The quesadilla had great taste and texture. the adobo chicken had nice seasoning, pico de gallo and cilantro kept it fresh, and the cheese crust was crispy and gooey in all the right ways. Street style chicken tacos were delightful. soft corn tortillas held up great, grilled chicken was juicy, and the salsa verde, fresh guac, pickled red onions, and cotija gave it that authentic street taco vibe without being overwhelming.
