Well we love Jersey Mikes however this location is less than stellar. The staff was nice and friendly every in the store but me. However the thing that bothered me the most. I have been here a few times and every time I give the benefit of the doubt. The staff seems lost. One was socializing while a line was forming out the door. Another employee had to call her to come help. They were very cheap with the meat which every time I come the sandwiches look like they are anorexic. These sandwiches are not cheap so I don't need to pay a pirates pot of gold for a lettuce sandwich. I specifically asked for my sandwich to be prepared a certain way. They looked so confused. They tried to explain why they were making it a certain way which was moot to me being that I have always had it made a certain way. I just walked out and left. I will never return. Will never come back here. worker alma told me gluten free bread was $1 extra. Came to pay and it was actually $2. Instead of apologizing she starts arguing with me on how she told me it was $1. I love Jersey Mike's, but this is the last time I will go to this location. This evening at 7:45pm I called a total of 7 times before someone answered. I should of went with my gut and got something else for dinner, but I'm really craving JM. Finally someone answered and he was RUDE AS RUDE COULD BE. I was rushed off the phone and didn't get to order my third sandwich, whatever... we picked the food up then I get home and my bread is SOGGY like disgusting. I didn't even eat the sandwich I paid $11 for. My boyfriend ordered a hot sandwich and the meat was way over cooked. Overall, not a good experience at this location. I really like Jersey Mike's subs due to way better taste/quality than subway and which wich. However, every time I come to this one I'm being rushed to place my order. I brought my Mom for the first time this afternoon and we didn't even go up to the counter as we were looking at the menu. The guy ask what can o get for you we hold him to give us a moment we are still deciding. He gets through helping the customer in front of us and immediately as us again what do we want. Yesterday October 12 was my first time at a Jersey Mike's. I was very pleased with the freshness of their products. I got a #8 club sub and a chocolate chip cookie, both were delicious. I was so happy to be greeted as soon as I walked inside. I want to recognize the 3 gentlemen that were working around 6pm. They did an awesome job in recommending a good sandwich, knowing their products, and had the best customer service I have seen in a sandwich shop. I will definitely come back soon! read more

My family and I are huge Jersey Mike fans, but we are very disappointed with this location. The guy behind the counter making the sandwiches was very rude and made sloppy sandwiches throwing the cheese and meat everywhere. The girl putting the toppings on drenched our sandwiches with oil and vinegar. Finally got to the register and asked for a water cup and the manager said we ran out of cups, so I asked if I can have a regular cup and he straight out said no and walked away. Only person that was nice was the girl who made our hot sandwiches and if I could just review her I'd give her 5 stars. I attended think restaurant during my lunch break at work and the experience was horrible! The staff is severely under trained and it caused me to be late to work for an overpriced sandwhich that I didn't even order. I am paid hourly and was fifteen minutes late because the staff member could not figure out how to melt cheese and toast bread. Then when the sandwich was finished, they realized they made a mistake and without asking if I wanted a new sand which, began to make an entirely new one. The new one they made was COMPLETELY wrong and I was already late to work by that point so I couldn't check before I left. In addition to this, your lettuce is wilted, which is disgusting. The whole thing took over twenty minutes and I told the staff member I am now late to work because of this and all she said was "sorry". read more

We came at 4pm on Sat and it was very busy! 5 couples in line and only Jose was working. They were short staffed. Jose welcomed everyone & apologized for the wait. He was super organized. Took the orders. Was calm & collected under pressure. Gave all customers individual attention to make sure the orders were correct. He managed the grill & meat slicer by himself.
