We took our order to-go so we did not sit to enjoy the space. Food: NORMAL TO BELOW AVERAGE As Danny DeVito says in the Jersey Mike's commercials, "You can't fake fresh!" Stopped in here to grab a sandwich today. A buddy of mine told me he lived Jersey Mike's subs, so I wanted to check them out. I love that they slice the meat right in front of you after you order the sandwich. It's a good practice, and it makes a difference. I tried the Club sandwich and was really impressed. Grabbed a chocolate chip cookie to go with it and they were very good. All around good choice for a meal and I'll return. We'll recommended. read more

This was my first time trying Jersey mike's. I walked in at 8:20.. they close at 9. They were cleaning up and didn't look too pleased to see me walk in. I started my order and asked if I could get my sandwich toasted. I was told no, because they close the grill at 8:30... I told him it was 8:21, he proceeded to offer that he could put my sandwich on there, but there are chemicals on it.. Which was extremely odd... I paid and left. I got in my car and the employee went up to the front door and watched me drive off. Extremely weird situation. Okay I get it, it's a Sub place from a guy named Mike, that's from Jersey. Simple yet cleaver advertising....but let's talk about these scrumptious submarine sandwiches, shall we? I was craving a cold cut sandwich awhile back and decided to try Jersey Mike's, and boy am I glad I did. Did you know they sliced the deli meats and cheeses right in front of you as you place your order? Neither did I; but the Do! Then the artfully lay it on soft fresh bread (baked daily) and then they ask you the million dollar question: "want to go all-the-way Mike" What the Hell had I just heard? But as if in a daze I cautiously nodded my head with a hesitant yes and then the magic happened. Liquid Gold spewed forth. A special concoction of red wine vinegar and an olive oil drowning my sandwich . I was transfixed, i those oils cascading down over my crisp lettuce and firm tomatoes and cold cuts. I couldn't wait to taste that creation they had put before me. I enjoyed that sandwich so much that the next day I took my co-workers there for lunch. This time I had roast beef, MMMMMM, MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH! The week after that, I tried the freshly made tuna....truly the best Tuna sandwich i have ever had in my life! When they say the "juice" is how a Jersey Mike's sub gets its exquisite zing. They are not kidding! It IS how bites get boosted, and a great sub becomes an even better one! Jersy Mike's makes pretty good cheesesteaks. That being said, not at this location. This is the WORST run Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. They repeatedly get orders wrong, and then act like you're inconveniencing them by asking them to make it the way you requested. Poor service. Rude manager. Go to a different location. read more

The sandwiches are always with fresh cut meat. Vegetarian sandwich is great. It is much better and more consumer friendly than Jimmy Johns which I frequented for decades. The employees are also happier. The owner of the chain does a great PR with donations to schools and charities. read more

Walked in ten to noon to order twenty sandwiches after being told at Jimmy Johns down the street that they didn't have the time, even though there were three staff standing there and no customers. The staff at Jersey Mikes jumped on the order even with customers there and got it out in less than 15 minutes. I had never eaten at Jersey Mike's until I had the privilege of selling them alarm systems for a few locations. I was a diehard Subway girl. I am now hooked on the #7 Mikes way. I haven't stepped foot into a Subway or a Jimmy Johns since. No comparison. read more

I'm in Ft Worth for business and live Jersey Mike's - but I will NOT return to this location. Not one of the 3 employees greeted by of the customers as they arrived. Each of us customers had to ask the non verbal employees if they were ready to take our order. The floor in the food prep area was dirty and disgusting. The meat slicer had not been cleaned in goodness knows how long - there was a fly crawling around on the meat slicer that thankfully moved out of the way before the meat for my sandwich was sliced. read more

This is a deli style sandwich shop in the style of the mom-and-pop delis of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Massachusetts. Meats are kept in a deli fridge for you to view, and cut on demand when you order your sub. Bread selection, condiments, and veges are limited compared to a Subway or a Jimmy Johns but they have all the essentials and it allows them to focus on keeping their ingredients fresh. All their meats are solid but their roast beef shines. And their roast beef subs shine. These guys pile it on. I've been to Jimmy Johns and I got two slices on a twelve inch sub. Not here. Pleasantly thick amount of meat, and always properly rare. Service is a mixed bag, like most fast-food places. I've had an instance or two of them forgetting a condiment, par for the course at places like this. Decor is basic take-out cafe style, nothing special. This place is clean, even during the lunchtime rush. In summation, this is the closest I can get to a mom-n-pop New England style roast beef grinder. read more

