Least favorite jimmy johns I have ever visited. Haphazard atmosphere with unprofessional employees. Upon walking in, the rug by the door was crumbled causing a tripping hazard. The 4-5 employees who fiddled around in the back never fixed this the whole time. On top of that, it took an extensive amount of time for 2 sandwiches to be made (which is frustrating when employees are literally standing around talking in the back). The ingredients just didn't taste fresh at all and my friend's sandwich was even made wrong and she had to have it remade. I just received a delivery from you guys. I ordered the regular 8" BLT with chips and a drink. I checked the options to have my sub cut in half and to have napkins provided. I received neither of these things. I also specifically put in the delivery notes to not have my doorbell rung as I have a dog that goes ballistic. I put this in caps so the driver would follow my specific order. This is the second time this has happened. I feel like it depends who is working and the employees are not reading their orders correctly. With I get a delivery notification that the driver is on his way with my food, I am already anticipating the arrival so I know to look for my food shortly. Hence, why I say, DO NOT RING MY DOORBELL. JJs are pretty consistent, this one is like the others. Fairly good but limited selection of sandwiches, some of which aren't unhealthy. Service is pretty quick even when it's busy, and it gets busy here weekdays at lunch. Adequate parking in front, plenty of tables inside, usually clean and bright. read more

At this point, and from the tone of your reply, I just seem to be spinning my wheels. You have not even touched on the ineptness of the employee, who at my request, failed to give a damn about giving me the full beverage I paid for. Three quarters of a cup is not a full cup. Perhaps I'm being petty, but it's the principle of this matter, I don't seem to be getting across. To reiterate, I was handed a drink 3/4 full. It was noticeably light. Upon seeing the level of it in the light, it was 3/4 full. I never should have been handed it in the first place. The employee should have gone to another machine, if available, to fill my soda. HE SHOULD HAVE CARED TO PROVIDE AT LEAST THAT MUCH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ! After asking to fill my cup TWICE, then just handing it back to me, AND spilling it all over my hand and wrist, I HAD TO ASK FOR NAPKINS TO WIPE UP THE SPILL ! HE DIDN'T EVEN THINK TO OFFER ME THE NAPKINS TO CLEAN UP !  AND, HE NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR SPILLING MY DRINK ON ME ! To use the excuse the machine was just dispensing foam is inexcusable ! I forgot to add... Am I looking for the employee to be fired, or disciplined for his mistake ? No. I do, however, believe he should be better trained in customer service, and I can't even believe I have to say this, how to operate a soda dispensing machine. Also, this is actually the second complaint I have about this location, in as many weeks. Let's talk about the first. About two weeks ago, I ordered my usual. A number 9, with a small Coke. After ordering, and getting to the drive thru window, and paying for my order, something told me to look at my receipt. The receipt said DIET Coke. I'm one of those people that NEVER drinks diet soda, because of the intolerable taste of the beverage. When I asked if they poured me a diet Coke, they said "yes, that's what you ordered". I had to tell them, "no, that is NOT what I ordered. I ordered a Coke". This is obviously a case where the employees are simply not paying attention to the customer. I'm guessing they were possibly talking to a fellow employee, and not paying attention to me while I was placing the order. So, what was the employees solution ? He poured the diet Coke out of the cup, and filled the same cup with regular Coke. I accepted this solution, and left the drive thru. As soon as I tasted my soda, I was dissappointed with myself for not asking for a new cup. The coke was absolutely DISGUSTING ! I could still taste the artificial flavor of the diet Coke, that obviously coated the lining of the cup.  The aftertaste was horrendous ! I had to throw the remaining soda out, because I could just not drink anymore ! I'm just going to have to drive OUT OF MY WAY, to patronize a different JJ, should I EVER choose to have a Jimmy John's sandwich. read more

I ordered the #2 Roast Beef w/ cheese. About noon from the drive up window. When I got home and bit into the sandwich it was loaded with fatty grissel. I spit most of it out. Terrible. I had this problem once before from a Jimmy John's in Oak Creek. I don't know where they get their roast beef but they need to either go somewhere else or take the time to remove the fat and grissel before serving it up to some poor sap like me. Yuck! Giving this place one star is already too much. I purchased a simple turkey sub, and was horrified when I pulled out two hairs from two different halves of my sandwich. Hold up, let me emphasize, T-W-O long hairs. I took a total of two bites from that sandwich, thinking to give it the benefit of the doubt after the first one and was I wrong. Their other sandwiches did not look appetizing either, the bread looks like a fake plastic piece of dough. I'm giving them one star because the guidelines require a "star" rating. They are more deserving of zero stars. They throw the completed, wrapped sandwiches. A lot! Today, they dropped one of my sandwiches to the dirty floor. I had to ask for a new sandwich as they were attempting to just put it in the bag with my other two sandwiches. They did not even think of throwing that one away. Instead, I watched an employee unwrap it on the south-facing sandwich prep counter and then put a new wrap on it. No hands were washed. (Now the entire sandwich prep counter is contaminated with the wrap that was just on the dirty floor.) I told them that I wanted a completely different sandwich. One that had NOT been on the floor. Another employee said "we re-wrapped it" as he placed it into the bag with my other two sandwiches. Again, no hand washing occurred. (Now my other sandwiches were in contact with the one that was on the floor.) I pointed out that they had just contaminated the entire sandwich prep counter and my other sandwiches. I also stated that I wanted three different sandwiches. Suddenly, "Freaky Fast" became exceedingly slow; and rude. It became very apparent that my potential food was now in their angry, dirty hands. I therefore requested my money back. I no longer wanted any food from this restaurant. A young female (can't call her a lady as she did not act like one) who had just put on an apron very curtly pushed the folding money ($16.00) into my hand and dropped the two pennies from a height well above my hand implying outright disgust on her part. There was no apology of any kind; there was no attempt to fix a simple error. Instead, they appeared offended that a customer did not want a floor sub. I am really surprised by these events. I have stopped at this store during the week at least once per week, or have had them deliver subs to me at work, for the past six months. I've never encountered anything like this at this store, or anywhere else for that matter. How can any semi-intelligent person think that having food land on the floor be acceptable to give to a customer by simply re-wrapping it? This is what they did today, Saturday, April 5, 2014 at approximately 1:15 PM in front of customers. Imagine what they do to the food when no one can see them; like during the morning prep. I always use this location for delivery. The drivers are always hella fast and on time. I love the sandwiches they are always made well. Ive only had one sandwich turn out strange but it was a tuna with avacado so it got a bit messy. French Bread is far superior to the wheat. read more

Love coming to this place, food is always right and never had an order mess up. Most def will be coming back in the near future. Also the customer service is outstanding. I love it when the whole crew shouts out the the order, that shows great communication within the team. read more
