The salad is comprised of grilled chicken, bacon bits, hard-boiled egg, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and mixed greens with a creamy ranch dressing on the side. I do not usually pour salad dressing on my salad, but instead dip my fork into the salad dressing and then add salad to fork. It is a eating trick I learned about 20 years ago. Salad doused with too much dressing, quickly becomes super unhealthy. It is amazing how many calories are in salad dressing and unhealthy fats. The greens were fresh and crisp. The chicken breast was tender, well-seasoned, and thinly sliced...it might even be mistaken for turkey if you did not taste it first. The different textures and flavors made the Chicken Cobb salad delicious to eat. Service was great...we were greeted as soon as we went up to the cashier and our food was prepared rather quickly. When we lived in Washington state, we rarely could purchase a lunch salad under $15. This salad was priced sub $10, therefore exceeded our expectations.
