Did not appreciate how I was treated differently here than a "regular" customer. I waited 10 min outside in the 90 degree weather only to wait another 6 minutes inside. While I was waiting inside, a "regular" comes in and the cashier yells " we didn't get your online order today x." The lady said she had a hard time. The cashier then says to not worry and that they will take care of her, WHILE there is a line in front of her. The whole time this cashier and the lady were yelling back and forth so he can accommodate her and her order. She paid before me even though I was next and was given her order first. NOT FAIR AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sandwiches are good with fresh ingredients, but doesn't make up for how unfair this establishment treats others. read more

Our family doesn't frequent Jersey Mike's often. We've been Subway frequent flyers for a long time but that is changing. My son is allergic to gluten so we were thrilled when we found out JM offers GF bread. I must say the staff took his allergy very serious and took the correct precautions to ensure cross contamination didn't happen. My son enjoyed his sandwich thoroughly and said it was delicious. They were made promptly but one of the employees forgot they had to leave and didn't inform the manager, who seemed annoyed by it, who then was kind of unpleasant to us. Jersey Mike's has a quality sandwich , great customer service and they always get your order correct. I call ahead or place the order ahead on line and it's always there waiting for me. I'm disappointed to say that the quality of this location seems to have gone downhill in recent months. This is the second time that I ended up throwing away a sandwich from here. I'll spare you the details, but one of the problems was that the roll didn't seem to be fully cooked, the tomatoes had big yellow cores and one of the meats was incredibly salty. I visited Jersey Mike's with my husband...and with an Entertainment Book coupon. I am so so so glad we had the coupon. The price of one sandwich was almost $9. For a sub shop...unacceptable. Unless it is a freaking awesome sub. We both had the chicken cheesesteak subs. There is a regular version and then a sort of deluxe version that comes with mushrooms. What was shocking to me was that they use canned mushrooms at Jersey Mike's. Canned? I should probably pause and apologize to the workers there for the look on my face when I discovered that. Needless to say, I ordered the regular version. At over $8 for a sandwich, they should be using fresh mushrooms. The sandwiches were ok. Definitely nothing special. They didn't taste overly fresh, and it was weird eating a cheesesteak sandwich on sub bread. Something about that just wasn't right. The cheese was more like a milky mush, I wasn't impressed. I will never go back. For sure it isn't worth full price, but I don't think it is worth it with a coupon either. read more

Happy National Sandwich Day! I visited Jersey Mike's today because I received a $2 off coupon via email in observation of national sandwich day. I was stoked to find out there was one right across the street from my nail salon so I headed over. This was the fastest Jersey Mike's I've ever been to! I came in at 11:30 for lunch today and they made my sandwich, mikes way of course, wrapped it up, gave me a side of dressing, and rang me up within 3 minutes. It was seriously great service! 4 stars because I need to go back and make sure this amazing service is consistent from one visit to the next. All four employees that helped me were friendly with a smile on their faces. I got the California Club as a wrap, and they wrapped it really weird; tasty ingredients though :-) The sub was too full and awkward, it was like a box. Then as I was eating it it tasted bland until the very end when I finally hit the bacon and globs of mayonnaise. Apparently, it was wrapped and cut it the wrong way, like I should have eaten it sideways. And then the cup lids didn't really fit well. it's silly to complain about the lids, but it added to the whole experience just feeling awkward... read more

I have been meaning to try this place for a while and finally had a chance to try it with the family. We ordered four sandwiches and a wrap. The first thing I noticed is everything is fresh, the meat and cheese is freshly sliced and the toppings are fresh, but limited. No black olives and no avocado. My sandwich was with mustard and mayo for condiments. You can also gets your subs "Mike's Way", which is with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a variety of spices. I will may try "Mike's Way" in the future. There is plenty of meat and toppings on the sub and the giant sub is somewhere around 16" to 18". It is very large and most people will get two meals out this sandwich. Another problem most people are going to have is the lack of bread selection. More accurately, no selection at all. No wheat choice in California? I realize this is chain from back East, but you have to make some adjustments to your market. Another problem is the price. The giant subs are around $12, which is steep considering you can get 2 footlongs at Subway for $10. The quality is better than any other sub chain, but it is hard to justify the substantial difference in price. I will probably come back here, but it is hard to see me becoming a regular. read more

So something went wrong with EAT24 APP. It was pointing to this place but when I would confirm the order was being shot to another location. I tried ordering it 2x. It didn't go through, so I did phone order. I told the girl everything I wanted: Giant Italian Sub, Mike's Way. Heavy on the lettuce and mayo. And pickles. I pre paid it and told her that my husband will be picking it up. I also requested if I can have 2 ice water with lids for my kids, 2 plates, and napkins. She said okay. I told her that I was NOT the one picking it up because I'm very pregnant and that my husband will be getting the one getting the sandwich. She understood. And I asked when it would be ready... and she said 15min. Well... my husband got there. Sandwich was ready. But my other request was not... ;( so I went in... I saw 1 girl and ask if she took my order. She said yes. And I was like... is it okay to ask for water cups with lids for my boys. She said no... Oh?!? That's not what you told me over the phone.... and then with her grumpy face... she gave me 2 cups... I wish people will just listen. If that request could not be accomodated. Then that's fine. Speak up about it! Anyways. I don't think I'll be ordering from this place. Customer service sucks. There are 3 other Jersey Mike's that use EAT24, and I like that app because you can write your request in. And they even have a section where u can ask for condiments. I talked to her directly and had some special request but I don't think they were too complicated. The sandwich was meh.. Kinda too salty. Their official Grand Opening is Thursday this week. They were sampling some of their products and handing out cards for a free Regular sub from Thus-Sat this week. Don't know how long they will be there passing them out. They brought out sample trays of their product and the subs were only so-so. I have the Turkey Sub and I thought the bread was really good and they did try to add a lot of herbs and seasonings to give the sub more wow power. Still I feel it's nothing extraordinary and I looked through the prices. I'd rather go to Subway for the $5 footlong special than here. Still if I remember to come here with my coupon I will be sure to try one of their other subs, although the coupon is not clear if you get to choose any sub. If I don't get to try their hot subs... I think the rating will go down to 2 stars... The Turkey Sub I tried today would be about 2.25 stars but since I got a card for a free sub later I will bump it up to A-OK. I can't really remember much of the turkey flavor or anything else in the sandwich except the bread and seasonings. If they can somehow figure a better way to mix everything together in taste and flavor, it might be worth it read more

This Jersey Mike's is pretty bad in comparison to others. We stopped by late in the evening looking to pick up some subs to take back home. The TV was cranked up beyond loud so that you couldn't hear anything. We had to ask a couple of times to repeat what the guy was saying and the guy taking our order ask a couple of times to repeat what we were saying. They obviously turned the TV up that loud so they could hear the game behind the counter, but when you combine the volume level with how small this particular Jersey Mike's location is... your not going to be able to hold a conversation or even order your food. The subs were good, but its way annoying to have both parties repeating themselves multiple times. 3 stars for food stars but pushed down to 1 star because the are other Jersey Mike's where you don't have to put up with this level of annoyance.
