The worst service ever. Did a online pickup order got a email it was ready for pick up by 3:12 came there the order was not even made. No apology or anything just it's not made yet. I walked in around 1:45pm to order a couple of sandwiches. The music playing was LOUD. So much so that i could barely hear the employees taking my order. Even worse the employees were extremely blasé about their interactions with customers. About 3 other customers walked in while I was there. Overall the customer service was abysmal. The sandwiches were great as usual. This location needs to seriously reconsider the staff they have employed here or do some intensive training. An absolute disaster, I've never seen anything like this. I ordered 4 basic subs online and came in to pick them up. When I got home and opened the bag, all 4 sandwiches were completely wrong. Not a huge deal since I live relatively close so I decided to drive back and politely ask for them to be remade. Upon arrival, 12 guests are waiting patiently in the store, yet not a single person behind the counter is making sandwiches. I step up the the counter and say quite calmly, "hi yeah so it looks like all 4 of my sandwiches are incorrect". No one acknowledged me, no one said a word, every employee behind the counter simply stared at me. Finally, after repeating myself an employee takes the original bag order out of my hands and goes into the back to inspect my receipt and ensure that the sandwiches were in fact wrong. Here's where it gets good; she comes back out after several minutes and tells me, "so actually it looks like these sandwiches are correct!". I was astounded that she truly believed that I wanted to drive all the way back to the restaurant just to give them a hard time or something. She says, "It's not our fault, the sandwiches match the receipt". I replied to her calmly once again, "okay...to be honest I'm not here to argue with you and I don't care whose fault it is, I'm not upset. All 4 sandwiches are completely wrong and it's no big deal because we can just go through each one and remake them, no worries whatsoever". She replied to me..."well according to the receipt, all of these sandwiches are correct. I'm gonna go call my manager". For about 10 minutes, there was not a single employee behind the counter. Stale, pre sliced breads pressing up against the glass, red wine vinegar puddling on the counter top, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Not a single soul was making a sandwich. Other customers were just as puzzled as I was. No manager in sight and not a single employee apologized, took ownership, or even attempted to make things right. Remember, I was calm and patient this entire time, no yelling no irritability, I simply wanted to help them remake the sandwiches so I could feed my family and be on my way. 35 minutes later, we walked out of the store with sandwiches in hand, wondering how on earth such a disastrous experience was even possible at such a good restaurant. First time eating here. We split the giant between 2 adults and two littles aged 4 & 6. It was perfect. The manager special was such a good deal that I'm sure we'll be back again. They have a lot of options to choose from so there's something for everyone. We went around 1 on a Sunday and it was pretty packed for mostly To-go orders. I'm lot Evernote sure what sandwich my husband ordered as I went outside to grab a table, but we had turkey bacon and Swiss cheese. The bacon was so crispy just like it should be. I keep having to remind myself about the fly problem down here. I need to keep a small citronella candle and a lighter in my purse to fully enjoy my meals outside in the good weather. ;-) read more

First time I tried JM was when I was in the service in NC ( 1999 - 2006 ) so you can imagine how happy I was when JM made it out here to the West Coast, but lately this location has fallen short on what I came to know as JM. For starters they almost always short on something, certain breads or veggies. The employees sometimes not always but sometimes enjoy conversing with each other more than helping or taking an order. And lastly, just seems like the subs never have enough meat and/or cheese, idk if it's just this location or what, maybe I just need to find another JM to go to. read more

Jersey mikes is one of my favorite places to eat, but I'm not sure what's going on at this location. Can someone explain to me how I was the 4th person in line and yet it took over half an hour for me to get my food? They weren't well stocked either, they ran out tomatoes, lettuce and rosemary bread by 6:30 pm. They slice the meat and cheese in front of you and offer basic produce and seasonings There's not a whole lot here that stands out to me, but they're good enough. The sandwiches are freshly made right in front of you with meat and cheese carved when you order. My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey. I have found through trial and error that adding bacon to a turkey sandwich is more expensive than ordering a turkey, ham, and bacon, with no ham for example. I have been coming to this Jersey Mikes for a long time. I have never been disappointed with the service I receive or the food. Everyone knows and greets me with a smile. I usually get a number 13 with the extra added toppings of jalepenos and pickles. I just love this place and go at least once a week and many times twice. Be sure to join their points club. I have received many many free sandwiches and I encourage anyone to sign up. I mean who doesn't want free sandwiches. Went in today 3/31/2019 and they were so busy!! Looked like a lot from the soccer field down the way. Well we anticipated a long wait time but was happily surprised it went by so fast. Seemed as if all the employees were in sync lol. The bread ( I got wheat and hubby white) is sooo good. Crusty outside and super soft inside. The #10 Tuna is a must try. As well as the sweet onion Maui chips. We love this place . Seems to be run like a well oiled machine and all the staff that helped us was very friendly and didn't seem phony about it either.
