If I can't get to Arlington to hit Dino's, JMs is the next best option. I typical go for any sub with prosciuttini, cappacuolo and provolone. I do it "Mike's way" (WITH ONIONS, LETTUCE, TOMATOES, SPICES AND "The Juice"). Had no idea Mike's way included The Juice, don't even know what it is, but it is trademarked. Go figure. I've never been to a jersey mike.. I didn't know that mustard was available..... or what was available to put on my sub so only had mayo. Workers were not super helpful... Also ordered a club... halfway through, I realized no bacon on my dry sub... might try again because the bread was good. read more

I go to this Jersey Mikes pretty often, and any time I order online they get at *least* one major component wrong on at LEAST one sandwich. Because of this, I now try to avoid online orders so I can physically watch them make my couple of very basic sandwiches and course correct if necessary. I SWEAR that at least a quarter of the employees have computational issues and are too stuck up to care about what the customer is actively telling them when they're asked for something else. I asked for something FOUR SEPARATE TIMES and the woman at the counter started making faces like I was being stupid- so that point on I just trusted she would do it at the end. That was not the case, and this happens so often that I once again would like to reiterate that I whole heartedly believe that a solid quarter or third of the staff is mentally deficient. My wife and I stopped in real quick in the middle of the week to try them out. Haven't been to this location or any Jersey Mike's location before. I ordered the Tuna. It was very fresh and the portions size was very generous. It didn't come with cheese, so I decided to add Swiss. When she pulled the block of Swiss from the cooler and cut it on a deli slicer, that was an amazing touch. Doesn't get much fresher than that. I will tell you (as you may see in some other reviews too) Mike's way to watch them make it had me a bit curious. Very sloppy with oil, red wine vinegar and spices. However, the flavor on my sub was spot on, so I quickly got over it. We grew up in the Northeast, so maybe we are just used to that Yankee style!! She ordered a ranch chicken and we got to watch them cook/warm the chicken right there on the grill behind the counter. She also said the size was very ample and flavor good. They had some good drink choices and the overall cost was very reasonable. We joined the "club" so we will be back to peruse the menu some more. My only suggestion is I am such a veggie fan, I'd love to see olives, green peppers and other veggies available (of if they were, I missed them). read more

This is always our favorite place to get a sandwich. The staff is always really friendly, and the place is always really clean. The value of the sandwiches is right on, and they're generous With their rewards points. They'll even make stuff for my son that's not on the regular menu which is greatly appreciated, grilled cheese! read more

My husband and I just stopped in for a quick bite while running errands. I try to avoid writing reviews on chain eateries just because they're typically all the same. But our subs were so fresh and the staff was so nice. I didn't get the young man's name, but he wears black rimmed glasses and is taller. He was so pleasant, funny, and helpful! We were still deciding on what to order at the counter and he even made sure to let us know that he would be right back, he didn't want us to feel ignored or like he hadn't noticed us standing there. It was so refreshing to talk to someone at a food counter who was pleasant, attentive, and who seemed like he really did want us to enjoy what we ordered and to have a good day. Went there for first time today. Sandwiches were good but the staff was unorganized, the soda machine was not working and when they got it to work there was no ice. So I returned my soda cup because they had no ice, there were not going to offer me a refund. I was just asking for a refund on the soda. I had to press the issue to get the refund. The sandwiches are very large but more bread then anything, not much meat. Also watching them make the sandwiches with the amount of oil and vinegar they put on turned my stomach slightly. All in all if you're trying to bulk up and don't really care about bland flavor, jersey mikes isn't bad. Priced reasonable for what you get. read more

I absolutely love the food. First time I've ever been inside a Jersey Mike's, and I ordered the huge Philly Cheesteak with the (some kind of sauce). I bit into that monster, and felt like I was gliding down a rainbow into a pot of gold. The staff was friendly (I was welcomed), but a little irritated (from expression she gave me) because I didn't know what I wanted (Was my first time). There was no-one behind me, or I would of moved. The inside could have been a little cleaner, as there was reminents of trash, crumbs, and bits of food on tables and floor, so I ate outside. Also, the bathroom needed to be cleansed. So... I give it a 3 star, as I will split, quality of food vs. staff/enviornment. Food was excellent, but inside it felt on edge. Fix those inside issues, and it could be 5 star. My recommendation... if staff and inside is nice, then eat inside. Otherwise, place your order, and take it home, or eat in the parking lot. read more

Absolutely NO sense of urgency! Three 16 something year olds working who clearly don't want to be there. Only one person in front of me who had already had her sandwich being made at the slowest pace possible. Other kid just standing at register (apparently can't move off his post), third kid busy keeping his drink refilled. Never got a greeting. After standing there 5 mins, I walked out. Clearly a management/training issue. Hire better employees. Hopefully next time will be a better experience or there won't be one. Good luck. read more
