Good location, lots of parking, and 6 tables for inside dining. The parking lot is a bit chaotic, but can't blame the business for that. Food is always consistent and on point. Staff are friendly and efficient. Be patient if you come during a weekday during the lunch hour. I recommend ordering online if you do.

#42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak

Cheesy, fresh, mouth watering delicious is the first words come to my mind. I wanted to try something new and my my my, this will be my all time favorite sub sandwich. The flavors just lingers in your mouth the right amount of cheese peppers and onions, the bread is so soft which just makes this all come together so beautifully. Lord have mercy I'm just getting excited right now all over again just writing this. Jersey Mike y'all took it to another level :) This location no worries about parking you're have a nice spot and if you're looking to sit inside you can do that too. They do have a nice app to order to go or crib side service. Either way you can't go wrong.

I honestly like this location because I feel the staff there are doing a pretty good job of preparing the sandwiches there. My issue was there was an employee working the grill for the hot subs. Yes he was wearing gloves but he decided that he needed to tuck his shirt in at the back of his pants. He never changed his gloves and proceeded to prepare the and touch the bread with those same gloves. OSHA would have a field day with his actions if they saw him. Management needs to put emphasis on being more sanitary while cooking the food. I'm sure there isn't a shortage of gloves so tell the staff to change them instead of preparing the food taking the money, cleaning the counters touching cabinets and picking things up off the floor all while wearing the same damn gloves. Please do better! I even whispered to one of the female workers to tell him to change his gloves instead of me blurting it out to him especially since he was preparing my sandwich but she never said anything to him.

Got a Tuna sub to go. Got home and took a bite and almost choked to death. There had to have been an entire shaker of pepper dumped in the tuna. Not even edible. See pic.

Two "Giant" sizes subs. They're huge! Like as big as your whole forearm.

Best sandwich chain ever. Fresh tasting ingredients and the bread is actually soft. Doesn't taste plastic like Subway. They have gluten free bread, if that's your thing. Everyone at this location is friendly and will accommodate any little request. Don't leave until you've had the Stubborn Aged Vanilla Soda from the fountain. You're welcome.

Well, they've earned their rating with good reason!…read more A friend and I went on a bit of an unplanned adventure yesterday as the first place we were going to go to was closed for an event. After driving 30 minutes to that place in Plant City and realizing this, we decided, "why not drive some more?". Josephine's was on my radar due to their great reviews across multiple platforms, so we drove another 20-30 minutes to check it out. We arrived at the unsuspecting strip plaza, walked in to what was just one well lit, cozy strip in the plaza and were immediately greeted by Robby, the owner, who asked us if it was our first time in. We let him know that it was, and he proceeded to educate us on everything they have to offer, from their bar, their sandwiches, pizzas, salads, pastas, grocery and so on... the meatball sandwich was calling my name, along with their pizzas and their pastas - so many choices! I did land on the meatball sandwich and got a bag of chips and a glass of wine while my friend got the Italian salad and a coke. For note, this ran us about $45. It was well worth it. The meatball sandwich was 10" and was stuffed with fully ground beef meatballs, seasoned well and very cheesy - so good. I tasted the salad and it was great as well, with plenty of parmesan cheese to cover up the taste of leaves that I was consuming (I'm not a vegetables guy still). While we were dining at the bar, Robby took a bit more time to tell us how the store came to be, being named after his grandmother who, though she wasn't around to see what he had started, would no doubt be very proud as his/his employee service was excellent and the food was no different. At the end of our experience, Robby took our payment and we explored the store a bit. Robby was kind enough to offer me two of their mini cannolis and my friend a scoop of their salted caramel gelato on the house as a way of saying thank you for coming in; again, EXCELLENT service. Since leaving there yesterday, I have recommended the place to 7 people and will continue recommending it to more people due to their great value, service and delicious food. Huge thanks to Robby and the team at Josephine's for knowing how to do things the right way. I'll definitely be back.

We came in and it was actually pretty busy we waited a little to order and was surprised how fast the food came out. We also order one of their new floats which they give you a cup of ice cream and then you fill it at the machine with whatever soda you want. The chicken was fresh and perfectly fried, we tried their teriyaki sauce but to us it was very salty in our opinion but the Korean bbq was good.

I notice the normal person who ran the kitchen and checked the orders was out. Should have paid attention. The guy giving me the order was not friendly at all, I should have paid attention, but I didn't. I love their broccoli and cheese side. Just ate it, it was no where near as good as usually. Less cheese and very dry. I was going to let it pass. Then I get to my chicken. Not only is it two pieces short, the three pieces I got are the smallest pieces I have ever gotten from PDQ. Sometimes when I order 5 pieces, a small 6th piece will be in there. These pieces are all the size of the small pieces that sometimes sleep in. I paid $16 for a crappy meal. Adding to the frustration is the fact PDQ is my go to. Not anymore. I may give this location one more chance, but if it is the same experience, I am done, it was that bad.

Absolutely loved it The guy at the front was on point the whole time. Even coming in right after the lunch rush, he made sure everything stayed clean and organized while still taking care of customers. That kind of attention to detail does not go unnoticed They were out of the sweet teas (I was hurt a little bit ), but overall the experience was still really good. Now let's get into the food because you already know that's what we're here for The chicken empanadas? Delicious. No complaints. The Cuban sandwich? It was good... but I'm gonna keep it real like I always do. The meat was flavorful, but it could've been more evenly distributed, and it didn't have that crispy bread texture I look for. Overall, it just didn't hit that top-tier level for me. So for this location: 8/10 Still a solid experience, still worth the visit -- but as of right now, the Wesley Chapel location is still holding that 10/10 crown And you already know I'm not done... Overall ambiance it's appeared to be cleaned and organized and the food was smelling amazing.
