Extremely disappointed. I love jersey mikes but I would highly recommend going to a different location. I ordered online and both sandwiches were wrong. Completely careless to the toppings I picked. Both sandwiches came mikes way when neither were supposed to be that way and both came with the wrong bread. Unless you're going in to order your sandwiches do not go to this location. read more

After coming here for over 2 years I'm completely turned off. When you call to order a sub you get an attitude at check out they roll their eyes & when I asked why all that was necessary the young lady who gave me the name "Stephanie" told me "then don't call again" as someone who comes to this establishment 4-5x a week I will not continue to come if I'm going to be disrespected and given an attitude over subs and chips ... absolutely terrible customer service & like I said over subs ... read more

Not living up to the Jersey Mike's Subs standards. As you can see from the Instagram photo on the left, the brand emphasizes a full sub from end to end, but this Jersey Mike's on Congress Ave emphasizes cheap on the meat and a cheap sub (not price, mind you). Manager thinks he is saving money but all he is doing is losing customers. I've already reported this to corporate and they say that it will be rectified. Let's see... I did give him the opportunity in person to fix the situation, but his response was that the other employees were over slicing and that he was doing it the proper way, as per corporate. So now instead of teaching everyone to do it the right way, he has brought the employees down to his level and is teaching them now to cut even less meat for the subs. Again refer to the picture if you'd like to see what the corporate brand promotes on their social media. This branch is ruining the brand-name and losing my business. read more

Good subs as always. My favorite is the tuna fish made Mikes Way. And I always get the biggest size. Their brownies are ridiculously scrumptious!!! Oh my God! I have been ordering from DoorDash since the shutdown and it has been consistently delicious. I get the philly with extra cheese, it's always warm, you can tell peppers are fresh as you can see the color in them, the hoagie roll is soft and flaky the meat tastes like steak not like some mystery chopped meat. Eh. It was okay. The girls behind the counter were friendly when I walked in. I ordered a turkey club online that was all mushy from oil and vinegar by the time I picked it up. It was so messy and mushy to eat that I gave up toward the end and just tossed it. There was WAY TOO MUCH mayonnaise as well, and I did request light mayo. My sandwich also wasn't cut in half and there were no napkins provided (which I had also kindly asked for) I know people that love Jersey Mike's subs, and while I will say that they do an okay sandwich, I don't believe it was worth what I paid for it (over $10). The place was also dead when I got there (lunchtime), which tells me they might have better competition in the area (Panera across the street, Chipotle and Dominic's next door). I'm really not sure why people in the earlier reviews are saying to not come to this location because i ALWAYS get THE BEST service here! My sub is always made perfectly and the employees are so nice, and most of them actually converse with you. Asked for a refund and got an attitude, then they decided to ring someone up before refunding me for my order. Absolutely horrible, will not be coming back here. I eat here at least 3 to 4 times per week. I'm going to start with the positives. The employees at this location are extremely friendly and have always made my sub in the true Jersey Mike's fashion, which is a nice amount of meat and a superb job on all the fresh toppings just the way I like it done. They are young and they always want to please the customers...they sure know how to keep people coming back! Now for the negative: The only problem with this location is their manager. I try to avoid ordering with him but sometimes he happens to be the one making the sub. He has a bad personality, he's not friendly, never has a smile on his face and to see what he does when he's on the slicer, I'm 100% certain..would shock the owner of this establishment and corporate! So, the reason most people come to Jersey Mike's is to get a "real" hoagie...ya know...NOT a Subway sub. Subway subs are super chincy on their meat. I don't mind paying the higher than average price for a sub, at Jersey Mike's, when a normal person is making it and making it right. This manager just doesn't get it. He is SO CHEAP!! Literally paper thin slices of cheese. He does a super chincy pass of the layer of whatever meat you order. I have seen this guy slice the very very end of the roast beef..to the point where it slices in tiny shreds and he actually has the nerve to put it on people's subs!! It's the very end of the roast beef that most places throw away. Does he like his own subs made this way...I highly doubt it! This is not smart, not the way to keep customers coming in for years to come. Honestly, he is ruining the business and regulars are the lifeline of a sub shop. The savings of making one cheap sub will always lose to the loss of a customer who would come in and buy hundreds of subs during the year. I brought it to his attention and recommended that he go online to the Jersey Mike's website and follow their page on Instagram if he wants to see what the subs are supposed to look like. In the end it basically tasted like I was eating a loaf of bread with veggies on it. Ive been to a lot of Jersey Mikes and this is the best one. The manager is super friendly and it seems to trickle down to all the other employees. They all seem to remember what you had on your last visit even if you change your order up a lot. Super fast service even for grilled items, this place is so refreshing to step into after giving up on the stagnant line at chipotle down the block.
