First time in a Jersey Mikes. Staff were friendly and shop was clean. Great selection of sandwich's. Roast beef and cheese were really good. It's their own franchise brand. Veggies were fresh. The only thing that ruined the sandwich was the bread. They use a weird bread like subway instead of a normal roll. read more

This place is close to home so we frequent it. Staff is friendly and ingredients are decent quality. Price is high for a sandwich. Problem is out of the 10-12 times we've gone, they have never got our order correct. Even if you watch them make it, it's like some slight of hand the sandwich is switched out with one that has missing ingredients or something is wrong. Stopped by our favorite sandwich place today for an epic sub. I always get the giant club supreme on white and it's enough sandwich for my wife and I. The club supreme comes loaded with roast beef, turkey, bacon, and Swiss cheese. The toppings are all so fresh and you have to try it "Mike's way" which is a combination of oil and vinegar with a special seasoning spice blend that really enhances the veggies and meats. The staff is always super friendly and I'm always amazed that they can stack all those toppings and still manage to assemble such a masterpiece of a sandwich. I always ask for peppers and pickles as well as the super secret pepper relish, it's a flavor combo that can satisfy any level of hunger. Some day I might try one of their other tasty looking items. if you want the best, give Jersey Mike's a try. read more

Update: our last few visits have had better bread! Looks like the manager followed up, as they mentioned they would. My husband and I really enjoy a sandwich at Jersey Mike's. We often stop at this location on our way to a meeting one evening a week. I usually choose the wheat roll but at this location, they seem to have sat there throughout the day because they are kind of hard and crusty by dinner time. Would be great if the bread was as fresh as the other ingredients. read more

I had seen the commercials but hadn't yet tried a Jersey Mike's Sub, I am so very happy that I did! They have a specific way that they make their sandwiches that includes, spreads and dried herb mixes but I being a discerning person wanted it done my way and am so happy I did. I'm positively addicted to these when I'm feeling like an easy pick up and drive home dinner. The place is just like most sub shops, there are chips, drinks and a variety of subs and salads to choose from. I have eaten here a few times now and always get the same, it's just too good. Much better than most sub shops on the west coast for sure and even better than one of my local delis. Their regular large sub is HUGE! I always get the smaller version and even that can take me a while to consume, you can easily share their footlong. I get the #2 Ham and Provolone with mayo, mustard, light onion, light spicy relish (get some on the side it's delish), lettuce and tomato. You can't go wrong, this is a great sandwich. I have tried their Italian with salami, pepperoni, etc.. and it was good but I adore their ham and cheese. Perfect for a quick lunch or a filling dinner if you get the full size. Thought I would give this place another shot after a year. Not any better, Probably the worst Jersey Mike's I've been too. They are skimpy with the meat and the roll sizes got smaller. When we ordered sandwiches in the store at the beginning of last month, this white guy messed up all of our sandwiches. He added condiments that were not part of the original ingredient list for each of the sandwiches, which we didn't ask for. This includes extra mayo, pickles, and even jalapeños. What if I had an allergic reaction, or certain dietary restrictions? How would I be able to eat my food then? Alongside that, he also basically drowned our sandwiches in oil and vinegar, which they're only supposed to add a splash of. These two things together made eating the sandwiches a very unpleasant experience. Someone needs to train this guy or fire him. Note: This might be the same guy that made Christina M.'s sandwich five months ago. Please look into this. read more

A good Philly Cheesesteak is hard to come by around here and I'm happy to say they have one here! I seen some great pictures others have posted and I had to try it. I love eating at the Cheesesteak Shop in Suisun but I wanted to see how this sandwich shop would compare. So I order a regular cheesesteak, nothing special, the owner was making our sandwiches and also gave us the story of how Jersey Mikes was created. They were fast, the packaging on the sandwiches are nice, and they even gave us free cookies. As for the the Cheesesteak, it had a good amount of meat. I feel like for the price it's fair, so there's good value there. Biggest difference between eating here and the cheesesteak shop is that I feel like the ingredients here are fresh, less grease, which might help u feel less guilty after eating one. So after my disappointment at the Boon Fly, I had to think fast. Had to be somewhere at 11:30 and had planned the whole boon fly (perfectly) I thought. Yet I was wrong :-(... So on my drive back I place my order. Next available pick up time is 11:21 hey give me 9 mins to get to my final destination. I get there and like always they already know who I am, so as soon as I walk in the start looking for my order, my receipt for me to sign. I go get my drink and return to sign. Everything is ready and wala I'm out the door. In the car and everything by 11:21. Now the food is always great this new chicken club just adds to the many great sandwiches they already have. We go to Jersey Mike's frequently - about 1x per month. Tonight I ordered on my Phone, the order said 22 minutes. I showed up about 25-30 minutes after placing the order. I walked up to the pickup area - two new customers followed me through the door. There were no current customers. There were three staff, all in the back. A large rolling cart full of bread and one female staff eating behind it. I could see the cold sub I had ordered hasn't been made. The male employee was visibly annoyed that nobody had made it (including him), I questioned why it wasn't made. The place was DISGUSTING and dirty. Full size bread on the floor, food dripping off the counter and three employees sitting on their rear ends. His first words to me were "do you want it or a refund" I wanted the sub, because it was for my son, in second thought I should have left because looking back at these photos I'm now worried he could get sick. All three of these employees should be reprimanded and taught better safe food handling practices. If the owner doesn't have this place on 24/7 surveillance for how their employees keep the place up, they should or jersey mikes corporate should shut the place down. We ordered cheesesteak sandwiches online, and when my boyfriend arrived for pickup, the workers told him they ran out of bread for the cheesesteaks and all they had available were wraps and subs. I'm not sure how a sandwich place runs out of bread, but they did on a Saturday night (2/20/21). They had his info, yet no one bothered to contact him about not being able to fulfill our order, so he wasted his time and gas. He ended up canceling the order and was able to catch Panera before they closed; they were able to fulfill our order a half hour before closing. No supply issues! Jersey Mikes: Please take a minute to call the customer if an order cannot be filled. Don't waste a customers time and gas. Your customer service was a complete failure last night. read more

