I visited Jersey Mikes today! It's been sooo long since I've been here, probably since my last birthday lol. Well I must say shame on me for not visiting much sooner and this location! Wow the customer service was a CLASS A! When I walked up I immediately noticed how CLEAN the restaurant. One reason I stopped coming to jersey mikes because they were so dirty. But this location was great! The guy making the sandwiches wore gloves, had in a very clean apron and the counter was clean. There were quiet a few empty bottles behind him but I believe he was in the process of filling them with something. Because he stopped what he was doing to immediately assist me with me order. I informed him that I was there to use my birthday coupon. He smiled and said, "it's your BIRTHDAY! Happy Birthday! What would you like to order?" I wasn't sure because it had been so long, but he said... take you time no rush I'm not going anywhere lol. We laughed and then I ordered the Turkey Sub. It took him all of 3 minutes to make my sandwich, wrap it up the CORRECT Jersey Mike way and provided me with a drink. Smiled and said happy birthday I hope you enjoy your day. I love that! He was the only person handling everything at the time and he was on it! I did not get his name but he's in my photos, Asian guy very sweet! Kudos to you if you get to read this review! Thank you for your hospitality truly! We need more happy people like you in this world spreading so much love, light and joy!

I like Jersey Mike's because they cut the meat right then and there when you order it. They don't have a tub full of stuff sitting there for hours and hours. I think that makes for a fresher tasting sandwich compared to the 'way guys. And when they slice, they tend to pour it on pretty heavy so I'd recommend being really friendly to the person taking your order and you can maybe expect an extra slice or two on there. This is a nice clean shop. I'd come back.

I was in your 11112-A south tryon street location and ordered your #56 and this is what I received. I returned to the location and all they offered was an apology and my money back upon request. The refund amount was incorrect and they had to fix that. I spoke to Chastity director of operations and all she did was say sorry and text her my mailing address for a coupon. Really?! My complaint was not for a discount but rather for training and development. She had a million excuses and I get it could happen thats not my issue. My issue is put in place checks in balances like reviewing product before its handed over to a customer by matching the receipt. Number two in the event of an issue offering to remake the sub not just an idle i am so sorry. I have attached pictures of the items. Who would want this?

They have really great customer service at all levels (greeting, when taking orders, ringing up order, bringing out food and even when leaving). I always order the same thing, and it's consistently good.

I was in a bad mood today, but that changed after my experience at this place. We went in at two o'clock and the people working were so nice, smiling, and there was an overall great energy and atmosphere. This being my first time in a jersey mikes, I wasn't sure what to expect but was given a wonderful experience. I had the super sub, which was awesome and fun to watch them slice the cheese and meat. Boyfriend had the famous cheese steak, and he loved it, and he is a cheese steak snob! I will be back again VERY soon.

I love the different sizes in subs. I would go here instead of Subway for fresh, tasty and delicious subs.

I placed my order and all of sudden they got really busy. The lady working at the register was really nice and had a positive disposition. I ordered the Philly chicken primo and my husband ordered the Italian primo. They took about 15-20 minutes to come out. FYI that is NOT a long time for a quality sandwich. That is how long I would expect to wait honestly. They do have a few tables and chairs if you want to sit and eat. The hoagies were both really good. The bread was fresh and soft. I added cherry peppers on my Philly and they were chef's kiss. I will definitely be a regular at PrimoHoagies!! I should've taken pictures but the food smelled so good I ate it before I had a chance lol

Two frozen meatballs with two frozen slices of cheese not even melted on top -- they were stacked beside the meatballs like two pieces of drywall. Absolute masterpiece. I politely asked if they actually melted the cheese or warmed the bread and the employee looked at me like I had just asked her for cocaine. Apparently "hot sub" is an outrageous request now. Whatever this place claims to be -- NEW YORK, ITALIAN, whatever -- it's definitely not that. I've had better subs from a vending machine at a bus station. I ended up leaving the sub on the table because clearly they need the $14 more than I do. The place already looks like it's under new ownership every other week, and after eating there, it's easy to see why. Terrible.

It's right on the way to my yoga studio, so it's perfect for a quick in-and-out lunch, but honestly, it's also the kind of place where you end up lingering longer than planned. My usual order is the ABLT on rye with Boar's Head applewood smoked bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Simple, fresh, and consistently delicious every single time. I almost always pair it with the Spinach Bacon salad loaded with spinach, cranberries, goat cheese, tomatoes, toasted pecans, and brown sugar peppered bacon. The portions are huge and definitely shareable. What makes Rhino special is that it's more than just a deli. It's part neighborhood market, part coffee shop, part beer and wine stop, and part community hangout. They've got local products, grab-and-go snacks, fresh sandwiches, beer on tap, wine, outdoor patio seating, and sometimes even live music. It reminds me of the small independent spots I used to love in the Bay Area around Burlingame, San Mateo, and Palo Alto. Relaxed, local, welcoming, and full of personality. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere feels genuinely Charlotte. Not overly polished. Not trying too hard. Just good food, good people, and a place that locals clearly love. And if you are visiting North Carolina, you absolutely have to try Cheerwine at least once. It's basically a Carolina rite of passage. Cherry soda lovers will probably be obsessed. Me personally? Not exactly my flavor profile, but people here drink it like water, so clearly they are onto something. Rhino Market is one of those places that makes a city feel like home. Life is too short to not eat well, Charlotte. Get out there.

You order at one window, grab an extra items, pay, then they'll call your name/number. Super easy. I ordered the Rhino Club described on the menu as: Boar's Head Branded Deluxe Ham, Lower Sodium Turkey, Applewood Smoked Bacon, provolone, bibb lettuce, tomato, dijon vin on choice of bread. The ordering and payment process was easy. I was solo so I took a seat at the bar area to eat. Sandwich looked good when I unwrapped it, large slices of toasted bread with fresh lettuce and tomato. The strangest thing was, on the left side of the sandwich were several slices of deli turkey rolled up. On the right side of the sandwich were several slices of deli ham rolled up. I hadn't seen a sandwich made like that before. It felt like half of a turkey sandwich and half of a ham sandwich as opposed to a ham and turkey sandwich. Was it bad? Definitely not. I waffled between a 3 and a 4 star for this one but felt generous because, overall, I liked the vibe of the place.
