After learning this ... we then learn there was no ice.. soda was warm and got charged for extra meat and didn't order or receive it! We come here about every other month for lunch. The staff are always friendly and funny--always a good experience at this location. I've never gotten anything besides the chicken cheese steak because it is so darn good. Without doubt, the best chicken cheese steaks you can get south of Philly. read more

I love good sandwiches and I go to this branch if I want a good sandwich. Also these young kids really make this place special with their efficiency and enthusiasm. Also everything here is made from the scratch so that you can taste the mouthwatering freshness. The only drawback about this place, this store is not that big for its traffic demand meaning it can fill up before you know but these guys are extremely efficient, so que moves lot quicker than anywhere else. read more

I know we have Jersey Mike's in suburban Indy but I had never been. I ordered a cold sub while my husband got a hot one. Both were tasty. I am probably too used to Midwestern prices but $25+ for 1 regular and 1 giant sandwich and 2 drinks seems a bit much! It will be interesting to see how much the same meal will cost at home. That being said, it was a good 'wich ... although they were heavy handed with the oil/red wine vinegar. The splashes made my leftovers somewhat soggy that same afternoon. read more

We had their Philly sandwich and buffalo chicken wrap. Both were pretty good. It puts Subway to shame and I actually don't mind Subway. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the place. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love this place. The service is with a smile and the toppings are fresh. I like their bread waay better than Subway. The only thing I question is the "quality" of the meat, sure it's freshly sliced but not as good as the Boars Head I get from Giant. Gotta get the crunchy dill pickles also. read more

This store has great customer service. They had this dude cleaning the dining room and he was super friendly and polite and even took my trash away from my table when he saw I was done. The subs are great as well. read more

On Saturday, 6/1/13 I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and a grilled chicken salad (minus onions & cheese). I had to repeat my order 4 times to the attendant. He seemed lethargic. Unfortunately, I did not check the bag before I left the store. When I got home, I saw that my "grilled chicken salad" was nothing more than shredded iceberg lettuce and 4 strips of grilled chicken! No, tomatoes, no dressing, no nothing! Because I live several miles away, I did not turn around and go back. This was the 4th time I've been to this store and it will definitely be the last time! In addition to messing up my order, I witnessed one of the employees drop about a pound of deli meat on the floor. There was a trash can right next to him, but he took the meat to the back and was there for several minutes and came back empty handed. I wonder if the meat was later used on someone's sandwich . . . .? read more

Jersey Mike's has the best roast beef subs around. The regular 6 mike's way is my go-to sub here. Their roast beef is not over done like most places I've had - just perfect. I've also had their meatball, steak and cheese, turkey which are all good subs when done Mike's way. You'll never want to eat at Subway again. Normally theres not a very long line because they move it very quickly. The only thing that would make this place better is if they had Coke products instead of Pepsi. read more

Jersey mikes is always good! I go at least twice a month and they are always very friendly and prepare my sub well. For a sub, there are cheaper alternatives, but none that will taste as good or as fresh. Meat is cut right in front of you. I've never been to another location, but the Germantown location is always a good experience. read more

Thisi s the closet thing to a Philly Hoagie, premium meats they slice right there on the spot. each slice they cut goes dirctly on your sandwich, then fresh condiments of your choice with wine vinegar oil, mayo if you like and italian seasonings everything piled high. I'm going back thats saying alot from a Philly native (home of the original Philly cheese steak and hoagies). I have'nt tried the cheese steaks but judging by the hoagies/subs they're probably not bad. A very friendly atmosphere from the entire staff! read more

