It's everyone's favorite spot in Canton and it does a booming business Monday through Saturday. It's not so much the food that keeps us coming back but the employees. Whatever training Chick fi la does it needs to be given to other fast food establishments -friendly service is the key to good fast food. Chick fi la has mastered that skill plus the fast service part( granted you do wait a bit, but your food is always hot). Plus have you asked for your points and or freebies at this location. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I am not sure what has happened to the service at chic fil a in canton Georgia but it is no where near the service it used to be. So last night I order a full meal with a yogurt and they literally leave out the large fry to a meal. So we go back this morning and my wife ordered her food on her app and I ordered mine. So they hand me the food and all I can see is my first wife's name on the order so I take it and go home only to arrive and realize they had given some other sherrys order for a white Chevy and I drive an Infiniti and she drives a Kia. So part of the order was for my granddaughters breakfast. So my wife goes back up there costing additional gas and time to correct the order and co texted The manager on the way to tell Him the issue. When arriving the customer service girl was rude and had the audacity to ask if we had paid for the replacement food. So I'm not sure what is going on at this location but your customer service and attitudes of your associates is pathetic. In my opinion it starts with leadership and what you allow or train and this location has become a joke. If I ad the owner operator I would be embarrassed to provide subpar service and the continued mistakes are even more concerning. With as many people as you have standing at the doors, which one of those people are assigned to do quality checks or to actually look at the order to verify what's going out and can your Customer Service reps that come out to the car, not read a tag that says white Chevy when somebody's in a silverI. Love, love, love me some Chick-Fil-A & especially this location. The mobile thru lane is uber easy but if one wants to dine in, the dining room is clean and spacious. The service is consistent with smiling and happy people who really do seem to love what they do. The food is consistent and delicious. I love the salads, the chicken tortilla soup, the tenders, the grilled spicy deluxe, well you name it. I'm a fan of this location and the fun events they host. Love this place! read more

Dear managers Can you train your staff better. When you order a salad with the chicken on the side there should not be a $2.50 up charge for putting the chicken on the side. My only complaint: if you are going through the drive through and your order doesn't have food in it - only drinks or ice cream - it can and often does get lost in the shuffle. There is actually one behind my house that I go all the time and even if I go minutes before they close...I still get great service. This location in Canton is no different. I pulled in around lunch time and thought the line was pretty long but as usual they find a way to move the customers in and out quickly and with precision. I ordered my usual spicy chicken salad (about $13 with tax) with creamy salsa dressing and I received the usual condiments that accompany it-- pepita seeds, tortilla chips, fork & knife, and a load of napkins. I appreciate the greeting upon pulling up to the window and the playful banter as they are checking you out. Everyone I encountered here was friendly and it didn't feel forced. We visit the Riverstone location almost weekly. Tonight an off duty employee was dining in the booth area where we frequently see employees taking breaks or eating. Tonight one the employees was talking so loud everyone seated near could hear her. She wasn't using any foul language just extremely loud. I don't think her friend (not sure if she was employee or not) was hard of hearing. My wife approached a "stripped red shirt "and informed him of the issue. The youngest in our group was 77 so you can imagine even with hearing issues it must have been louder than normal to take notice. After informing "red shirt", he immediately walked to the back of the restaurant without approaching the employee. Perhaps he was informing another manager which I hope was the issue? And I'd cut him some slack since he's obviously worked hard to earn his stripes. This is simply out of character for a CFA employee and in 20+ years I've never complained once. Thankfully within 5 minutes (after talking for 15 minutes) the young ladies said goodbye and left. For the record, this does not impact our frequent visits to CFA nor do I ever expect to bring up an issue like this in future. We have gotten food from here. One of our orders, the nuggets was for our daughter. Her dad opened the box and tasted it to make sure it was okay. He spat it out because it tasted like cigarettes. I smelled the nuggets in the box and it literally smelled like cigarettes. We were glad our daughter didn't ate it. We had never had a problem with this place until now. The service at a Chick-fil-a is usually the only good thing about these restaurants. But here, that is often not the case. I remember taking a bite out of my chicken sandwich once and snapping into a whole bone. It cut open the roof of my mouth. It wasn't bleeding so bad that I was worried or anything, but there was blood. So I go back to the counter with the sandwich, bone and all, blood dribbling out of my mouth like I'm a vampire, and ask to see the manager. His response was to offer me a complimentary free sandwich and send me on my way. Not even a "Sorry for having this incredibly dangerous bone in a bone-less chicken sandwich." This is possibly the BEST fast food joint I have ever been to.. they keep the place spotless.. all the staff are super friendly.. as a matter of fact, about halfway thru my meal, this young guy(I'm guessing he was the shift mgr) came walking thru an stopped at EVERY table to check on the customers and make sure everything was ok an also picked up any trash off the tables.. he also saw to it that we all got refills.. I dont think I've ever had someone in a fast food joint come get my glass and refill it or care enough to ask me if my food was ok... Always fast service but the lunch rush is almost frantic. Avoid the drive thru if you have a question about the menu etc. because they only do the curb order takers. And the trip all the way around the restaurant to get in the drive thru is ridiculous. Bad design, crazy drivers - always makes for a stressful trip. read more

It's pretty hard for a Chick-fil-A lover to leave a negative review. Today, I was the unlucky one again. I had to wait in front of the window for a long time. Ten or maybe more cars behind me been served before me. Way huge orders, compare with mine(27$). Finely a Chick-fil-A stuff decided to ask my name and what my order was. He went in asking for my name order and then he came back asking me to pull my car at the red flag. Five minutes later my order arrived without my drink. Had to yell for my drink. Fantastic place! Always clean, employees are always clean and fresh, I know they can't all be happy all the time, but they sure do leave their personal problems at the door. Every employee I've come in contact with was super friendly and welcoming. Food is always fresh, I can't ever remember a time they got my order wrong! Ordering through the app is a breeze, and the employees know how to process those orders. I guess my only complaint is that they don't all remember to ask if you need your app scanned. My experience at this store was horrible. Employees and management is horrible and does not respond well to customer complaints or fix their mistakes on incorrect food. Both of my orders we're wrong and coming home it's still wrong. Management is more concerned with their ego's rather then correcting their mistakes.