Not a bad sandwich decent portions compared to the other chain of deli spots. Outdoor seating is limited and parking can be tricky with construction equipment during peak hours. Selections on combos are available with a variety to meet the needs. Staff during last couple visits has been good. On the mark for stop during travel. read more

Went here not that long ago and was quite pleasantly surprised by the staff. Yes you do have to ware a mask. I ordered the turkey sandwich with bacon and guc on rosemary bread and it was good. Came in for a late lunch just before 4 pm today (8/5/18). This was my third and last visit - my first visit I was in love and telling all my friends, my second visit I was super disappointed, but felt like Hey, every business has an off day. Today - I noticed two of the girls working kept rubbing their noses with gloves on while making food - it seemed only the young lady that was a cashier and a sandwich finisher was aware of safe food handling practices. The guy making sandwiches literally asked me 3 times what kind of bread I answered white three times...I still ended up w/ rosemary w cheese on it. I asked for extra pickles twice...got none. I was eating my sandwich a table and all of a suddenI hear an employee screaming at a customer he was swearing and yelling and I found this extremely inappropriate. Grabbed a dinner sandwich from this location on Saturday night around past 6 .. Customer service was ok but sandwiches weren't... Had The Veggies and The Original Italian.. It was executed great but noticed they put more shreds of lettuce than the meat... For a footlong and 1/2 sandwiches, they only gave me a small cup of dressing.. Yo, Adrienne, I'm from South Joisey and I approve of Joisey Mike's hoagies! Seriously, I am from South Jersey, outside of Philadelphia, and I think Jersey Mike's Original Italian is both really tasty and authentic. I wolfed mine down and every delicious bite brought back memories of back east. Jersey Mike's uses Real Bread like a Real Bakery might serve, much better tasting and heartier than the wimpy bread served up at Subway. The meat portions of their cold subs are also much more generous than the skimpy thin layers served at most competitors. They flavor their Original Italian sub with oil (not mayo) and Italian spices which is an authentic touch and gives the sub its special flavor. I also tried one of their cheesesteaks, and sadly for Mike's I think the Cheese Steak Shop is still the place to go for this Philly delicacy. Mike's cheesesteaks were simply short on meat and therefore lacked flavor. I have yet to try some of their other offerings, I seem to always fall back on their Original Italian! I rate Jersey Mike's four stars but will raise them to five if I try and like more of their sandwich selections. Just one last comment: in South Jersey and around Philadelphia we call these cold-cut creations "Hoagies" not "Subs," so perhaps Mike is from North Jersey??? read more

I am always in pursuit of a better sandwich. Subways are the banes of my existence. Togo's... they're ok, but could be better. Jimmy John... well, regardless of how you feel about owner, the 'wiches are above decent, but they don't toast. C'mon, what's a guy gotta do to get the sandwich they deserve? Fortunately, you've got places like Jersey Mike's that come to the rescue. First and foremost, it doesn't have the biggest eating space, but I feel like that's the norm with almost all of the sandwich places out there, tasty or not. But the service here is fast and friendly. They quickly sling out cold subs of many varieties and they get hot subs out to you in no time. Unlike in San Pablo, they make the hot subs right there in the front. I believe their front is bigger than San Pablo's, so it works out nicely. As usual, I was the recipient of a giant-sized Big Kahuna Philly Cheese Steak. It was MASSIVE and they didn't skimp on the meat.... Subway! It was packed with steak, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and cheese. I also asked for bacon and chipotle mayo. It was viciously delicious. The bread was tasty as well. Nice and crunchy on the outside, but soft and warm on the inside. And somehow resilient to all of the juices. It was incredibly satisfying. It is a tad bit on the pricey side, so I GUESS Subway has it beat there. But you pay for quality and you get quality. What can I say? I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike's. read more

I like jersey Mikes sub shop. It's always busy. The lines are always pretty long. It's kinda like the other sub shop but a little bit better. The sandwiches, even though it takes a little longer to make, are delicious. The staff seems to take their time making the sandwiches and handles them with care. The employees are very friendly. Finally came down here after hearing so much things about the spot. The store itself is small, but even on a busy Sunday afternoon my friend and I were able to get a table. I ordered a basic turkey sandwich on wheat bread. I also got some chips on the side too and a drink. It was a pretty good sandwich. The bread was absolutely delicious and kinda makes the sandwich and it had plenty of meat in it too. They also used deli pickles which I enjoyed too. The lady that helped me was very quick and I literally had all my food within two minutes. The place is very clean and had the game on too which was great. Although I didn't think it was the best sandwich I've ever had (Jimmy Johns still has that) I still think it's definitely a step above Subway!
