Wish I could rate higher but this staff needs to learn some conduct and how to interact with guests! I love Jersey Mike's but this was the worst experience I've had. The workers had no interest in helping. One of them kept saying to their coworker you have me till 12:00, only till 12:00. Im trying to get drunk today, had no interest in helping get our food. When my girlfriend asked to get turkey, she said ew why would you get that? It's not her choice, it's the customer choice. Also the other worker kept getting confused who's sandwich was whose and almost had peppers on my sandwich. Please educate staff on conduct with guests. read more

The Jersey Mike's in Franklin is pretty good. Large subs made to order. They re-made a sandwich for me despite the fact they did not have to as the online ordering system had not placed an option for me. The manager was great. There are times it make a little longer, but they are made from scratch. The subs are bigger than the competition and tasty. read more

One of the better JMs, but not when the nearby high school releases their inmates. Avoid the whole area at these times. Like all fast food they are suffering from short staffing, but the staff they do have seems to try hard to get things right. Unlike Subways, the bread at JMs any location isn't always fresh. Be careful parking, the lot is marked for midsize sedans, but this is an area where many locals drive the very largest size SUVs and working people driving big work trucks also park. I came during "day of giving" and while I expected it long wait, I didn't expect to wait 1.5 hours + standing in line for them to accommodate the online orders ! The management needs to be looked into - the ratio for a online orders fulfilled versus "in person" orders was like 10 online per 1 "in person." After this experience and the sub par sandwich I'll gladly consider another location who seems to value physical customers more and in better management . read more

This location is horrible. I love jersey mikes but every time I go here it's terribly slow. I ordered online- said 15 mins (understand might need to wait longer), I waited over 20 additional minutes. Waiter over 40 mins for an online cold sub. While I stood there they made a total of 3 sandwiches...3 people, 3 subs in 20 minutes. There was people already eating and only two walk ins who in the 10 minutes they were there didn't even order yet. Why wouldn't you focus on the orders of people there waiting- in the order they are being picked up. Will not go back to this location due to multiple experiences like this read more

My first time at a jersey Mike's and can only say meh. I got the Italian and it was mostly ham. The only other taste seemed to be the overabundance of vinegar. I will stick to cousins. Better bread and a much better blend of flavors. read more

While driving on Hwy 100 a new Jersey Mikes caught my eye and since it was around lunch time I stopped in. This will be a great addition to the area because it's in the heart of all kinds of shopping options. It's located in a very new strip mall that just finished construction and kind of next to auto zone with plenty of parking. Jersey mikes always has enthusiastic sandwich makers to great you no mater what store I go to which is nice so the service is always great. I ordered the club sub just because I really don't order club sandwiches even though I like them. It's turkey, ham, provolone, bacon, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, spices and the juice which is red wine vine and olive oil. This is a little messy just to warn you. I love there gimmick of slicing the meats and cheese fresh for your sandwich right in front of you. The bread is always fresh along with the vegetables. This is my first club here and with the first bite I thought how delicious with the mayo and crispy bacon and all the other ingredients playing well together, see my pictures. This was a pretty good sub and mikes always has fresh and taste subs. Cousins has been dethroned as my favorite large chain sub shop and replaced by jersey mikes. I like the quality and taste of the jersey mikes products better than any other large sub shop. read more

Well, where do I start...slow, slow, and did I mention slow. No efficiency or logic. Nice people but my god were we lacking brain cells and speed. Not even talking a Jimmy John's speed. A NORMAL SPEED WOULD HAVE BE GREAT. If you see it's busy in there, just leave! If there's 2 customers then you might be good. Not worth the wait for mediocre subs. Disappointed. read more

I went to Jersey Mike's in Franklin because I had a gift card. I heard it was supposed to be good. I was very disappointed the choice of toppings was limited. they were very expensive. we got 1/2 subs that were $9 something the quarter sub was $6 and a whole sub $ 16 and some change. The vinegar and oil dressing was overwhelming. Again I only saw 4or 5 topping selections. I tried it but I won't return. read more

Great place to eat, a little more expensive that I thought it would be originally and smaller size subs, but with all that they pack into the sandwich they were more than filling. They have some great subs here! This place is way better than Subway and Jimmy John's. This place has a variety of cold and hot subs. Seems like this place sets itself apart from other sub shops by focusing on quality. All deli meats and cheese are sliced, right there in front of you, and vegetables and other toppings looked very fresh. Overall, my service was very friendly and helpful. They did seem a little disorganized but this may be because they just opened recently and are still figuring out things. Great subs. However, the bread I got was stale. The worst thing u can have with a sub is dried out stale bread. Otherwise it was good. The second time around the bread was good well I should say it seemed good except they loaded on way too much oil and vinegar and the sub became a soggy sub mess in a matter of minutes. My boyfriend and I decided to try this after hearing a couple friends rave about it. I don't know if there is another shop with a similar name because this place is nothing to rave about. I ordered the reuben. The pastrami was bland (I can get better at any store) although the portion was the right amount, not too little, not to much. It's supposed to have swiss cheese, I had a very small amount of bright yellow cheese, like the stuff you get with nachos, so I think it was american, kraft singles are better. Sauerkraut, look really hard maybe you'll find a small bland little bit. I didn't even taste it, I forgot it was on there. The so called thousand island was the right color but that's where the similarities end. It was really completely flavorless mayo and again, a very small amount which was fine by me. My boyfriend got the cheese steak. It's something we wouldn't order again, though we have no reason to go back. Again, my boyfriend had a hard time trying to find the extras such as onions, peppers, cheese. The whole thing together was not very tasteful. Save yourself time (it takes a while to make one of these) and money. They are way more expensive than even Jimmy Johns! Go to the store and buy lunchmeat and bread, that way you can add flavor.
