At the recommendation of the worker I had The Original Italian and it did not disappoint. The bread and veggies were all fresh, and the sandwich as a whole was on point. Stopped by this place on our way home. I like Jersey Mikes sub and I'm trying to support local businesses during Covid. I'm troubled with my recent visit to this location. I was there to order in-store and there's a guy in front of us who was in line to order who wasn't wearing a mask. He looks like a senior in HS and was chatting at the staff at the counter making the subs. At no point did the staff asked this guy to pls wear the mask while inside the store (it looks like the staff knew this guy). I don't care if this guy doesn't wear a mask outside but for safety of the employees and the customers inside trying to order and support this restaurant, they need to abide my the minimum requirement. I asked the employees that they should at least ask the customer to wear mask inside the store, the staff said they are not allowed to ask customers to wear mask to avoid complaints per management. This is ridiculous, management is putting their staff at risk and customers who are ordering in store. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but I don't think I'll be coming back at this location if this is how management is managing Covid. I'm disappointed with management not following the county guidelines for wearing a mask inside a store to avoid customer complaints. read more

We had never been to a Jersey Mikes before but came because of the promotion today. All I can say is the food was sooo good. We got the big Kahuna and Philly cheese steak. They were delicious and so fresh. Even with it being packed it didn't take long. Tom, you're doing a great job with your team! They were helpful and bubbly and filled the air with positive energy. They should remove themselves from the online ordering app as a target store. Twice now I have ordered through the app and when I show up at the scheduled time to pickup my sandwiches they haven't even started my order. Yesterday I had to wait 25 minutes past pickup to get my sandwiches. I understand a store can get busy but if being behind on orders is constantly a problem have more staff working to cover demand. A lot of people have limited time for lunch breaks and when you have to sit around waiting for an order that was supposed to be done almost 30 minutes ago it is a real problem. The food is good at Jerseys but I will be giving this location a pass going forward as I can't afford to lose half my lunch hour waiting for an order that was already supposed to be prepared. read more

My husband's order sat behind the counter for over 20 minutes today. It was first accidentally given to someone else. The staff offered that customer a soda, cookie and an apology for messing up his order.My husband continued to wait for his order sandwich when staff finally figure out that sub was his. When my husband told them that it had been sitting there for over 20 minutes they didn't seem to think that was a big deal or even offer him an apology. That's not safe food handling at all on top of it being horrible customer service. Especially since they gave it to someone else and then put it back. Pretty new location- located next to Wells Fargo in the Home Depot shopping center. Awesome #7 as usual, Philly chicken was good too. The employees were super happy & friendly. Truly this saddens me because Jersey Mike's is traditionally an awesome place to eat. We really like Jersey Mike's subs and this location is the best. My 10 year old son has been reminding me to write this review and demanded I give them 5 stars. The staff is always so friendly. No matter how busy they get, they always greet us and have such a positive attitude. Erick is our favorite; he is so nice, always remembers us, and knows our usual order. Melissa, the manager, is also great and should be commended for maintaining such an upbeat work environment. We've also received wonderful service from Jake, Mayla and Steve. Our favorite sandwiches are the #7 (turkey & provolone), #10 (tuna fish) with bacon (which is always perfectly crispy), and #17 (Philly). This place was amazing when they first opened. But slowly the original staff became less and less up until now that there seems to be all new people. Stopped in tonight on Sunday October 11th about an hour before but was confused to see no one at the front to greet costumers after waiting a couple minutes for someone to come out even they finally did, though they just seemed to be hanging out in the back waiting to see if I would just leave, after this I was extremely disappointed by the fact that most of the breads and ingredients were not stocked the young girl that was helping seemed like it was a burden to even be serving food, I just ended up canceling my order because half of the ingredients I wanted were not out and only one option of bread was available. I am puzzled at why people choose to work in the food industry if they hate doing it and just are waiting for the opportunity to cut corners and go home early. Am also puzzled by the fact that Jersey Mike's has these kind of workers representing them and tarnishing their businesses integrity and costing them money by trying to finish their closing duties an hour before closing just to get home faster, wish I could have gotten their names but unfortunately they couldn't manage to wear their name tags. If you don't like your job please let someone else have it, that will actually enjoy working for the company, not people who are just going to give customers attitude and work as little as possible. BY FAR the worst experience I've had at a Jersey Mike's location management needs to really step up their game and hire people who actually are enthusiastic to go to work and give people good customer service. read more

Jersey Mike's on East Valley has the best customer service of any of the Jersey Mike's I've been to before. Everyone there is so friendly and their speed of service knocks Subway out of the park.
