They have screwed up my order again I ordered the new chicken salad sub for my wife asked for cheese very thin layer of chicken salad no cheese my 56 big kahuna I asked for double meat no jalapeño add pickles raw onion mayo and bacon well was charged for double meat was not double meat and loaded with jalapeños it took me 9 months to decide to come back to this shop and the only reason why I did was my wife wanted jerseys and we were at Walmart so again two giant subs and both were not made the way I asked it wasn't that they were slammed Hancock Village has lost my business. read more

I love Jersey mike's,,,I go all the time. Staff is friendly and food is always ready as I use the app. Today, I went in and ordered in person-got to the point of adding veggies etc and I could see the lettuce was brown. I told the young man that the lettuce was "knarly" and it should be replaced. No response or movement to get fresh lettuce,,,so I did not add lettuce. Look, shredded lettuce is hard at best to keep fresh,,,but this was clearly from yesterday as it was right at 11am when I went in. Well I'll start off by saying I love Jersey Mikes. When they are made right they are so delicious. I can eat it a couple of times a week. This location used to be fantastic. Since the manager/management changed it has become absolutely undependable and continually inconsistent. It is clear to understand why the ratings have slipped so low. My sandwich is always the same, with extra meat; my husband always gets the tuna with xtra meat as well . Sometimes the tuna is so thin it's like you're just eating a bread sandwich. For my mixed meat and cheese, it has now become so sparse (aside from the mile high lettuce ) ie cheese so thin you can see through it, never mind the xtra meat (it has less meat than the original). I see many comments about the mistakes on orders and scrimping on portions so I'm by far not the only one who's noticed the changes. I guess I'll scout out another location and get my sandwich there when I'm in the area. There's such a large population in the area who love to eat out. So much money could be made. This review is entirely based on online order through their app. Honestly, I'm so sad as to how much down hill this Jersey Mikes location has gone. It used to be very reliable and now it's just not. First, they have no idea how to balance their online orders and walk-ins. They don't have a system to feed in their online orders into the que. as a result, your wait time if you walk in would be 15 min now turns into an hour turn around. If you can't manage online orders or call in orders, don't do them. I online ordered at 10:58am, it was handed to me at 12:05, after waiting 20 minutes in store and watching people walk through the line, eat, and leave during the wait. Still good subs, I just won't ever be ordering at this location again and will go down the street. read more

I've been a fan of Jersey Mike's for years. This location had in the past seems to have a high turnover of employees and not give a crap attitude. But at least this time I was greeted by two people. They now have Parmesan and rosemary bread that's fantastic. But while the guy is cutting the meat for my sub, he is stopping to write down orders while a girl is standing there an another guy that works the register. It's like there is no team work, we 're here to do the least amount of work. I guess friendly and efficient customer service is a thing of the past. I walked to the pick up counter and there was a lady waiting, so I waited for her to finish. She paid, got her order and left. Next guy who ordered in store paid, got his order and left. Jersey Mikes is good, but I am a little concerned about the way they handle their food. The guy handling the raw meat also touched my bread, cheese, and vegetables. I was so hungry though so I'm praying I don't get sick. Maybe it's just trading in food handling or local management??? Also the girl that took my order was completely apathetic and seemed to be unhappy to be there. Just not a very good experience for me. But my meal was only 11 and some change and I only ended up tipping a small amount. I work in a service industry, and you just can't let your customers see you having a bad day. I typically go to Jimmy John's when I'm in the mood for a quick sub but today I was in the shopping center around Jersey Mike's so I decided to stop in. I've been to other locations before so I knew what I should be expecting from them. This location is clean, as it should be since the building is only about a year old. But at six when there should at least be some customers there for dinner, not a soul was around. I even seemed to be intruding on the employees' time to goof off. I was in their shoes at one point though, so I understand that they'd rather talk than do their job. It didn't take long for my food to be ready...I just ordered a grilled veggie wrap as it is on their menu. I could tell I was in for a mess by the lopsided shape of the wrap when they handed it to me. About five minutes later it began leaking out of the foil. I knew I was going to be disappointed before I opened it. The thing wasn't cut all the way through, one half wasn't even wrapped, and it had ranch all but pouring out of the seams. Because of all the ranch they put on it, the entire tortilla was an unpleasant, soggy disaster. And to top it off, I found a piece of steak mixed in with the veggies...smooth. Another thing about Jersey Mike's, they're about a dollar or two more per sandwich than Subway or Jimmy Johns. You'd expect this price increase to mean for fresher and better ingredients. Unfortunately this was just a greasy, dripping mess. Subway and Jimmy Johns use fresher ingredients and have a lot more options. If I go back to a Jersey Mike's store in the future, it won't be this one. And I'll definitely request the dressing on the side. Gross. Jersey would be ashamed. read more

Came by for a Philly Cheese Steak and I was not disappointed. I was greeted at the door and even with a smile. It was quite inside with more than a few people seating around eating. When I got my sub I was not disappointed. The steak portion was great and tasty. The sub was a really nice size and I got the giant. I was only going to eat half and save the rest for tomorrow, but it was so good I ate it all. Had the Original Italian Sub in a Tub and it was great. Lots of meat, probably with the cheese about 5 to 6 oz. The young servers did a very good job last night about 7:15pm. Not many customers but they were doing fine. One of the male personnel was out of uniform, mostly worked in the back but came out and sliced a good 2 pans of tomatoes on the slicer, no hair restraint, no uniform. We had an issue with a Turkey sub in the tub a week or so ago, got less than 1 oz. of meat and questioned it, male server said that they only give 3 slices of turkey. Looked very skimpy. We've had off and on again marginal service at this location. Management was called the next day and they seemed to have responded well. Watch for coupons, they have bogo coupons which make it a good value. read more

I recently used the app to order sandwiches for Mothers day. The app doesn't seem to allow a preferred pick up time. I tried calling the store numerous times without anyone ever picking up. I arrived to pick up my order about 2 hours after placing it because that was the time i wanted. I ordered early because i have had issue with the store turning the app off when they get busy or when they offer promotions. They did remake my order so it was fresh. It was the customer service that lacked the most. The employees there could not have cared less about the app not offering a pickup time or the fact they wont answer the phone. The girl behind the counter said their phone had not rang all day, I asked if the number was correct on google and even called the number while i was there. All these terrible reviews are from years ago. This place has new management now, and although it's not perfect, the quality has improved dramatically. Most of the workers are friendly, and the food is good. I've been many times, and I'm always greeted by the workers. The service is quick and efficient and my online orders are always made correctly and on time. Avoid this location if at all possible. The staff has no personality, they make you repeat your order multiple times and they over charge. We asked for a side of meatballs for our daughter and got charged $12 for a giant sub. When we asked about the charge they said that's how it has to be. I must say that I dearly love Jersey Mikes and feel they have the best subs around. I did have a bad experience today around 5:30 pm and it was completely about lack of service. The young man running the register and sometimes helping with Sandwiches was a very angry young man. It was somewhat awkward to check out because he was so angry about the shape of the register. He then took meat out to place on the grill and slammed it on there like he was mad at the world. He clearly does not like his job. For some reason this jersey Mike's does not seem to be as good as some of the others. My wife and I get takeout from this one and another one near us pretty often and this one never seems to be as good. I always get an Italian sub and every time it seems to be different. I thought chain restaurants were supposed to be pretty much the same across the board.
