    #17 Mike's Famous Philly

So I've recently become OBSESSED with Jersey Mike's. But hadn't yet visited this location. I was highly impressed by the young man who was working behind the counter. He was kind and very professional, even as a line began to form. He remained cool, calm and collected. The sub was delish too! First time trying Mike's famous Philly and it was DELISH! I will continue to visit this location and just JM's in general.

Probably the best Jersey Mike's location I have ever been to. While on the whole, I think these days it has gotten a little too expensive for what it is across the board, if I am going to go in there for a sandwich, I at least want to know I'm getting a generous portion of meat and toppings for my buck on fresh bread. As per usual, my wife and I split a giant sub because that's the most cost effective way to do it. They're happy to make the two halves differently and pack them up as if they were two orders, but just charge the one sandwich. Also, as if often the case, this one is an Italian. For me, it's the best cold sub Jersey Mike's has, along with their excellent hot subs. The employees the other day were very engaged, and the general manager (maybe owner) was there slicing meats and cracking jokes with us the whole time he made the sandwich. I felt there was plenty of the meats and cheese on there, and overall, well constructed and loaded (heavy on those hot peppers!). The location was clean, and I think this might actually be the first Jersey Mike's I ever saw in the area, so for it to be spotless and well run is a testament to the management. Even though there is another, newer, location closer... this one has proven itself repeatedly, and i'll drive a few minutes more for the consistency.

Ive never been disappointed at a Jersey Mikes. This was a great example of what is good about quick service. The bathrooms and restaurant eating area was extremely clean. The staff was kind and friendly--they worked well together and as I was leaving they were all chatting and laughing. My sandwich was DELICIOUS! It was piled high with roast beef, lettuce, and tomato.

Disappointed with this particular store today several reasons: 1) the sandwich wasn't ready when they advised. I ordered on the app and still had to wait when I got there for them to make it 2) sitting bread out in open air is not good. I feel bad for the person who has an order for 815pm because their bread was sitting out at 639pm uncovered with the receipt sitting on top which leads me to 3) STOP SITTING RECEIPTS ON TOP OF BREAD! I JUST DONT THINK ITS SANITARY!

This location has the best staff! They greeted me as soon as I opened the door and told me someone would be with me soon. Took my order Which was a chicken philly with extra sweet peppers and made it to perfection. Also asked if I need a drink, chips or cookies. They are only allowing 8 people in the store at a time. They have marked the floors so you know exactly where to stand while waiting/ordering and masks are required and it's enforced.

I give Jersey Mike's 5 start because they have the best sandwiches for any chain sub place. Better than most independent places as well. I don't know what it is. Maybe it is the bread, or fresh sliced deli meats and cheese, but they have the best subs hands down. I have been eating at Jersey Mike's for around 15 years. Sometimes they can be lacking in customer service. I also don't like how they put a tip line on the bill. But for many years this locations has had good customer service. The manager is a character, in a good way. He usually has people laughing. Prices are high, but you get what you pay for. Best subs and sandwiches in town.

The inside was very clean and the staff was hard at work. We ordered off the kiosk and got to spend as much time as needed figuring out what we wanted to order. I got the sweet & spicy bacon burger, fries and an OJ. My husband got a double Whataburger with fries and a fountain drink. Our food was brought out by a very pleasant and polite young lady with orange in her hair. I'm sad I didn't catch her name as she was wonderful! My OJ was missing but she had no problem grabbing me one when asked! We tried a fry on the way home, and I'm glad we did. We have about a 15 min drive and the fries did not hold up hot and fresh. They were still good, but that first car fry was amazing! We'll definitely dine in or eat the fries in the car next visit! The burgers were phenomenal. They were full of flavor and the toppings complemented them nicely! They were nice and hot when we got home as well! Only downside was the missing sauces in our bag. Not a deal breaker and I should have checked before we left, but it's okay! We have ketchup at home and I hadn't yet decided how to use my ranch! Great experience and we will be back to this location!

I ordered through Uber Eats, so I can't fairly rate the atmosphere or service. This review is based…read moresolely on the food. I ordered the Daddy's Philly with a side of pesto pasta salad and banana pudding. The Phily was really good. It came loaded with cheese, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, jalapeños and Garlic mayo on a soft bun that wasn't soggy or stale. I was a little surprised because, despite the jalapeños, I didn't find it spicy at all. I love garlic but I think I would prefer regular mayo to the garlic mayo. Compared to other cheesesteaks I've had, I'd give it a 7.5/10. Instead of fries, I chose the pesto pasta salad. The pasta itself had the perfect chewy texture, and I honestly wanted to keep eating it. Unfortunately, it was too salty for my palate. I could only manage a couple of bites, which was disappointing because the texture was amazing.....like how do you get your pasta to that texture, spill the beans! Haha For dessert, I tried the banana pudding. It was good, but it wasn't my favorite style. I personally prefer banana pudding that's light, fluffy, and silky. This one was much thicker and heavier than what I grew up eating, so it just wasn't my preference. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, especially the Daddy's Philly. Of course, everyone's tastes are different, so these are simply my personal preferences. I'd still encourage you to give it a try and decide for yourself. Ciao for now!

The turkey burger was also a standout- juicy, well-seasoned, and generously sized. While the truffle fries were soft rather than crispy, they were surprisingly delicious and full of flavor. Even during a busy time, the wait was very reasonable, making for a smooth dining experience. There was plenty of convenient parking, and the staff was welcoming and friendly from start to finish. I would definitely return and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an outstanding meal.

I ordered the #2 sliders, one Hot and one X-Hot... lol holy smokes the extra heat will light you up. I honestly can't even imagine trying the Reaper level. I also got a large chocolate milkshake and it was amazing -- super creamy and a perfect balance to the spice. The fries were awesome, perfectly seasoned, and surprisingly not too salty at all (which I really appreciated). Service was a little slow, but honestly? That's because everything is made fresh. I'll gladly wait a few extra minutes for hot, fresh food instead of something that's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Overall, 9/10. Great food, bold flavors, and totally worth the visit. Highly recommend!

Service was pretty good, about what we expected; and the atmosphere was as advertised, bright colors, loud music, lots to look at. I highly recommend this place to the right customer, that customer just isn't me.
