Lo and behold, the kitchen sink was draining just fine when Jesus was testing it! We had water overflow from washer in garage onto pavement and run under the garage door to driveway. It would also back up kitchen sink a bit when washer was in use. We had another plumber perform camera work and showed us deteriorated piping from garage, leading out to mainline adjacent to driveway. Long story short - Jerry and Andrew came out and gave us an estimate almost half of what Option One had quoted. They completed the work in like less than 3 days and did a great job! Rerouted washer 2" inch pipe from garage under the footing, and kitchen with cleanout. Dug trench to extend 3" inch piping to main line. Excellent work fixing stucco, and concrete. All the drains in both of our bathrooms backed up, seeping sewage into our shower and bathtub, and making flushing solids almost impossible. I called Jerry's Rooter because they were located in the city next door and I liked what I read in their existing reviews. Fabian arrived within the quoted appointment time and got right to work. He had to get on the roof because that's the only way we have mainline access, and got started with an 120ft auger down the line. Final answer? Wet wipes and tree roots blocking the line. He ran his auger twice and everything started flowing again except out tub. He plunged the tub with hot water and voila! We were finally up and running again. Fabian was our hero that day! And what we were charged was amazingly reasonable due to the difficult roof access and previous plumbing jobs always ending up costing us an arm and a leg.
