Very poor experience overall: main issue here is the customer service which is very bad. Staff seems overwhelmed and confused, most likely not properly trained, or experienced since this location is new. Zero sense of customer relations, I wasn't greeted properly and staff wasn't helpful whatsoever. Menu isn't detailed nor clear, and staff doesn't take the time to explain much. The young cashier was probably the worst, acting pissed off and not even saying 'thank you, have great day' when handing my change. It probably would be best to teach these millennials manners. (Hoping area manager actually read this) Sandwich was ok- nothing special, it was drenched in oil and vinegar and I didn't enjoy it on top of everything else. I'll probably avoid this place although I work next door. Sad. read more

So happy with the service I received at this Jersey Mike's location! The food was great and the staff was very attentive, they even accommodated a very last minute request without batting an eye. Tried getting the regular original Italian , but asked them to spread it over a giant bread, which I would pay for as well. When I asked the manager Ashley if we could do that, she replied that they can sell me the giant loaf, but will still spread the meat over a regular loaf. Other locations have done it for me over 10 times, but in this location, Ashley decided to flex the manager muscle and just shut me down for no logical reason, while her employees were watching. The point is, if you are able to sell me a giant loaf on the side, there shouldn't be a problem placing the regular size meat over that giant loaf, vs the regular loaf that it comes with. The interaction in this location felt very demeaning to me as a customer and as a human. I'm a reasonable person, but this wasn't cool. PS The sandwich artists themselves were very pleasant. I normally love Jersey Mike's. EVERY single time I have ordered, at least five times, our order has been wrong. Today, 3 out of 4 of our sandwiches were made incorrectly. For example, my husband ordered a #7 mike's way with extra pickles & pepper relish. He got a mini turkey with ONLY mayo and 3 pickles. When I called to let them know what happened and respectfully requested a refund, Dante, the shift leader called me dramatic. I found this comment to be insulting, sexist and out of line. I don't believe he would have called my husband dramatic if he called and said the same thing. My father in law got on the phone and had to drive all of the way back for them to resolve the issue. I've been to this store about 10 times now since it's been open. Regardless of the time of day or which employees are here - it always feels mismanaged, messy and slow. The music is pretty loud and the dining area is generally unkept. When I arrived, there was a messy sandwich that had been dropped on the floor. It was still there when I left an hour later, despite the fact that they'd been asked to clean it up. Particularly bothered by their ploy for fake Yelp reviews. THEIR HOURS ARE A LIE. DON'T COME HERE AFTER 8:29 PM, YOU WILL NOT GET FOOD. My pregnant wife was craving a Jersey Mike's Philly Cheese Steak sandwich tonight, so I made an evening trip to my local store at 8:30 pm. I visit this store almost once a week, and typically have a great experience. The store closes at 9 PM, which I confimed both via the App, and via Yelp before going. However, when I arrived, I was told by the employees thatthey would not make ANY hot food after 8:30 PM. I asked them what the store hours were and they said 9 PM, but they did not have a sign posted saying that they refuse to make hot food after 8:30 pm, nor could they point me to any policy that said they wouldn't make hot food after 8:30 PM. It's quite clear that the employees start cleaning the grill early, and start locking up early so they can go home early (half the store looked closed even though there were two other customers ALSO trying to order Hot sandwiches and being turned down as well). The posted hours of the store show closing at 9 PM. Unless there's a sign posted, they should offer service until 9 PM. If it was posted somewhere that they didn't make hot sandwiches after 8:30 PM, then I could have gone to a different Jersey Mikes, but instead my pregnant wife has to go hungry instead. read more

