I was a huge fan of Quiznos years ago but they basically don't exist in OC anymore. Went to the Rams game at SoFi and knew I had to stop here on the way home after a solid victory. I got my go to, the mesquite chicken with bacon and the works on wheat. My babe got an ultimate turkey club on a jalapeno cheddar bread. We enjoyed our sandwiches and appreciated the service from the young lady working. The flavor and quality is still as I remember it, all there and all good. The prices have definitely come up from what I remember a decade + ago, but that comes with life here in California. read more

All my local Quiznos are closed :( LAX and Culver City Bristol prkway sigh. Just drove across town on a rainy Friday and this might have been the cleanest and friendliest location yet. Two nice lady's working on a Friday night, took my senior malti-poo and they even offered a pup cup! Red carpet treatment for my pup lol hope this location sticks around! Will be back. read more

Stellar sandwiches. The best chain for sandwiches and I'll stand on that. The sandwich selection is top tier here. Peppercorn steak sandwich, chicken carbonara, honey mustard chicken, italian! And all toasted on their wonderful bread. My favorite of the breads has to be the rosemary parmesan, it's so herby and cheesy. Runner up would be jalapeno cheddar bread which is a bit denser but just as cheesy and not so herby. Now for the sandwiches themselves. The peppercorn steak, their magnum opus in my opinion. This sandwich rocks. Chopped steak flash cooked in some beef broth, onions, cheese, and the peppercorn sauce. My goodness, I could drink it. It's creamy, zingy, heavy on the peppercorn, with a zip of sweetness on the backend. I also had to get their chicken carbonara because of that sauce, it's cheesy and bacony. All together it tasted like how the costco chicken bake tasted back in its prime. The ladies working here are superb as well, they remembered my order by the second visit. Unfortunately all good things must come to an end but not quite yet. I packed 3 large sandwiches to bring with me home. TSA must have thought they were weapons with how thick they were since they pulled me aside to inspect them. But all they saw was peak sandwich game. read more

This was my first time at the Quiznos Hawthorne location and I had a great experience. I ordered the Pastrami & Swiss sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich was super fresh, the location is spacious & very clean, and the staff are so friendly. I even got to meet the new owner who was very welcoming and made sure that all the customers were taken good care of. I love the way they toast the sandwiches, it makes such a difference. I've very disappointed with this location. On 2 separate occasions I rushed to make it by 8:30 pm to buy sandwiches for a large group of people and both times they closed early. The 2 people working were still there and were very lackadaisical about the fact they decided to close 30 min early! The first time was December 15th and then again today. Confusing meal. The sandwich looks nothing like as advertised. Think the lobster thawed snd fell apart. I get it. It is like the imitation crab sticks. Just hope the company knows better of their ingredients. Hard to blame the store when the ingredients failed structurally to become mush. This review is on the application of the sandwich only. I come to this place often, 2 times a week. There's usually 2 young women working the counter and taking orders. Both of them are excellent, they greet customers, are very attentive with their customer orders, and show overall great effort & customer service. They do their job to ensure is satisfied with their order, I really liked that cause you can't find that in most places these days. I'd definitely recommend place. read more

The only Quiznos I stop by. I live in big bear I drive 2hrs maybe 3hrs to take a sandwich to my husband to work once every other week. I love seeing his face light up whenever I take him Quiznos. Let's be honest who wouldn't if you don't have the luxury of buying it whenever you want to. The staff are very friendly and the sandwiches are soooo delicious and fresh. This Quiznos deserves its five stars as a Quiznos. Always busy during our visit to a relative nearby. We called in our lunch order for a steak sub and chicken one with honey mustard. The rosemary and jalapeño rolls were a good compliment. Many Quiznos where we live in the East seemed to have closed. I usually go to Jersey Mikes but I wanted to grab a bite to eat closer to home before heading in for a nap. Food was nasty . I got a turkey bacon guacamole sandwich that was dry and I kept coming across the "crispy" bacon bits with something so hard it wasn't edible. After the 4th bite attempt I bit into a hard banana pepper that turned me off. Whole sandwich is in the trash . What a waste of money! I won't be back. read more

Yesterday, December 21, 2022 I ordered a lobster sandwich coffee and chips. The coffee was hot water without coffee and had no taste probably because the store manager said their was no water. He used a plastic water bottle for the coffee machine as a replacement for the pipe line water that was not in service at the time I placed my order to accommodate me. I ordered coffee because the Starbucks next door was closed for business at the time. I went to my house nearby in Gardena and ate the sandwich. Moments later I was vomiting at my apartment in los Angeles. I was going to get into my sauna but my stomach began to feel badly. It was a horrible experience because I was alone and had to walk down stairs to throw away the vomit as I could not leave it inside the apartment. I went to sleep and now I feel weak. read more

Came to this location yesterday 10/18/23 and got 2 lobster salads. Usually I love Quiznos but I feel like the lobster was not fresh like it was on its way out but they told the workers to go ahead and serve it anyway. I should have gotten just one but I wanted to take one for lunch at work and there is no Quiznos remotely close. Waste of like $30 smh I will say the lady Sarah was very nice and courteous. I came in here 2 days ago only to find out the chipotle sauce is not the original sauce anymore. They add mayo in the sauce to water it down or they make it themselves and the chicken is from costco now. Cheap people! Quiznos has officially gone down the drain. I stopped going to the location in torrance for that reason and now i will never come back and spend $100 each time i come here since the only reason i went was for the chipotle sauces. I've been to this location hundreds of times and we like the food. The problem that I see here is the "Manager". I believe his name is Peter. He honestly has the worst customer service. I've witnessed him talking down to his employees or disciplining them loudly in front of customers. I honestly don't think this is correct or professional. Also, he has the habit of wanting to make your sandwich his way, and not the way the customers want it. The last time I went, one of the employees (new employee) made my sandwich incorrectly and he nicely corrected the problem. The issue was when Peter stepped in and gave him a hard time because of the simple mistake that was easily correctable. Like I said, the food here is very good but if this place had a manager who was willing to be nice and professional, it would attract more business. All the rest of the employees have been great and my issue has only been with the manager. 2 stars because the food is good, but the manager's service is terrible. read more

This location is managed to perfection. The manager is always here and always training and working hard to ensure great experience. It's rare to see a "fast" food place with great service but this is definitely that. Organized, clean and extremely friendly. I'd strongly recommend this location to anyone within a 15 min drive. I've done a few group lunches for my offices and they had everything sorted perfectly. I do CX for a living, and this place has it down. Very impressive. read more
