Whoever is in charge of this establishment needs some help with their management skills because this place is a mess! The workers look like they want to be anywhere else than at work. They have no system when it gets busy so they do what they can. There is no leadership at this location and it shows. Whoever is the manager at this location needs to realize whatever they're doing is not working. Wow I am so disappointed, to say the least. I really try not to leave bad reviews as I am a manager at jersey mikes at another location but this is my second time coming to this one and every time Iv got the same employee to serve me. Long black hair guy. So sad because I am getting treated weird and rudely because I am high risk pregnancy and Connor eat boiled meat. I asked if he can wipe down the slicer for me please due to the fact I'm high risk and my doctor has advised me to only eat cooked meat. It's a problem . He will try to give you hot sun cheese that's been pre sliced and meant for the grill. If he treats people who work at another jersey mikes location I can only imagine how other people are treated. My sandwich is so easy it's literally just cheese. Also I asked for rosemary parm bread and this is what I get basically half white bread and barely any cheese. These sandwiches are expensive and we should be treating all customers with respect. Slicers should be cleaned anyways and not left with a bunch of meat. Some people don't eat meat but love to eat jersey mikes subs. I wish the customers were valued at this location . I will say the ladies working with him go above and beyond but his attitude lingers all the way until you get out the door. So uncomfortable I hope a manager reads this and gets it communicated to the team . I'm hoping for a better experience. Surprisingly rude. Walked in, only customer. No greeting, no one even looked up and acknowledged I was there. They were working on another order, so I chalked it up to them just being entrenched in their work. I'm not a regular at this place so I needed just a bit of guidance, bread choices and small things. The girl seemed annoyed I was asking questions even though it was just me, not a packed house. The girl applying the toppings said zero works to me. Whatever, I'm pretty much over them at this point. That was the worst service I have ever received at a Jersey Mike's. Online they said that my order was going to be ready in 5 mins. I walk in, the line I super long. I ask when my order would be ready they said 10 extra mins. Mean while everyone in the long line got served before I did. I wanted to make sure the team at this store knows they are doing great! It took some extra time for our order since the new employees were being trained at the same time, but it was so worth it. I remember training in the food industry and it's very stressful at times, especially at a lunch rush like today. But even while training, your employees did great and were friendly! The newest Jersey Mike's location that is closest to home (hooray)! The little shopping center is in a great location with many entrances/exits and close to the freeway. Parking very easy, even with the construction of the new hotel taking place. They even have quick 15 minute spots when you're just picking up. Keep in mind -- 2-3 of the other stores in the center aren't open yet, so parking could become an issue, but it's nothing to worry about now! We got a giant #7 (cold, turkey & provolone sandwich) for my husband and I to split which is an amazing. He never was a fan of Jersey Mike's in the past, but this trip made him a believer! Another bonus is that they have the larger/shareable kettle cooked bag of chips (I haven't seen this at a grab and go sandwich places), so that was nice since we were sharing. This location was super clean and the staff is super friendly. They quickly take care of you, get you through the assembly line quickly, and check you out. I think I can easily say that Jersey Mike's is far more delicious than the other chain sandwich type places - this place feels most like a homemade (delicious!) sandwich. read more

Ever since this location opened, the service has been very poor. I was in there today around 6:30 PM was told it would be at least 40 minutes until they would start our order. Employees were in the back roaming around and no one was preparing sandwiches in the front. One staff member said some of the staff quit today. Their food is decent, but their service needs improvement immediately. The manager should be terminated because this is an ongoing problem. By the looks of the other reviews, it seems they do not have their store organized and lack management skills. It seems a shame because Jersey Mike's is such a nice place. read more

BEST SANDWICHES IN ANAHEIM! I get the #9 which is the turkey roast beef bacon club sandwich and Mike's Way includes spices like oregano and stuff and a perfect amount of oil and red vinegar on the freshest bread. BAR NONE BEST SANDWICH each slice of meat and cheese is freshly thinly sliced which gives it the best texture for a sandwich. I walked in all 3 employees didn't even acknowledge me. They just kept working. I was standing right in front of them. Another customer walked in went up to register. He was asked what was needed. His was a pick up order which was not ready. I was finally asked what was needed. I ordered my 3 giant club sandwiches which comes with bacon. If I didn't ask for her to add my bacon. I wouldn't have gotten any bacon. It's not my job to be telling the employees what is on my sandwich. This whole time all 3 employees looked annoyed. Not very friendly at all. I was going to ask for avocado. Unfortunately the avocado was black. It was not very appetizing and didn't want to pay extra for something already perished. It was not a packed house. But they just was not a happy bunch. It's not a good feeling to go into a business and feel like you're bothering the employees. I could have just walked out after the sandwiches were done. I still spent my hard earned money. The sandwiches are usually really good. Tonight not so much, and with the service not really being up to par. Service here was really bad. My sandwich did not meet the expectation of "A sub above" it was messy, falling apart, and the portion of meat was not up to par with the image. I ordered a roast beef and the slicer gave me three pieces of meat that barley covered the base of the sandwich. I thought it was made this way because of how busy it's suppose to be. But there were only 3 people in the store. All in all I don't think I'd be coming back to this location.
