I am writing this review for the employees that were working upon my visit today. I had a large order (24 subs) and I have to say that they did a superb job of keeping their cool and firing subs out. The line backed up a good bit and I could tell the stress in the air, to be honest I would have been pissed at me if I were them. Came here several times and I like this place: good sandwich, Mike's Way is awesome (except I don't like mayonnaise so I asks for mustard), good environment, and friendly employees - 5 stars. I had an online order today and waited half an hr for my food. I was patient because I also work in food and know the feeling of handling customers and online orders at the same time. Once I got back to work I started eating and took a few bites then noticed that I didn't have any pickles (I asked for extra pickles) so I opened my sandwich up and i just froze. These are the best subs ever! The bread is fresh, not thick and easy and the meats are so juicy and fresh! I love that they cut their meats at the time they build their subs! No dried out meats! My firs time trying Jersey Mike's. This location just opened today, 4/20/16! I ordered the chipotle chicken steak sandwich. Upon unwrapping it, I noticed the sandwich looked like someone stepped on it and threw it across the restaurant. Then while eating the sandwich, some bites were all cheese, others all onions, whoever made the sandwich stuffed everything in like a taco. Overall though, for those bites that I did get that had chicken mixed with the other ingredients, it tasted pretty decent. I would probably come back here again, hopefully a more experienced staff will be able to deliver a better product. read more

So glad to see a jersey mikes in my neighborhood. I'm giving it 3 stars and that's very generous. I know they are a new location so I'm hoping they can get it together soon. I love there tea selections, and The lady at the cash register is very nice . My complaint is with the other employees , they don't seem to be properly trained or want to be there. Please jersey mikes hire some better people that can get my order right ! I've had my order wrong 3 times so far. I've been to other locations and they all use the same bread which really makes the sandwhich but the bread here seems to be different and not as fresh or good. This has got to be the friendliest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Everyone was promptly greeted and Mona handled the cranky man ahead of me with great direction and a smile. The team behind the counter had efficient and respectful communication with each other. It takes a lot to impress me in that regard and they did. This is a great example of what the industry standard should be. If Mona is not the manager, she should be! I got the #43, chipotle cheesesteak as a wrap. They only had wheat tortillas, wasn't thrilled with that and most other locations cut the wrap in half but they didn't. Minor notes compared to my great experience! read more

My husband went there tonight 7/31/20 at 5:30 pm the girl behind the counter was rude he said no pepper on his sandwich n she kept putting it on n she the threw it in a bag with my sandwich n he said I dont want that sandwich now so he only bought my sandwich and it was supposed to be a chicken sandwich with only cheese he brought it home n it had everything on it n the bread was so soggy from the peppers I couldn't even eat it. Only been here a couple times even though I live close. I spoke to the manager named Samantha about some issues I was having with placing my order on the app on my phone. She assured me I wouldn't be charged multiple times and if I was to have been charged multiple times she would correct the problem. I enjoyed the sandwich here. I got the philly cheese steak. I use to work at Subway and I can tell the quality of Jersey Mikes surpasses Subway by a long shot. However, there is a higher price to pay. At Subway, you can get a footlong for about $6-9. Here, you get about half that for $8-9... I am not a big sub person but I wanted to see what the hype was so I tried it. The service was really good and I got a free cookie for it being my first time and for checking in. Holy moly. $40. Really? My young Polish wife wanted a sandwich. In the NYC tri state area you can just roll up to any Italian deli and get a great one. In Florida, you can go to Publix. For the same thing (with Boar's Head cold cuts) at Publix it's under $8. Yes, I know, it's worth it not to be in Florida. I agree. But there are Jersey Mike's in Florida, and it's still $14 for a giant. I get it if it's a few dollars more, but the Jersey Mike sandwich is 2x the 'normal' price! It's a great sandwich, I can't deny it. And the Giant IS a little bigger, but the price is too high. I will definitely be back to Jersey Mike's, because you will absolutely get an amazing sandwich, but it won't be my go-to place, unless there's nothing else around, and I'm just too lazy to make my own. read more

This place has consistently gone downhill. The sandwiches have little to no meat at the ends. They forget special instructions. They forget to add extra bacon or cheese. I order from this place all the time for my work at the hospital. Surprisingly, they have never messed up our orders and all our food has been delicious every time we have ordered from them. In fact, we usually order 10 to 15 sandwiches at a time. So I went there in person with a buddy of mine, and we were both impressed at seeing how professionally our orders were handled and prepared. Those 2 guys behind the counter (1/4 or 1/5/20, I think) both deserve a raise for courtesy, expediency, and professionalism in their craft. Seriously, I now understand why their subs are the best... the preparation is the same!