Ordered a giant #13 as I always do and I asked the server to wipe down the cutting board - what a mistake. The server gave me an attitude from start to finish and rather than ask how do i want my sub finished/toppings, he put his hands in the air (some sort of sign language, i guess) and proceeded to give me the dirty eye until i paid. I had to walk back in to get my receipt - server's name was on it, no wonder he did not want me to have it. I called Jersey Mike's headquarters and left a complaint with Christin (Director of Marketing) who called me back today (missed call) but did not leave me a message acknowledging my complaint so I called her back and left another message. While my sub was being made, I noticed (a) the couple before was also giving the stink eye to the server (b) the counter, toppings, drink area and tables were filthy and finally (c) there was a six inch sub made but not wrapped or thrown away near the bread - when i mentioned this my server said,? "WHAT?" Excuse me kids, your life is not that difficult. Where are the kids that used to work here? Can we bring them back with their friendly attitudes and actually talking to the customers? This store needs a complete overhaul and all around retraining for everyone. read more

I love Jersey mikes, Just not this one. Soda machine must have been on the blink and they forgot to put a sign on it. Dr pepper was out, Filled up 2 cups of sierra mist and get back to work with everyones order and the sierra mist was out. The carry on tray they gave us for the sodas looked as if it was bled on, just Nasty. I will go to Kenlands Jersey Mikes all the time now. read more

In my four times there, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and energetic! The food is awesome, One of the only places you can get a real sub, at a great size, with that "homemade" taste to it! Tables aren't always clean , but I usually get carry out anyway. read more

after reading the prior reviews, i was jonesing for a sub. i got what i asked for, but i didn't leave feeling impressed. the service is very attentive and fast, but the italian sub (regular size) was just ... eh. nothing about the meat or bread stood out. in fact, i think i could've gotten a similar sub at subway. and the dining area is quite small. i ate after the typical lunch hour, so i'd hate to try to eat here during the rush. i'd return, but i wouldn't drive out of my way to go here. read more

Good meat, but I will not be going to this location anymore. More than once the personnel has not correctly filled the order. Now I'm up at 3am with indigestion. This place is chaotic at best. They screwed my order with someone's. And the dumb ass who accepted my order instead of his own never questioned "wait, this is not what I ordered". The place is not well maintained. Floor is dirty, trash bin is full, and the tables are sticky. If you want a family dinner, go else where because this joint is overrun by teenagers. Without a doubt, the BEST (rare) roast beef on the planet- cooked in house, sliced to order, generous portion on #6 - it's all I ever get. Great subs (and I'm from Long Island), my only criticism is I do think they overdo the 'Mike's Way' oil and vinegar and seasonings scene, way too messy, I usually get mayo (have to ask for it) and just a few shakes of vinegar. (And if they had salads like cole slaw and potato, I'd be in heaven!) I used to come here all the time but got out of the habit for a couple years - nothing wrong, just because habits change. The only things I noticed different are 1- the sub roll (and please don't call them hoagies, I never heard that word until I moved out of NY tri-state area - our local term was 'hero' sandwich, or submarine) tastes just a little less awesome than before- it used to be so fresh you could smell them baking and occasionally got one still warm from the oven, but still, no other chain's rolls can compete (quiznos used to years ago, but changed their recipe.) And 2- the tomatoes didn't look as red and ripe as they should, these were orange hothouse types with the yellow core, totally uncalled for in the middle of summer! The staff is a bunch of high school and college kids; as such, they move so fast they do not listen and let you finish your order before they start making it (I like Swiss instead of provolone), and probably don't go around and clean tables too often, although generally they are well-trained, very pleasant, and seem to take pride in their work. read more

I drive over 30 minutes to get sammiches here!!! The only sub shop around my house is Subway...enough said (*dry heave*). The hour commute is worth it. We've gotten large catered orders from this location as well and have been very happy with the service and product. The staff is always friendly and the ingredients are always fresh. Their cheesesteaks are GREAT, especially Chipotle style. My only wish is that their regular sized subs were just a bit larger. read more

This place is amazing, it is so much more than a sub shop, it is a place you can go and get a 10/10 meal and service. The food is out of this world and fast to get. I always get a cheese steak and I always love it. The staff is amazing, everybody is so nice and kind. There is even a family working there. A dad and 2 sons work there and they are all very kind and always there. The 2 sons are always joking around, but getting the subs out and that makes everybody happy and people have a good time.
