I'm writing this review for the employees and not the food. I came in and was on the phone but I let people go ahead of me and when it was my turn the first person to acknowledge me asked what I wanted and immediately they turned their attention away. Therefore, another person asked me what I wanted and they started my order. By then I was getting annoyed because I had to repeat my order a second time which I clearly stated what I wanted the first time. While the sandwich artist was making it I asked for mayo and mustard and they said sure. Now I bite into my sandwich and it's 100% dry. I can't believe I have to go out of my way to a grocery store to pick up some mayo and mustard for a tiny sandwich. I'm beyond annoyed and the people who work here need to be more attentive instead of just brushing off a SIMPLE request. I'm disappointed with this location I highly doubt I'm going to come back here. read more

Really enjoyed my sub here. I had a regular size and it was good for two meals (I don't eat huge portions, so it might be plenty for many people). If you think you're going to save half, skip the oil and vinegar and it will taste just as good a few hours later. There is plenty of meat and cheese that all tasted quite fresh on the sandwich and the bread was fresh, soft but with a firm structure - might have been my favorite part. For the cheese steaks, I probably suggest picking them up and eating right away - for cold sandwiches delivery should not be a problem. There is only one veggie option, which looks good but could be disappointing for vegetarians - but they could be spiced up with peppers and pickles to make it more interesting and filling. read more

I just got back from a two week trip to Fiji, one for work and one for vacation. There are two things that you can not find in Fiji that I crave when I come back home; Mexican food and a nice Italian deli sandwich. I had never been to a Jersey Mike's before this past Sunday. I guess I assumed they would be like a Togo's or a Quizno's. After several plugs from my wife, a "buy one get one" coupon in the mail, and an intense craving for food other than Fijian curry we stopped in for a sandwich to go on Sunday night. There was no one there at this off-peak hour which was nice. The guy behind the counter had to be the friendliest guy behind a sandwich counter that I ever met. We sat and joked around with him as he freshly sliced the meat and cheese for our sandwiches. He even threw in a couple bags of chips since it was our first time visiting the store. We both ordered the Italian Original and mine was fantastic. The bread was soft and light inside and slightly crusty on the outside, the meat and cheese was sliced thinly but plentiful, and there was just the right amount of oil and vinegar splashed on the sandwich. How is this place a chain? I usually hate chains. I am actually a bit nervous that this place is so close to my house and that I have a buy 10 and get one free card in my wallet. The sandwich was great. I would rate it an 8.5 out of 10. The only Italian "sangwich" I like better is the "Godmother" at Bay Cities Deli in Santa Monica. The guy behind the counter, big dude with a goatee, gets an 11 out of 10 for his service and positive attitude. I will be back soon. read more

Omg. I have never been here before and I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. The employees were great so this review has nothing to do with them. They were all polite and nice but the wrap! I'm not being dramatic the first bite the chicken tasted like rubber so I figured I just had a bad piece. On to the second bite still rubber the chicken tastes like it was microwave and i just gagged and spit out the sandwhich. So disappointing I've never been here and it was HORRIBLE and it costs 9 bucks for this damn wrap up high I would have been fine with but that chicken just ruined it for me. Came here to redeem my free regular sandwich for joining their e-club and had a great experience! All of the employees were super nice and my sandwich was delicious. Love Jersey Mike's, sort of can't stand this location. Unfortunately it is closeby, and apparently I'm an idiot for thinking things will improve. They will NEVER actually look at the special instructions on individual items or the overall order when you order online. And they have NEVER once actually cut the sandwiches all the way through the bottom. Which means you wind up trying to rip it yourself while you're sitting at your desk and wind up with a disastrous mess. I give up. read more

This location has the best staff. I order frequently from this location for our lunch and learn meetings here at work. So I'm ordering multiple sandwiches anywhere from 10-20 at a time. Our family loves this place! We specifically only come to this location because of the fantastic group of employees here. The guys are fantastic. It's great to see young men as attentive and helpful each time we come in. Today I give these men high kudos dealing with a difficult customer. This customer placed a large online order during the lunch rush and came in to pick up the order only a few minutes afterward excepting his order to be priority over the long line of customers that were already there. This customers expectations were ridiculously rude and they sat there complaining about something that couldn't be resolved other than making us wait even more. I think he was just hangry! Lol either way the young man handled it very well. Today's visit made the crew here look even better. Great job guys keep up the great customer service and making those yummy sandwiches! read more

My boyfriend and I got the club sub Mike's way. I wasn't impressed. I thought the oregano was gross. Overall not a lot of flavor and it's definitely on the expensive side. I grew up in NY so I know what a Jersey or NY sub tastes like and I think what separates Jersey Mikes from the real deal is the quality of the meat. A real Italian place would have prosciutto...I've never even heard of prosciuttini until I came here. read more

