The sandwich was actually really good it's the service that brings down the stars. I wasn't even actually there but it was my suggestion to try this place out. My mom was asked what kind of bread she wanted for my sandwich, which I didn't give her because at the moment I didn't really mind but when she picked something she knew I liked they told her they were out of it but she was looking at it and asked then what's that, they told her it's saved for online orders. First off don't ask what kind of bread if there is a limited amount, give the options and don't show off different choices of bread to the in coming to the store customers. It's like ordering online are the ones with vip treatment. Kind of oily but still yum. Maybe if the person making our order said the whole bread situation in a nice way my mom wouldn't have complained to me. read more

The sandwiches were made to our liking, and the actual restaurant was clean. But we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our meals to be made. Many families behind me in line were also exhausted from waiting. The supervisor seemed to be knowledgeable and tried to work through it but her staff was simply not able to keep up with the orders. It's a convenient location near Disney if you need a quick bite to eat but it's not quick at all in this location. I hope things improve. read more

This place almost killed my husband because we made sure to verify there was no tomatoes on his sandwich and we watched them put tomatoes in his sandwich they told us there was no tomatoes in the sandwich we purchased a $20 sub with tomatoes he could've died from food allergy!!! is serious!!!!!! called the restaurant for three hours no one would answer the phone worst service ever! Just another sub shop with the standard sandwiches and usually out of something or short staffed so you wait a bit for your order due to that and quite a few online pick up orders. On the even of 2/22 it was very busy and they were out of every bread except wheat. Seemed there was one person handling the major load of work. I believe her name was Jamie and she seemed stressed and overwhelmed but kept an amazing attitude and work ethic. Super friendly and top shelf customer service doing the absolute best she could in spite of the circumstances. My daughter and I will continue to walk in to order here in the hopes we have Jamie helping us each time. I know she won't be there long because that type of energy and work ethic will either be promoted or find a new opportunity for success. read more

I had to come to yelp to see what the reviews were for this particular store. And as I suspected, in the last few months it's all one star. There's a guy in there with a horrible attitude, and it filters down to the rest of the employees. I tried calling in the order, but they had me on hold so long that I went over there. The guy was sitting at a table, and the one single employee was back there by herself doing all the work. It could not have been his break because the store had just opened. Last time I was in there he was barking at all the customers saying he was the only one here and their order would be 30 minutes. He would bark this as soon as they walked in the door, not even waiting to talk to them or saying hello.I noticed there is now a sign that says "the world is understaffed, be kind to those that showed up." I work across the street and have been coming here often, but going to be considering other options. This store is SEVERELY understaffed. Walk in customers wait 20-30 minutes just to have their order taken while 1-2 employees complete several online orders while the line continues to grow. I came in today holding my girlfriend's service dog, and went to order and immediately the gentlemen working behind the counter asked me if my dog was a service dog. Not to mention, that's illegal for him to even ask, but I said "well she's not my service dog" and before I could even explain that she was my girlfriends service dog, he demanded that I leave the store and refused to serve me. I then said "but I'm holding her, and I've come in here thousands of times before". He then said, "well, I would need to know who served you then because I am the general manager and we only allow service animals in here, plus she would need to be on the ground." And then he said something about how me holding her would cause some sort of issue..? Idk the dude was on some sort of power trip. Instead of arguing I just said "whatever" and went down the street to the Jersey Mikes in Orange by the Honda Center where they gladly served me and my dog without a problem. Never coming to this location again, and wouldn't recommend anyone with service animals either unless you are prepared to be interrogated by the GM. read more

man, talk about a tense experience. I just wanted a sandwich. This is actually the second time having a bad experience at this location. The manager at this location, Mitchell (dude with a pony tail) was rude, gave a bad review of the sandwiches available, and basically gave a rude face and nasty attitude. I felt so bad for the ladies working there. The atmosphere was tense and not inviting at all. Thank goodness for the cashier who helped us and was nice. We left feeling bad for the other workers. HR should probably talk to their workers and ask how they feel with that manager there. They will probably say it's uncomfortable and tense. Jersey mikes needs to promote another worker as manager because that guy is doing a disservice to that place. It's hard to support places you like, because you're afraid of having another bad experience. After a long day, sometimes it's nice to just grab a quick bite but I'm hesitant to ever come back. Rude people just make you feel so uncomfortable and moody. This guy needs to be demoted or let go. Look at all the other reviews! Pretty sure it's the same guy they're talking about. read more

Great restaurant to go or they have tables inside if you'd like to dine in. I love their sub in a tub and they also have great traditional subs as well. Everything tastes so yummy and fresh. Mad. House. Not sure what's up with this location whether it's due to Disney reopening or whether they're on boarding new staff but I made a phone order and was quoted 10-15m. I arrived 30m later and was told my cold sub was done but that they would start on the hot sub. The place was packed. By the time my hot sub was done, my cold sub had disappeared. I guess they gave it away? I finally cancelled the order and got the hell out of there. They still get two stars because the manager was clearly trying his best and offered me a free drink after having to wait an HOUR. And I feel like it's not the employees fault either. We stopped by this location to grab a quick sandwich before heading over to the convention center. My son usually eats Subway, but thought we would try Jersey Mike's. The line was a bit long since it was lunchtime. We ordered a Giant sandwich and asked for half turkey and half ham. The person making the sandwich didn't seem to have any issue with it. It wasn't until we got down to the cashier that our problems began. He said we couldn't do half and half sandwich. They had different costs. We offered to pay the higher Turkey price for the sandwich but were told that wasn't possible. The cashier said he would have to charge us for two regular sandwiches instead of one giant sandwich but could give us 10% for our "inconvenience". and that the sandwich maker should have known better. That is a training issue...not a customer issue. We really wanted to just leave at that point, but my son was starving and we were already late to our next destination and didn't have the time to go somewhere else. We didn't want to, but OVERpaid for the sandwich and left. Needless to say we won't be back to Jersey Mike's and my son wants to stick with Subway that seems much more customer friendly. The cashier that said he was the manager was very condescending and not wearing any type of name badge. Probably because he didn't want to be identified. I was in the jersey mikes at a different locations. I made an online order at the location on 111 katella the GM refused to refund my order and said that it was " for personal reasons " I had to pay 50 dollars for 2 sandwiches. Then they tried to tell me I needed to drive to their location because they made the sandwiches which was a lie because I called the store as soon as I realized I made the mistake. Then Mitchell said there is nothing he can do until the owner comes to the store. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I asked when was the owner coming to the store. He said he doesn't know. So how in the world will I get my money back if you don't even know when the owner is even coming to the store. I am 7 months pregnant, high risk, and wasn't feeling well. Now I'm being told that I have to drive all the way to a different location when the manager at the location I was at said that yes you can refund an order and that they do it all the time. I had no engery to dive to a different location and ended buying the sandwiches at the location I was at, which is absolutely ridiculous. The worst service I ever had. I need the corporate office number because making people drive to a different location when all you have to do is press a button to cancel is stupid. read more

The employees that work here have horrible attitudes. They don't answer their phone at night when they're clearly open and when you go in to order they are rude, roll their eyes, and act like they're mad that you came in to order a sandwich.
