Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite places to get a sandwich. I order from here all the time, and the quality is always great. The bread is fresh, the ingredients taste fresh, and the sandwiches are always filling. The staff has also been friendly during my visits. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they removed my favorite sandwich, the Portabella Cheesesteak (#64). I still miss it, and I really hope they bring it back someday because it was hands down my favorite item on the menu. Please bring it back! My heart (and my stomach) would really appreciate it. Jersey Mike's is my go-to sub place in Frisco, and I'd give it a solid 4 stars. Even though it's a chain, it's still better than Subway and Jimmy John's in my opinion. I usually get a regular white bread with turkey, pepperoni, provolone, heated up, then topped with lettuce, tomato, bacon, onion, and mayo. I've never had bad customer service at any Jersey Mike's location, which is great. I recently catered from them for a party, and the sandwiches were a hit. The lady who helped me with my custom order was very accommodating. I love Jersey Mike's, but I do wish there was another small business sub place to try in Frisco. i miss when i had my free coupons for sandwiches from school events. read more

We placed an order on Saturday 3.4 and there was a slight mix up. I immediately called to talk about the mix up and spoke to mgr on duty Matt. Matt was the most pleasant gentleman I have spoken to in a long time, reassuring me that he would make it right. Following up, I called today March 7th, and Matt remembered me having the same demeanor, and the same approach to making my order, correct. it is hard-pressed to get customer service these days but Matt and his team went out of their way to make it right! Rushed experience. Must have been short handed as everyone was moving around to cover each other's job. Questions regarding toppings on the sandwich's were as rapid as a machine gun. Better to say " Mikes Way" and it's easier for everyone including yourself. Checking out at the register I was given a total and offered my cash and the person moved to someone else's job and didn't take my money. At that point the person cutting the meat rushed around and accepted my cash. Not sure if they changed their gloves before heading back to the food?? This was a horrible experience that I can not even fathom would come from a place I continuously go too. The boy making sandwiches was more than confused when taking my order and gave ZERO respect. The girl then made a comment "if you're going to be rude you can leave" which is 100% against compliance of a chain company. The disrespect was flabbergasting after I gave them 82$ for sandwiches. I'm completely uncomfortable with how my experience went at this store and super disappointed. I come to this Jersey Mikes often and it's the best location! The staff is well trained and absolutely the friendless guys period. My 4 year old loves coming here and was dancing in his chair while eating his original Italian sandwich! Matthew saw him dancing and started dancing too! It really made my son happy! I always have a great experience at this Jersey Mike's Subs location! The store is gleaming clean and the attitude of the employees is always upbeat and friendly, which is very helpful if I am having a long or stressful day. I tend to be picky about the items I want on my sandwiches, and the staff goes out of their way to prepare my food just the way I like it; even suggesting additional seasonings and/or condiments that they feel would be extra-tasty. Sometimes I like to try new things, so their suggestions have often become new favorites for me. I ate here for the first time last night... The food was great. My wife eats here regularly. We cant say a negative thing about the people or food and only positives. We arent a fan of the "tip question" on the point of sale device but the manager reached out to us to explain the reasons behind it and that is more than most will do. I had another great experience at your Frisco store today (Stonebrook/Rolater). I was there around 1:30 this afternoon, and your staff were awesome! My sense of taste and smell was affected by COVID-19 in March, and I haven't really craved a specific food until today...it was Jersey Mike's! Your staff didn't mind waiting for me to decide what bread or condiments I wanted. I didn't even tell them the reason I was so indecisive, yet they were kind and patient...all 4 of them! This spot was a Quizno's before, started out pretty strong but at the end it just wasn't very good. Great to see it's now a Jersey Mike's, love the fact they slice their meat right before your very eyes. I went with the Turkey Breast and Provolone with only mustard, lettuce and tomato added to it. Sandwich was outstanding. Guys in the store were friendly, efficient and quick. Had to get it to-go and once I got back in my truck, dove into the sandwich and accompanying bag of chips. Both were stellar. When I am craving a sub, Jersey Mike's will be my to-go especially since it's so close to home now. read more

Careless when preparing your orders..Today I ordered a Chicken Big Kahuna (#55) and ended up getting a cheap Jersey Shore. Pros: Absolutely love the food and staff. Every time I crave a sub, I think of jersey mikes. Location is close, convenient, and food is quickly made. Cons: The price. I ordered a sub and chips and my total was $15 and some change. This was also without a soda... It stinks that every time I want a jersey mikes sub, i think about how much I'm going to spend and go somewhere else. Not to mention the "tipping" suggestion when paying can make my single sub and chips almost $20. If you don't mind spending way to much money for the amount of food received, then goto jersey mikes. If you want a somewhat close sand which that is half the price, go anywhere else. read more

Good sub sandwiches, fresh ingredients. They do a good job of covering the bun to the edges (rather than a big bun with all the fixings in the center). Very filling, and all nutritional info is available for everything. Kinda cramped for dine-in. Half the tables are right next to where people are standing in line, so it feels like people are watching you eat. read more

Closest thing to an east coast hoagie that I've found out here. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of bread and the tastiness of having my jersey shore style sub topped "mike's way." A mini (smallest of 3 sizes) was around $5 and was just the right amount of food. For a chain deli, it's pretty darn good. More expensive than subway but a much better sandwich. read more
