When this Jersey Mikes first opened, it was great. Staff was very friendly, Sandwhiches made with love, and seemed like a good addition for the mountain. Then, something happened, and it went downhill fast. Less employees working, the employees that were working did not seem interested in helping, orders messed up, paid for extra meats were not extra, and overall just started declining. Today, Wednesday 7/15/26 I entered at noon with my trained service dogs and placed an order for a turkey sandwich. After the sandwich was prepared--without the turkey--the employee repeatedly told me to go outside and said I was not allowed inside because of the dogs. I explained that they were service animals, but she would not listen. I was ultimately pushed out while still trying to pay for an incomplete order. The interaction was unnecessarily hostile and embarrassing. Management should review both what happened and its staff training regarding service-animal access. One of my service dogs gave a brief bark when a child approached us quickly. I immediately had her under control. This lake arrowhead location actually has preteen children working there. I'm talking about 11 years old!! These kids I believe are the owners kids and are extremely rude and obnoxious to customers. I asked one of these kids why they are working there and was told by the kid that the owner is their parent!! I'll be taking this problem further by reporting to corporate. read more

My boyfriend picked up lunch here for the both of us and our friends before we went out to the island on the lake for a picnic. He said it was pretty crowded and he did have to wait a while for our food even though he ordered ahead online. It was lunch rush though and in the middle of summer. I got the #8 club sub, jalapeno chips and a pepsi to drink. Once my boyfriend got our food we went to the island for our picnic. I order a chicken bacon ranch the first time I went they didn't include lettuce or tomato, second time I went they didn't include bacon and made it on the wrong bread. It almost feels like they are finding new creative ways to mess up my order. So disappointed with this store.. I love Jersey mikes and order all the time from my local shop. This one has completely failed. It's a busy day as expected after the first big snow of the year and there is not an adult to be seen.. just a bunch of teenagers. So, guess what, I ordered an hour ago on the app and am still waiting because they didn't start the order until we got to the front of the line. On top of it, the employee at the front of the line gave my wife a bunch of attitude after she waited forever. And now we are waiting longer since they ran out of bacon and have to make more even though there would have been enough if they just made the order within 15 to 30 minutes of us ordering. Everyone is just running around like chickens with heads cut off. Very unsanitary too at this shop. Havnt eaten the food yet because, well, I'm still waiting, however, I don't care if it is the normally delicious Jersey mikes, this is a complete fail for me. Ordered delivery, horrible decision. They should NOT be working with DoorDash. I ordered at 2 pm and received food at 3:20, having made my own meal at home. The sandwich was made within minutes of ordering and was soggy on arrival, with too much mayo. The sandwich employee couldn't seem to remember any details about my order (e.g. the part about no mayo); however he was entirely confident that Jersey Mike's policy does not allow for refunds or remakes or sandwiches left to get nasty by the delinquency of DoorDash. The woman who did ultimately get my sub took a half hour to get from the village to my home, which is fifteen minutes away. She dropped that sandwich at my door, called my phone for two rings simultaneously, hung up the moment I answered, and ran away so fast I couldn't hand her the $20 tip. Absolutely amazing how many stupid people came together to utterly fail at my sandwich. A terrible day for the brands of Jersey Mikes and DoorDash, as well as a bad day for the driver who just ignored the best tip of the day as she hurriedly lumbered off for McDonalds. The service here is not good. We ordered on the app while waiting inside. We waited for probably about 15 minutes and still didn't see our order so asked one of the employees if it was ready. I don't ever write a negative review on any restaurant or business, but I had the most bizarre experience coming to this establishment that I had to write a review and hopefully the owners are aware of what their employees are doing to their business. We came into the shop excited to have a sandwich since my family and I are big fans of Jersey Mike's subs. Nobody greeted us or asked how they could help, which I am okay with. There were three employees. One girl was busy slicing on the meat slicer machine, another employee was carrying sodas to the fridge and the other employee was walking back and forth We looked at the menu and talked about what we were going to order for some time. We continued to wait with no one asking if they could help or if we were ready to order. I figured they were very busy, even though we were the only costumers there. We waited patiently for about another 10 more minutes and finally asked if anyone could help. The girl responded that she was cutting lettuce and could not help. The other employees stared at us with blank stares. My husband asked if anyone was making sandwiches and the girl responded that she was busy cutting lettuce with the meat slicer and that was the only meat slicer available, so they could not make our sandwiches. I looked at the counter and there were three trays of chopped lettuce, which I said, "But you have multiple trays of lettuce." She said they had ran out of lettuce and needed more and was very rude about it. I asked if she could pause her lettuce cutting as she clearly had multiple trays, so someone could make us a sandwich and the rude girl said, "no" and continued to chop another head of lettuce. We walked out as they refused to make our family sandwiches. I had NEVER had anything happened to me like this at any business. read more

Ants everywhere!!!! This place is disgusting. This is the third time I've gone in and it's been extremely dirty. The floor behind the counter has food everywhere, the sandwich prep area has food everywhere. It's not busy at all and there are two kids on their phones. We wait to order sandwiches. Then on my wrap I get 4 pieces of meat. I ask the kid if that's all of the meat that I get and he says, "Yeah, if you want more it's an up charge." I tell him okay and he puts 4 more pieces on and when I go to check out it's a $3.65 up charge. What the heck? Then we go to sit down and there are ants everywhere! I tell one of the kids and he seems confused, like he doesn't know what an ant is. Then I look around and the ants aren't just under our table, they are on the soda machine and all along the outside wall. I LOVE Jersey Mike's, but we won't be back to this location.
