they were doing but it was absolved with their next day return. Overall, I would return to this business for future needs. Cody is a polite and patient employee and though I did not catch the other employees name, he is also a hard worker and they met our customer needs. read more

My house's pipe blocked during the weekend. I called the First American insurance company and waited the tech until Thursday to come. That guy didn't fix anything and left. I was desperate and was introduced by my neighbor for Jerry's rooter service. They came less than 20 minutes and ran the camera diagnosed the problem. Had a clogged kitchen drain line. Would be fine if you just need a simple unclog, but nothing more. They took care of the clog pretty quickly with the snake. But I decided to do the hydro jet cleaning and camera inspection as they suggested and that's when it started going downhill. They said the hydro jet got stuck after a certain point and couldn't go further so they used a camera to inspect and told me there's a disconnected joint under the concrete slab and would require thousands in repair. That got me concerned of course. Thankfully I got a second opinion from another company who performed a much more professional and thorough inspection and found no disconnected joints nor any other problems in the line, saving me thousands in unnecessary repair. The misdiagnosis definitely caused some sleepless nights. read more

Had a build up in the garage sink after doing laundry so I gave Jerry's Rooter Service a shot as they had the best quote. Jesus stopped by about 45 mins earlier than the time I was told which was great. He did his thing and assessed the situation and took care of my problem. He made his recommendation and put together a quote but didn't push it on to me at all. He cleaned up the mess (hosed down the gunk from my access point all the way to the street, under my car, and rest of the driveway) that spewed out of my house. He wore a mask the entire time, was polite, and very professional. Seriously a breath of fresh air getting service like this. The only downside.. I called Jerry's Rooter Service for a clogged toilet. Their operator was very professional and communication on point. The plumber, Jesus arrived and inspected the issue. He was very thorough and honest. He was unable to repair the issue as he needed a helper to assist. He advised he could return the next day. Jesus was delayed in arriving the following day but did fix the problem with his helper. He had recommendations on potential plumbing issues i may encounter in the future, and I felt he was extremely honest with his assessment. Our 1950's home was in need of re-piping. We've been putting this off for quite some time because we dreaded the process and expense. Luckily we found Jerry's Rooter. They promptly gave us a fair estimate and discussed the scope of work which included re-piping, water main replacement, new water heater and installation of a new kitchen faucet and a long workmanship warranty period. My home bathtub was plugged and Arthur or Albert, I forgot his name. came over and took out a wipe, but it didn't unplugged it, it got worse. I asked him to put in the snake in again and he refused, he said the problem was the pipes that were too old. I told him I had the bathroom remodeled with new pipes a few years back. He said he wanted to check them out, he went under the crawl space of the house and he said, yes the pipes need to be replaced, they are leaking and they were installed wrong. He would need to cut them and replace some of them. He said it would be $900 dollars. I told him I didn't have that kind of money and he said they have financing. I told him to put in the snake again that there were probably more wipes in there, he said, it's the pipes. I asked if he could put in a camera to check and he said he would come back the next day and he would have to put the camera through the roof, but he was sure the pipes had to be replaced. I told a friend about it and he came over, crawled under the house took a pipe apart and took out two more wipes. The bathroom tub has been draining perfectly fine since then. I was debating to post a review, but was encouraged by some friends so that it won't happen to somebody else. read more

Before I made a decision to write this note, I have thought for a while. The case was few months ago. How come I complained now? According to the contract the project was supposed to repair and replace the main drain pipe for water to flow go through. In the middle of project there was another blockage from the front yard to the city pipe. I called the company and said it costs $5000 more. I was disappointed about the cost. I told the company to show me the camera which section of the pipe had the blockage. I also consulted different plumbing companies. It took time and money to get other quotes. It turns out , there is no other blockage from the front yard to the city pipe. Therefore, I told the Jerry Rooter that " I won't pay any money if you could not repair it completely. Otherwise , you can file a mechanic lien." A few days later, on the Christmas Day the water backed up again. I was really terrible thing to happen on a holiday. I called my friend to deal with the problem temporarily. After that, I called another company to find out what happened. It was a rock inside the pipe. I was mad at this company. I continue asking the same question where the rock come from? The company could not answer my question. Eventually the company promise to remove the rock without pay extra. It took so long to finish the project. I had a really bad experience. In the contract there is 25 years on pipe and 5 years on drainage. Recently I called two times regarding my toilet cannot flush. There was no returning call. It was so bad customer service. The reason I wrote that I hope the company can do honest business. Good luck to your business. read more

I understand that their warranty is 30 days, but I felt that needing service again in such a short period was not acceptable. I called them up to discuss it. Simply put, they stated 30 days had passed, and they would come out again, but I would need to recompense them for the service.
