I'm not a huge fast food eater, but i was craving something fresh so my husband suggested that we visit this place. I was hesitant because the other popular sub sandwich chain is not appetizing, everything tastes the same there the ham taste bland like lettuce and its all the same temp.. ANYWAY I decided to just let my husband finally get his way that day. I had to break down and let him know he was finally right lol. I was beyond pleasantly surprised by how clean the place was. Then we were greeted by two very sweet customer service reps Raquel and Ariel their customer service skills, their attitudes everything about them made my family's day. The manager Mike was amazing as well, he was very attentive and so friendly. They seem like such an awesome crew. The food not only came out fast but it was fresh and tasted amazing, you can taste the differences in the meat and cheeses they used and the veggies were crisp, fresh and cold this is my new go to place read more

I've been to Jersey Mike's 3 times and tried a different sub each time. I've really tried to like this place but so far they have missed the mark every time. I like the selection of cold cuts that they use, but they are always very skimpy with the amount of meat they give you - and - for the price you pay for the sandwich, the amount they give you is totally unacceptable. The last time I even paid for extra meat and it still wasn't enough. I paid an additional $1.75 and got an additional 2 slices that were paper thin. The service was fine, the ingredients are fresh but the amount of meat.... WAY too skimpy! My last sub had less than 2 ounces of meat - total. Sorry Mike! You lost my business. read more

I love Jersey Mike's subs. But the service at the one at Coors and I-40 is always horrendous. Obviously the owner/operator has not embraced or properly utilized the company's training regime or seem to understand business and customer service. Slow as molasses, totally confused by previous orders... took over 20 minutes to get 1 sub. Very disappointed. read more

Disgusting food. I decided to try Jersey Mike's for lunch today, so I went through the drive-thru and ordered a #7 (your basic turkey sandwich). By the time I got back to my office, which is right around the corner and only a few minutes away, my sandwich was completely wet and soggy. They absolutely soaked my sandwich in disgusting oils/vinegar. Even if the sandwich were not wet and falling apart, I'd still be unhappy with it, because literally all I can taste is lettuce and oils/vinegar. The bread is flavorless, the turkey is flavorless, and the cheese is flavorless. You've been around since 1956, Jersey Mike's? Ha! I'll be absolutely amazed if you're still in business in Albuquerque by this time next year. Bottom line: Don't bother with Jersey Mike's. You could pull a fresher, tastier, more appetizing sub out of the dumpster behind any Subway. read more

Plane and simple Jersey Mike's is over priced and flavor less. Cheap bread and meat. I will admit I did enjoy the one I went to in San Diego a few years ago but this one has missed the mark. I just do not like jersey mikes. I wanted a Sammich and they had buffalo chicken and it sounded good. Well it wasn't. $13 for a half a Sammich, a drink and a small bag of chips is just crazy. The Sammich was a mess. When I opened it, the franks hot sauce ended up all over my table. The correct way to use franks is to mix it with the... In this case, blue cheese THEN use it as a sauce. Completely murdering the chicken with franks them putting blue cheese on top of it isn't really useful especially since there was little to no blue cheese on it and it leaves the franks extremely runny. The bread was soggy, I didn't even finish the last probably 2 bites of it due to the bread being soaked in franks hot sauce. Really? Then the bag of cheetos was one of the size bags that you get at the grocery store in the box that's got a bunch of random bags in it. One of those tiny bags. At least the mt dew was good. I don't know how this place exists with prices and product like that. I'll stick with Jimmy Johns. read more

Nice clean location, SUPER friendly and quick service, and GREAT (as always) Jersey Mike's food (I recommend the #13 sub in a tub!!) made this place a perfect road trip stop for us. Worth a visit! read more

First time here. A friend strongly recommended this place for lunch. I ordered a steak and cheese and got a grilled chicken sub. Check out was frustrating and annoying. If this was one of the specialty sandwiches I can't recommend it. Below par. I know my bad for not trying to get my order resolved. I will try again and hopefully get better results. read more

Horrible service. Today I went through the drive-thru and waited 15 minutes from the time I ordered until I drove off. When I ordered at the speaker the girl said there would be a bit of a wait and I said that was okay. When I pulled up to the window, no one greeted me or took payment. I saw no one the entire time I waited at the window. After 15 minutes I left without my three subs. If this is the way they're going to treat customers then they can absorb the loss, I will never care. ***UPDATE*** 06/26/2017 The manager reached out and apologized, I appreciate his doing so. I stopped at this particular Jersey Mike's Subs because they have a drive-thru service. I never ordered a sub from a drive-thru before, and also had a good experience at the new Jersey Mike's near UNM. I ordered a Giant#13 Original Italian. Positives: Fresh ingredients, 15' inch sub sliced into quarters for your convenience. Negatives: Excessive use of dressing and price. I paid $17.43 for a Giant#13, fountain drink, and tax. read more

Ohh how I wish so desperately that I didn't have to write this review, and that I had nothing but good to say about this shop. As a yankee by birth and philly transplant, I grew up eating sandwiches. They are practically encoded in my dna. I have had the pleasure of eating at Jersey Mike's all over New Jersey, and they make one fine damn sub! So I know it isn't the product, but the locations here in NM. I dine (probably too frequently, especially since I am rarely happy) at Jersey Mike's for lunch, and it doesn't matter if I go in to the store or call in my order, it is always wrong! At least when I go inside I have the ability to catch the mistakes, but picking a sandwich up is a convenience. I've asked for all provolone cheese and no matter how many times I said "no Swiss" they always try to put it on. When I ask for light oil, it's always drowned in dressing. Add mayo? Nope! Never on it! Extra tomatoes? Nope! None for you! It seems to be a pattern. So if you want it the way it's advertised, you will get what you want, but the customization seems difficult to conquer! I want to enjoy my sub/hoagie and always leave disappointed and missing home where I can get a good sandwich on every corner! read more
