Apparently that says/is suppose to be 8:34 pm?

First off, sandwiches are good so I wouldn't have minded waiting alittle longer for my order. But to be gaslit by someone telling me my order wasn't suppose to be ready at the specified time and was actually supposed to be to be ready 20 mins after the time in the email is just odd to me? Looked me in my face and said I "was early" and that they needed more time. She could have simply said it isn't ready and we're sorry? But to lie to me and try and gas light me into thinking 8:14 is actually 8:34 and to say give us some time as if the time wasn't already given? Thats just crazy and disrespectful. Foods good though so thanks for that.

A lot of review says service is bad, i ordered online & got fast delivery. Uber eats always got good promotions. These workers tonight know how to make a bomb sandwich. Fresh bread, packed ingredients, & no sogginess. Rare to get any online orders made correctly and with love like this

The Reuben with corned beef and the Reuben with pastrami. Both plates come with your choice of a salad and pickles. I recommend the potato salad; it's my culinary guilty pleasure. Truthfully, I don't get that much a smoky taste from the pastrami, but it's still delicious. That corned beef is so wonderful, it's so tender and falls apart so easily upon a bite. Their soda menu is a very lowkey, unsung hero. I've tried soda brands you don't typically see in grocery stores. Their ginger ale hits the spot without fail each time. I think one drawback is that this place doesn't allow adjustments. I've personally never asked for any, but I can see how other customers might find that off-putting. I typically do a pick-up order vs. dining in, but when I do enjoy the sandwich in the restaurant - the service is super quick and cordial. The interior of the place itself isn't exactly upscale, but it's also more polished than a standard diner. TONS of seating inside and a few tables outside if you want to enjoy your food with some fresh air. I'm not in New York often, but I'm so glad I can get some quality food with east coast hospitality locally.

Walking up to the restaurant, I noticed there were many outdoor patio tables lining the sidewalk. The deli counter is the first thing you see when you walk in, but there's a huge indoor dining area. The sign states to seat yourself, so as soon as I seated myself, staff provided me with a menu. I ordered a coffee and hot pastrami sandwich on rye bread which comes with a choice of salad. I chose the cucumber salad. The pastrami sandwich was huge. It was packed with a lot of high quality, tender pastrami meat. The plate also comes with a side of pickles, so yes, I was full afterwards. My coffee cup was always filled, tasted good, and hot. The two staff that were waiting on all the tables were friendly and efficient. There was never a moment I felt neglected. It's prefect for both small and large groups. Parking: Free, shared strip mall. Crowded, small parking spaces.

If you take a second and ask AI, this is a franchise. They're allowed to use Giuliano's name. They receive the bread from HQ. But the rest can be different. I went to the Gardena location and Karen running the counter was very defensive and said they aren't affiliated with the Torrance location. Apparently, she hasn't heard how franchises work. And then she claimed that the Toroedo at the Torrance location only uses American ham. What? Lol

I came in knowing that I was looking for San Antonio Wineries Marsala, and did find some San Antonio wines on the vast wall of wine, but I couldn't find the Marsala and asked at the counter if they carry "semi sweet Marsala," (there's a whole name thing with this, but you got to know, as I was educated by one of the other wine shops I had visited!). I was pointed to the cooking section and told they had two brands: Tony's and San Antonio. Without really knowing that I knew what I needed that I had been unable to find elsewhere, they met my goal of finding this very specific item. Meanwhile, though not my first visit, but a long time since my last, I couldn't help but notice how large the space is, and how much they have to offer. Only half of the space is a store. In the back, they have a full bakery of popular Italian treats. Bombolinos and cookies and even basque cheesecake! Then they have sandwiches and other homemade meals that you can purchase by the pound. And to top off the experience, you don't have to wait to get home - there's a fountain for beverages and you can eat your deliciousness in their large dining area. I personally will be back for a lunch visit, at some point. For now, I'm going to be using that Marsala wine to attempt duplication of a nearby restaurant's chicken Marsala recipe!

The burrito itself still tasted good, so this felt more like an order mistake than a quality issue.
