Today was the first time I tried Jersey Mikes, and I'm just going to say I was very surprised on how fresh my sandwich was! I ordered the number 2, and they made my sandwich VERY fast and VERY quick, the place itself was nice too, a little busy. And when you come inside you see the meats that they use, which surprised me. Sarah was very rude, dismissive, and abrasive! I did not feel welcomed there. She seemed racist and that she was bothered that my husband and I are an interracial couple. I am a long time customer and fan of jersey Mike's but this lady is horrible and seems as though she should be working at McDonald's with her attitude. I have never experienced this behavior at any other locations. Hire better employees. The rest of the staff seemed clueless. We will not be returning to this location! read more

I love the bread, the meat and the toppings at Jersey Mike's. Being from New York and actually having family in New Jersey they remind me of a Jersey hoagie. Sometimes you get a person who will a sloppy sandwich it you choose to have it Mike's way so watch out for that. Otherwise they are one of my favorite spots. read more

Standard Jersey Mike's Chain store. I was the only customer on a weeknight and the people were super nice. They even brought my sandwich to me when it was ready. It was to go, so I got home and happily scarfed the sandwich down in a couple of minutes. The cool thing I found on this visit was that they had a little touch screen computer near the register where you can "check-in" as a frequent customer using your cell phone and they send you coupons and offers via text messaging. The employee was wiping the sitting area counters when I walked in, she went behind the food prep counter picked up a half sub roll and asked if I wanted white holding the bread up I said "NO and could you wash your hands please" she put the bread down washed her hands then I orded. Stopped in today for lunch and grabbed a regular size meatball. At first glance, the portion looks a little small for the price you pay (about $8 for the sandwich alone). But once you start eating it, it's substantial and very filling. The sandwich was fine. The meatballs themselves were pretty standard fare, similar to something you'd get at most other chain shops, but the bread and cheese were fantastic, elevating the whole package. I like that they slice their meats and cheeses to order in house, and their bread may be my favorite among the major sub chains. As an overall experience, I'd probably put it second behind Firehouse, but it definitely rates ahead of Subway, Quizno's, or Jimmy John's for me. This location is never busy , I don't think Jersey Mike's is the same as when the chains first came bc the subs are a lot smaller than before but still satisfying . They do make a very good sub. Meat and cheese freshly cut to order. You can't beat the freshness. But my favorite is the Big Kahuna cheesesteak. You can get a good sub at The Teeter and Publixfor about half the price. But not the cheesesteak. read more

I have had Jersey Mikes once before and I liked it enough to try it again. This location proved to disappoint. The bread was soggy and my meatball sub was lukewarm.
