I called and asked if my prescription was ready. She said it was and asked if I had insurance. I informed her I had GoodRx and would be using that to get the price advertised on the GoodRx website. I was informed that they don't accept GoodRx. They only take manufacturer coupons or insurance. I explained that Price Chopper was a selection on the GoodRx website, explained to her how GoodRx works etc - she was clueless and rude. Refused to honor GoodRx price even when I provided all info listed on the "coupon". I pulled prescription from Price Chopper and sent to Hy-Vee using GoodRx. Hy-Vee filled prescription immediately and with great customer service. Lesson learned. Price Chopper is awful. Shop your prescription prices and stay away from Price Chopper.

Sort of has an identity crisis - is it trying to be a Philly cheeseteak or not? 7/10 Service is pretty fast and they show good manners with their please and thank yous. I have been dining at Planet Sub for many years, but not the last 12 as we lived in Las Vegas. As soon as I remembered this place, my wife and I made a beeline to have lunch here. The gal who helped us at the counter, was super helpful and kind. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and even the restrooms. I highly recommend this location. But this place is worth a local "road trip" to treat myself to one of the best sandwich shops in the Kansas City area. IMHO, it puts the "freaky fast" and other competitors to shame. I love that they expanded the chips selection from when I used to go there before I was sent to work from home. Their cookies are second to none. And a decent selection of sodas at the fountain as well. I have to knock it one star due to no fault of the people who run this place, but for the corporation that owns them. It's disappointing that they have closed locations near me. I understand business choices, having to close restaurants due to increases in rent/poor performing, etc. But this is the only one on the side of the state line in Missouri, and that's very disappointing. I wish they would come back to Lee's Summit.
