I was just in there today for lunch. Ordered three sandwiches: a regular big kahuna, a regular #13, and a regular grilled pastrami Reuben. The Reuben had no 1000 island dressing and no cheese. I called from my office as soon as we unwrapped the sandwich. I can't get through via my cell or my office phone. Someone from this store reds to contact me ASAP. I understand this is a brand new store but the place is a zoo. Behind the counter was chaotic and confusing to say the least. Way too many people behind the counter with too many chef's in the kitchen. Nobody could hear one another. Speed should be a priority, but not the top priority! I love Jersey Mike's and I was happy to have a great sandwich place near by but....this was disappointing. read more

The staff here is so kind, helpful and energetic! I was greeted by all of them with warm smiles and they genuinely seem happy to work there. It was my first time so they gave me their recommendations and I ended up choosing the chicken cheese steak. It was delicious and jam packed with flavors. It was also a great size. Not sure why this location has so many negative reviews. This is my 4th time here and they've always been spot on. I've been to more sub shops across the country than I care to admit. As far as this location? Well it stacks up against them all. Jersey Mikes, Potbelly, and Jimmy John's are my go to's. I don't do Subway or Blimpie and I am a Customer Service professional, so I'd like to think of myself as qualified to assess subs and service. That's why I gave the Cerritos store such high marks. Reading the reviews on this restaurant there are many comments on a tall blonde woman with a ponytail with a tattoo on her wrist and we also had to unfortunately encounter her. As we were looking at the menu she was immediately rushing us to order. She was very short with us and plain rude to my dad who was trying to order as well as being rude to the worker there with her. He asked her a question and she yelled what? To him. I don't believe she should work here, there are multiple times she has done this according to the reviews and lucky I was there to witness how she treated my father. This location is good! It's right next to Afters . The turkey sub was great just like always. The service was ok but the decor was a bit lacking. It's a bit small but somewhat roomy. Don't get me wrong. The food was alright but as for their abilities to take orders correctly, horrible. Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak without peppers and the Big Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak but they got both of them wrong. The Philly Cheesesteak had peppers and the Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak didn't even have chicken! They ended up giving us two Philly Cheesesteaks instead. I love Jersey Mike's. I usually go to the location in BP but this was on the way home so we stopped by here. 2 of the 3 subs we ordered were great. The bad was the chipotle steak sub. I get this all the time & love the chipotle mayo. Unfortunately I dont think they added the mayo. I would've just ordered the philly steak. It was bland. I never need to add salt to my food but I had to with this. Think I'll stick to my normal location. read more

Came here for the 1st time last night with my mom, sister and aunt. Wasn't sure what to expect from another sandwich shop. I was surprised how good they were. We all enjoyed them very much. I didnt eat at ALL today until I received a Jersey Mikes philly cheesesteak sandwich. I opened the wrapper to find a hair in the sandwich at the knife cut.... pulled it out and it looks exactly like an untrimmed male pubic hair. It doesnt look like facial hair or head hair. I didnt take a single bite and will NEVER, EVER again to a place that still hazes customers. This isnt 1997. Once again I went into the Jersey Mike's in Cerritos only to find that they were completely out of bread. The 1st time this happened the manager said he would make sure they would never run out of bread. Well, that didn't happen! Usually the food is good here but for a sandwich shop to run out of bread is "not cool". Had to settle for salads which just isn't the same! read more

The workers do not want to be there. They were not friendly at all and were just going through the motions. When I got my sandwich, I wanted to get a side of pickle chips and the lady just stared down at the lettuce, not making any eye contact with me. I usually enjoy the #9, turkey, roast beef & bacon sandwich Mike's Way, but today's sandwich was not very good. When I first arrived there were 2 people waiting to pay with no clerk at the register and a couple in front of me that had not ordered. We were told we'll be waited on in a minute but ended up standing around waiting for approximately 10 minutes. It was annoying but didn't mind that as much as when I got home with my sandwich it was missing several ingredients that I was asked if I wanted and I said yes but did not get. My turkey, roast beef w/bacon sandwich was missing the bacon, mayo and I asked for "the juice" on the side but did not get that at all. Without all the missing ingredients this sandwich was dry and flavorless. Don't know if I will solicit this location again. read more
