Wonderful. Pappa Geno's does a good job with that too. But -- there's enough black pepper to float a battleship! And there's nothing authentic about that! None of the original Philly cheesesteak joints empty half a can of black pepper onto their meat. Though I enjoy black pepper, my crew (including my Yankee wife) had some issues. Yo, Pappa Geno's! Enough already! Tone it down! We can add our own black peppa! (Still, this is an outstanding sandwich, as far as my taste buds are concerned.) Fries here are meh, but I like them because they warm up nicely in the toaster oven. The Disco Fries? Spot on with even the best diners along the New Jersey Turnpike!