My absolute favorite is the philly cheese steak sandwich can never go wrong with this one. This place is right next to my work and I always come here. We just ordered from this Jersey Mikes online and we arrived to pick up our food only to find out that they ran out of bread. Yep, a sandwich shop ran out of bread at 8:30pm when they close at 9pm. So what probably happened was the workers did not want to make new bread. And the way that the worker spoke to us was like, just deal with it. And do you want a wrap instead? I live about 45 mins away from this location. He made the item to my liking, if not better. I don't know what's going on with this place, it's not like it's a new business! They hire the most unfriendly people, I see In other reviews how there is no greeting, thank you's or byes. They just talk amongst themselves. That s all fine and would be great if they could make your sandwich at the same time. I love this Jersey Mike's location, it super easy to get to and there is always plenty of parking. I get the super italian sub, fantastic combo of meat. Mike's way is the best expect with the exception of onions. They got a good selection of chips and drinks. Overall, Mike's is way better than subway in my opinion. Terrible customer service. Had my friend pick up an online order and realized when he got back that they forgot my cookies. Called to see if they could deliver and they said they only delivered through postmates or door dash. Why would I pay all those fees for something I already ordered and was forgotten by the employees?? So I drove back to the store, waited for 10 minutes, then when asked what I needed, was looked at crazy for wanting what I ordered and was told I could "just grab them myself." People here needs to stop acting like it's a BIG inconvenience for them adding toppings to an order and then messing it up. Just a reminder its make it your own type chain so customers shouldn't feel pressured and rushed placing their orders. The servers should be more attentive rather than focusing on giving bad, snotty attitude. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes past that while they continued serving people and making their orders who just walked in while mine was still not being completed. Disclaimer: I don't use yelp. I don't read yelp reviews. I have never left a review before now. That being said... As far as Jersey Mike's go, this one deserves 6 stars. I've been going to JM for a while now. ScrUBWAY is just depressing. I feel for anyone who still eats there. But that's besides the point. I just want to say thank you again to the staff, especially the very nice manager. Regina I think it was. Pretty Latina with the tattoos. She works hard, and is very respectful to the customers as well as her staff. She's not a jerk to her fellow staff members. That is a problem I've seen at at least two other JMs. I won't say which ones, but one is in SM, and the other in WLA. Not just that, but I was short .50, and Regina (the manager took a dollar out of her pocket to cover it. I promised to pay her back, and I will, with a nice tip as well, when I come back. Between the high price, the looooong lunch-rush line, and the managers with horrible attitudes, I was starting to begin looking for another sandwich spot. But thank God for there being this brand new one. Cool vibe, great atmosphere for eating inside or outside in the courtyard, and best of all- happy, decent human beings who make buying a sandwich a pleasant experience. Came here for a sub... first time. Walked in to see 3 ladies making sandwiches. I am the only customer .... no look... no hello! So I stand there for a minute and I say " hello". No response ..... finally.... tall blond girl looks at me and says " I'll be with you in a moment". And I stand there. I can see they are busy.... just wanted a greeting or a smile that I usually receive from other sandwich shops. I order my sandwich. These girls are chatting amongst each other.... still no smile. Since it's grand opening in June, Jersey Mikes has been off to a rocketing start. Great service with huge patron loads, amazing grand opening coupon deals, and the staff all generally seem very nice. However, during one of my visits, I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich, and it was absolutely inedible. The marinara sauce was warm (great), the cheese was half melted (cold, and only melted from the sauce, ehh...), but the chicken was stone cold. It was supposed to be a hot sandwich, but it was as if the once-fried chicken was taken out of the refrigerator and put directly on the sandwich. Imagine biting in to a smooshy, chewy, clammy, piece of chicken coated in slimy fried skin. Not at all appetizing. I'm not one for confrontation, but I needed to exchange it. Luckily the manager was very understanding about the issue and gave me a new different sandwich in return. Apparently the chicken Parmesan is being removed from the menu due to its unpopularity (no surprises there). In addition, one suggestion I could make is more outdoor seating. The interior gets very crowded. The lobby is not very big to begin with, and with such large lines around lunch time, things get very cramped inside, especially by the soda machine. There's one, maybe two tables outside, but it would be great to have the option to take your order outdoors to a more breathable space. With all the above aside, this place delivers on satisfaction for the most part. I could easily see this spot being one of my main stops for lunch during the week. read more
