I'm surprised there are so many negative reviews of this location because I've been here numerous times and never really had any issues (other than a sometimes longer than expected wait time). I have ordered in person and online (through the app) and every visit my order was correct, I was charged correctly and the items were packaged neatly. One down side to this location is that the parking lot for the plaza it is in is terrible. It can be really hard to find a spot close to the location because there are so many other busy businesses right nearby. All of their ingredients seem fresh and have tasted great. You can see them freshly making everything to order (and making fresh things like tuna or chicken salad) as well. They are on the pricey side, but not much more than you would pay for something that is fried and not as high quality at a fast food restaurant. The inside has a small seating area and is well lit and maintained. I've often seen staff cleaning the tables and removing garbage. Mike's Hot Italian is their latest creation. As much as I like their cold and hot sandwiches I don't think this one has staying power. It really didn't work. The hot pepper relish overpowered the milder tastes on the one I ate. Maybe the recipe wasn't exactly adhered to which caused it to be unbalanced. Tried it and will go back to #13 & 56 as my regulars. Service still top notch on takeout. My order was ready when promised. read more

We ate at Jersey Mike's again yesterday. It was BUSY! We didn't wait long at all. The team seemed to be working well together. We had two cheesesteaks and a few cold cuts. Everything finished about the same time and was wonderful. It was nice to see a place where everyone was so pleasant and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Great job Jersey Mike's crew! read more

First time I've ever been to a Jersey Mike's, wasn't expecting much, but was really impressed! First of all the restaurant was very clean and staff quite friendly. The hoagie (even though I live in the south, I was born in PA, so call it a hoagie instead of a sandwich) bread was toasted to perfection and the meat and cheese were gooey goodness with fresh toppings (onions, lettuce, etc). Great subs, whether hot or cold. Classic Italian is a go-to. Cheesesteak is equally delicious, with a good amount of "drip." Staff is courteous and efficient, and food is promptly delivered as ordered. Clean space for dining in. read more

I just picked up a replacement order for when they had a power outage and I paid online. I haven't eaten the food yet but there was a gentleman inside when I picked up who was extremely rude and gave absolutely terrible customer service. Placed an online order showed up at my pick up time and waited additional 30 minutes. Got my order and 3 of my 5 sandwiches were the wrong size. Had to wait another 20 minutes more. They only made the other half of hoagies they screwed up so all of my sandwiches were cold soggie messes. read more

I ordered a G13 and a G26 and I received a G6 and a R3 then when I called the store no one answered. It's bad enough that I didn't get what I asked and paid for but for them to not answer the phone and have a chance to correct their mistakes is just terrible! Perhaps if the person I'm assuming is the boss would not tell me about his wife and kid working with him my order would have been correct I've been coming to jmikes for a long time even worked at one on the west coast but this has got to be the weirdest jmikes experience I've ever had read more

We love Jersey Mike's subs. Meat is sliced when you order (hasn't been sitting sliced in a bag or pan). The freshly grilled sandwiches are incredible grilled. We love the two big kahuna options and everyone should try one of them. They also have the best unsweet iced tea, freshly brewed, in the area. While it may take a little more time for your sandwich to be made, it is worth the wait to have it done fresh and as you like it. read more

This was so good!! Everyone was so friendly and their subs were AMAZING!! The bread wasn't soggy, it was all very juicy and amazing! If I lived closer, I would come here once a week, AMAZING!! The subs are perfect for sharing with the family. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and I was HEAVEN!! I had half of the sub the next day, and it was not soggy when I ate it!! Love these subs!!!! I saw the other reviews, and I agree. They were incredibly busy, and I waited a little long than usual...... BUT.... it's because no one wants to work. Those employees are doing the best they can while others are sitting home collecting checks for not working. I applaud them for coming to work. Very slow service. I waited in line for half hour. I was second in line when I walked in, they took my order then lost the order. They were swamped and had no system in place to handle the volume. I ended leaving without a sandwich. I will not be back. read more

I am a Jersey Mike's fan - food is great (although I wish they offered munster cheese and the option of toasted subs). But there is a guy that works at the Murrysville location who takes your order who is a little over the top to the point that the interaction can be a little awkward. When I was there the other day, this gentleman was there and obviously having a bad day. He was vocal with me at least about doing "the pee pee dance" and how he had not had a break in a very long time. Immediately was awkward. Then he snapped (read yelled) at these two young (and I mean YOUNG) kids that were working there. At that point the manager or somebody in a supervisory capacity came out and in front of everybody at the counter started telling this gentleman he needed to calm down and they did some back and forth. I really REALLY dislike when employees are disciplined let alone yelled at in front of customers. The whole episode was awkward and handled really poorly by the initial gentleman and then the supervisor. The guy shouldn't have yelled at the kids, particularly in front of people. And the supervisor, while he didn't yell and was trying to diffuse the situation calmly, should have brought the other gentleman in the back out of the sight/earshot of customers. As much as I felt bad for the young kids (who wore it on their faces that they had been publically yelled at), I kind of resented that I was just there to pick up lunch and had to witness something that I found upsetting - to the point that here I am days later writing a review. I don't want anyone's job to be threatened, but it really was an unpleasant experience that gives me pause about visiting this location and ordering in-store. Unfortunate! I hope somebody pulled the two kids aside and tried to reassure them a bit before they left work that day. read more
