I love Jersey Mike's but this location is so bad. I placed on online order which already had a 45 min wait and it still wasn't ready. They ignored that order and continued to take orders of people just coming in. My last experience here was the same, it is always chaos and they are really behind and have the longest wait. They are also out of multiple different items (chips, brownies) every time I come in. They are probably just short staffed but hopefully will get things running better soon! read more

This Jersey Mike location for some reason will not cook their meats. I've tried it a few times. The steak was pink in some areas and when I ordered the chicken, it was barely cooked without getting someone sick. Both sandwiches were terrible tasting and I threw half of it out. We drive the distance, just for the customer service, Maya is the best! She knows our orders and just the way we like our subs! She always greets us with a smile and is interested in how we are, we see her 3 times a week so it's nice to actually have conversation instead of just order taking. We have a Jersey just down the street but drive to this location just for her and her sub making skills. She's always fun and keeps us laughing. Whenever I am in the area I love coming to this Jersey Mike's. Unfortunately, today was not a pleasant experience. The individual behind the counter asked with little enthusiasm what I wanted. He asked what bread and with the loud music didnt know what he had said. I politely asked him to repeat it. He rudely repeated it. I told him and then watched as he made a completely different sanwhich than the one I ordered. Again I politely asked thinking he misunderstood and Zach snapped, "this is not yours" and rolled his eyes. Well you just asked what I wanted. The cheetos were stale. I use to love this location, but after a new manager came in, it's not the same. The manager is EXTREMELY rude to the employees. I went in to get my favorite, a number 7 Mikes Way. The gentlemen who made my sandwich was very nice, made it to my specifications. I went to pay and the GENERAL MANAGER wrapped up my sub with no gloves after handling money from the previous customer . On top of that, he asked me if my sub was made correctly, I told him yes. And he proceeded to asked the man who made my sub if he made it correctly. Excuse me, I just told you it was, you don't need to be condescending to your own employees. After four wrong orders in a row the general manager assured me that he made my sandwich himself and that it would be right and guaranteed me any order after this one would be right from now on... Well guess what I should've checked it before I left it was wrong! It may seem like a small thing but I got jalapeños instead of banana peppers on the side. Usually LOVE eating here and have amazing service. Walked in very hungry today and waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order. At that point we were asked what we wanted and told that was told that our orders would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes because there was a bunch of online orders that had just come in. I took my paper and set it on the counter and walked out. Since when is the customer in the store served after those who chose to not leave their home and place an order they grub hub. This was my first time into a Jersey Mikes. We are from Chicago moving in our first to GCU University. I was blown away by the customer service, the friendliness and the EXCELLENT subs! The food quality was OK, nothing special. I may have gone back again, I don't know. But the main thing is that there was a counter woman who was not nice to my niece. She's never been there before . . .we don't know the "Jersey Mike's system" and have no idea what you are supposed to say, or how you order. Not happy whatsoever. I came in and spent $14 on one giant turkey/provolone sub, and they put wilted, wet lettuce from the bottom of the container onto my sandwich. Went there on memorial day, the place was empty. The girl making our subs seemed irritated that we were there. The music was so loud we had to shout at her and she needed to repeat herself many times. My husband ordered the meatball sub. It came wrapped and she didn't offer to put any toppings on it and we didn't feel like shouting at her again. It was very bland as well. I had a cold sub which was ok. When you go to swipe your card the first question is how much of a tip would you like to leave! Will stick with subway. Also the meat that was sliced was put on a bare table with no paper or plastic disposable covering. I hope they sanitize frequently. read more

The customer service improved dramatically from my last visit. The crew members were much nicer, polite and friendly. I had a much better experience on this visit. The food was very tasty. I had a philly cheese steak sandwich. I really enjoyed the way it was prepared with a few onions, red and green bell peppers. Wow! Everyone here is so nice. I came in to pick up some sandwhiches for a business retreat. They did not recieve my order and so my order wasn't ready to be picked up. I ordered Jersey Mike's for the first time last week and absolutely LOVED IT! Seriously- it was so good I actually deleted the JJ's app from my phone. The Italian sub was SOOO much better than what I was getting from jj's and I couldn't wait to order it again. So tonight I decided I waited as long as I could and I was getting the exact same thing... Only it came on the crusty, musty tasting cheese bread which totally overpowers the taste of the cold cuts- so that was a bummer... They also drenched it in their "olive oil BLEND" and vinegar, which I intentionally and specifically omitted... I'm pretty disappointed... Ya, it's just a couple mistakes BUT, it's a $25 dollar sandwich... That's not cheap... If I want a crappy sandwich I'll go spend 5 bucks at subway and deal with it. If I'm spending $25, I'd like to think that they would want to get it right. I tried calling and got no answer, the voicemail was too full (with other complaints?) to even leave a message... oh well read more

So today a co-worker and I decide to go to Jersey Mike's on 17th street and camelback for lunch. I ordered a regular club sub and he ordered a BLT. His sandwich came out immaculate. Tons of bacon and the right toppings that he asked for. I on the other hand did not get the same service. After my cheese and meat were sliced, they then proceeded to weigh them. I asked for lettuce tomatoes and add pickles. The employee then reconfirm if I said pickles. I said yes, pickles please. She put two small strips of bacon and called it done. I didn't watch her assemble the sandwich as I was asked to pay ahead. Once I got back to work I found my sandwich with no pickles... The sandwich was still good... I absolutely love Jersey Mike's because it gives me a taste of home (New Jersey). Therefore, I also give them a lot of business and cater from them as well since I'm a sales rep. However, this experience totally disgusted me because the individual (young kid) with green colored hair preparing my sub kept fixing their hair and then continuing to make my sandwich. The management needs to correct that because it's not sanitary at all. If the hair is an issue, then it needs to be cut to keep from having to get it out of their eyes or whatever.