Amazing sandwiches, and lots of variety. This place can get packed around lunch time on the weekdays,but the line moves fast. All the workers are very pumped and enthusiastic and more than willing to help you choose a sandwich. Get your sandwich Mike's way and you can't go wrong! Best deal is to get a giant sandwich, and have them cut it into two and wrap separately.That gives you two sandwiches for about $15! The portions are a good size. The last time I came, they almost accidentally charged me for one sandwich size larger, based upon how much they had stuffed it. read more

This is the best location that I've been to (Riverside County and Orange County) I've never seen a line that didn't move quickly through the small location. Each time I've been here (I come around the same time Between 12-1pm) I've never waited to be helped and on the off-chance there is a small wait they will acknowledge you and say they'll be right with you. Today, Corey (the manager on duty) offered his help if I had any questions and also took the time to ask about my weekend as well as tell me about his... all while working and keeping the line moving. It was definitely a great customer experience. The food is always very good and fresh. The location is always well stocked and clean . The manager (Corey) is definitely running a tight ship. I never eat here, but we got this catered for lunch. The sandwiches are OK. Generous portions of cold cuts. The bread was light, but flavorless. This. Place. Is. Amazing. OMG. The best i've ever had. I have NEVER had a better sub as long as I can remember than the ones I get from here. I ALWAYS, ALWAYS, get the #13 Italian (Mikes way is THEE only way), without fail. It's just the best GD sub in the world. I can't say enough about this place. And the consistency across the Jersey Mikes franchises is something to be admired. You can't go wrong with a Mike's. Mike's way all the way. I'm going to go get me a #13 today.... Something was tell me just walk walk out and give it another chance another day. Went in the afternoon weekend, out of meatball, out of white bread, several gnats or small flys were all over the food prep area. Since there was a bit of a line, my sandwich half was open for several minutes and fly was chillin on it for several minutes, I asked if he could just replace that one side of bread and he did... but less than a second later it was replaced by another bug. Staff just seemed generally annoyed. The other two time I tries JMS the food was good and workers seemed really up beat. Every establishment has off days but this place is not cheap either, 4 regular subs, 4 chips totaled $30+ bucks. I will likely give it another try, but just not right away. read more

I went to Jersey Mike's on the Katy fwy with my mom a couple weeks ago and it was my first time there. I had a great experience, the sandwich I had was amazing! The employees Jeneva and Mike had a really great customer service! I had Jeneva's favorite sandwich, I think it was the number 11 I can't remember which one, but it was a great sandwich! Well I did go eat there today I thought the staff was friendly but at lunch time don't go there is way too long of a line you will waste your whole lunch. I have to admit, I was eating Whole Food sandwiches everyday since it's right across the street. Just went here on a whim, and they do everything fresh. They cook the bread in the morning, they told me it takes 3 hours or prep for bread and meat before they open. This is by far the best sandwich spot in this area... I usually go with an Italian.. but their Philly Cheese Steak is MUCH better than Philly's best... If you haven't gone here yet, go NOW!!! you will not be disappointed. read more

Since I am recuperating from illness and just back to work one of my co-workers brought me a sandwich from Jersey Mikes above. It was fresh and good tasting I have never had a bad sandwich from Jersey Mikes. Turkey Breast, tomatoe, avocado and lettuce, onion. Mustard for condiments and it hit the spot. This will be a regular lunch stop for my husband and me now. I loved that the deli meat wasn't sliced until we ordered. Same goes for the cheeses. The bread had a thin crunchy crust and then a nice chewy inside and the tomatoes were very fresh. Next time though, I'll pass on doing it 'Mike's way' without the bacon and mayo and I recommend going light on the oil and vinegar. They kinda shower it on. read more

Their sandwiches were delicious, and the customer service was great. I recommend trying Mike's Way for toppings on your cold cuts. I ordered my cold cut sandwiches Giant size, and the portions were huge. It's good to see quality meats, bread, and cheeses being used in a chain sandwich shop. Eating here made me regret all the times I ate sub-par sandwiches at Subway. The staff were very helpful, and I was pleased to know that all sales/profits from today were donated to charity. Best subs I've ever had, I love Jersey Mike's everything Mike's way, if I had to eat a sub every day it would be from Jersey Mike's!

I love the sandwiches and they frequently have specials for free or reduced cost sandwiches. My only complaint is that I frequently have an issue with their coupons. If there is a code on the coupon -- no problem. If it is a coupon that has to be presented in the store and/or doesn't have a code, there is always an issue. One store that I go to simply can't figure out how to make the discount and the other store really has to put in extra effort for me to get the savings. I usually have to call the order in and tell them I have the coupon, then use my card at the register so that they can apply the discount. That procedure defeats the purpose of being able to order on line and just walk in and pick it up. read more

I came to this Sandwich Shop Thursday night after work, never been there before. I ordered 2 sandwiches to go (they weren't for me). The staff was so nice and after watching their employee make the sandwich, it made me want to try one, it looked soooo good! I wish I had asked him name, but I didn't. He said to please come back and try a sandwich, that I wouldn't be sorry. A customer in line, agreed with him and urged me to come back also, saying it's the ONLY sandwich place he will go, as it's THAT good! I did go back, had a Club Sub, I'm hooked now!!