These employees care more about singing (at the top of their lungs) to the loud radio than paying attention to what they're doing. Had to tell the girl 3x(!) to please put bacon on my club sandwich. Nobody cares what they're doing here and get pissed when a line forms. Plus...it takes 15+ minutes to get a sandwich. 15 minutes! If these employees would shut up and work then it'd probably only take 10 minutes to get an 8" sandwich made. Stop singing. Stop over talking. Work. Good god. No thanks. This is easily my favorite sandwich chain. I love the #7--turkey and provolone, Mike's Way: shredded lettuce, oregano, vinegar, oil, onions, tomatoes. The bread is fantastic, and the meats and cheeses are sliced in front of you, deli-style. I hate Subway, Quiznos, etc. Jersey Mike's is the only chain that I've regularly endorsed for the last three years. Consistent, good. A little pricy though. read more

I am a vegetarian and love the veggie sub at jersey mikes that consists of Swiss, provolone and, green bell peppers. So it was very sad to see how careless they were with making the order at this location. Someone in the group had a sub with bacon in it and somehow it had gotten stuck on the bread of my sub. Mind you this was not a little sprinkle, there were MANY pieces. If you are a vegetarian I would be carful when ordering here. The only reason I gave one star is because I had too. read more

I must be honest though and point out an observation..... they are very stingy with the ingredients at this location. Terrible cold subs. Might be sliced fresh, but its thin and flavorless like carl buddig package meat. The roast beef tastes like nothing. The italian sub tastes pretty much like nothing. The bread tastes like nothing too. For all the hype and commercial coverage on the radio, this is pretty underwhelming. A top chef judge would probably say "It needs some salt", which is code for bland AF. Its almost offensive how bland they make a cold sub. Its not inedible, but jesus christ, i wont wont be buying a cold sub from here again. Perhaps the hot sandwiches are better, but these cold subs are abysmal. Subway, Jimmyjohns, firehouse subs, Perottis, anything is better than this place for a cold cut sammich. Dont waste your time, go elsewhere. AVOID. Unless you like cold, slimy cuts. No hate if you do (although if you do you're probably better off making your own sandwiches). I cant believe i paid for this. Heck, i cant believe jimmyjohns is actually better than this, which says alot. Seems that fresh blah-blah means jack when it comes to the flavor department. The prices are a little more than other places too. When a friggn pizza place makes a more flavorful italian sandwich than a sandwich place, something is absolutely wrong. I've made my fair share of italian subs in the food industry. None were as bland as bad as what comes out of here. I mean when jimmyjohns AND perottis are better than what you put out... It literally took the guy five minutes to add pickles and peppers because he was arranging them in symmetrical pairs. Then the other guy couldn't figure out how to add extra cheese on their POS. Nor could he figure out how to run my card. He asked me to donate a dollar to charity and I explained through gritted teeth that I was on my lunch break and needed to leave. Took me 25 min to get a sandwich. Don't have time for that on a lunch break. Tasty sandwiches but the one in lower Greenville's are better and they have top notch employees. I ordered the cold roast beef sandwiches at lunch today. I ate half of one of the sandwiches and became sick. I felt nauseated and my stomach was quesy all afternoon. I took the one and half sandwiches back to the store to exchange for maybe a hot sandwich. The lady and the gentleman in the restaurant flatly told me no. They first said they never did an exchange before and then they said their general manger would be mad at them if they exchanged for me because their food waste is already high. I don't believe this is good customer service especially when the customer got sick after eating their food. read more

Let me preface this with I grew up in New Jersey. In NJ you don't have sandwich shops- you have hoagie shops. I crave these hoagies I grew up eating! Jersey Mikes replicates that taste perfectly. Fresh bread, thinly sliced meats and cheeses, lettuce tomato and onions -all topped *mikes way* which is oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning and salt/pepper. So tasty. I know they do other things like cheese steaks and simple hoagies but I always get the original Italian mikes way and never regret it. Yumm. Is it so hard to inform someone that their food will take longer to prepare? Maybe let them know that they can step to the side to wait? Instead I was treated to a parade of customers passing around me in line and picking up their subs while I stood there waiting patiently for an order I wasn't even sure was being prepared.
