Expensive bland sandwiches. Inoffensive but far from worth the price. Cannot recommend.

Today was a rainy day. There is a Jersey Mike's Subs ~2 miles from my house. I thought rather than driving, I would help out Postmates (a driver) as well as Jersey Mikes. Large mistake. I placed the order on the Postmates app on my phone. Jersey Mikes partnered with Postmates as a delivery service, obviously, a legal business agreement. To emphasize.....They have a legal / binding business arrangement! I placed my order for two wraps that after 1 1/2 hours did not show up as the Postmates driver according to GPS made multiple deliveries ahead of mine. I called Jersey Mikes multiple times until someone answered; a Jersey Mikes' representative stated she would make it right if I wanted to come pick up the order; she would remake it at no charge. So I got in my car and drove to Jersey Mikes in the rain two hours after placing the Postmates, a Jersey Mikes business partner, order only to be told by another male worker that I would have to pay twice for the food if they thought I would get a refund from Postmates??? I have not idea if a refund will be given for an ultra late delivery from a company that Jersey Mikes partnered with??? This is NOT customer service and was a poor way to treat an existing customer who will NOT be back. read more

I just wanted to say thank you so much to the manager here!!! My Postmates driver deleted ouroffset and decided to just make the sandwiches however he wanted. I called her furious and a little rude and she offered to remake my sandwich for me ! For free! Thank you so much and again I am so sorry for that attitude... This location is awful and makes me question the practices at all Jersey Mike's. Went here and literally witnessed the manager they call Ley Ley using her gloves to handle raw meat and also toppings. Explained why we got food poisoning after going there. The restaurant always has flies as well. Disgusting. Went in to ask for the contact info for the manager's higher ups and was told by a rude male employee that they didnt have to provide me with that. I said i had a complaint against the manager and this male who I asked for his name said he didn't need to provide his name if he didnt want to. Not to mention, this male who I later found out goes by Julian, was not wearing a hat, hair net or mask while cutting meat. Then after all of that a girl named Maddie says they cant give me management's info and to call corporate with my complaint. I would have thought the franchise would want to address issues of contamination themselves, but I did just that. This place is gross. Stick with subway or another shop that believes in cleanliness and safe practices . read more

Soda refrigerator is always warm. Now they won't let customers use the soda foundation (just recently) because of coronavirus which is fine but fix your soda fridge. I let the girl at the counter know all the sofas were warm, and she said "I think we just put them in." ... you think so ?? I know you didn't because it has been this way for the last 3 times I've gotten bottled soda from there throughout the months. I had already paid. I always tip at least 20%. I said well I don't really want this if it's warm, they ignored me. I asked if they could give me a cup of ice but again they said "because of COVID" they can't. How about walk around the counter and give me a cup of ice or offer to refund my warm soda. I was telling them it isn't the first time and maybe get someone to fix it and my words just fell on deaf ears and I was ignored. Usually I have had better experiences here and other people have had better attitudes that worked there other days. Please learn how to give good customer service and take care of your customers. If there is something wrong, you find a a way to make it right, even if it's something small like a cup of ice. The jersey mikes by my house (murrieta) is still letting us use their soda fountain and I never have problems here. I think I will just stick to the one by my house instead of the one close to work.. read more

We love Jersey Mikes food, but the quality is not the same as it use to be. Went to the Poway location on Sunday and they were out of bread except for something that didn't sell. Out of bread? The loud guy behind the counter made some excuses about it. Then flies were landing on the food. They made me a new sandwich but needed to guard it from more flies. Gross. The loud guy blamed customers for opening the door as the cause of flies on our food. The sandwich was fine but the experience was terrible. Was in the Carlsbad Palomar location not too long ago and the girl behind the counter yelled at a lady in the line. Seems the area is not managed well. Hope they fix it as we are not going to put up with their management malfunctions. read more

Every time I've picked up food here, the workers have been mean, impatient, or rude. Sometimes all of the above. I've never seen anyone at this location smile and their tone is always deadly serious. The other reviews must be referring to the Pomerado location where you're actually treated with respect and positivity. read more

They always have the greatest attitude. I was just in there and got a giant #9 and in the middle of a catering order they both made my experience fun and made sure that my sandwich was perfect. Did not skimp on the toppings like other sandwich shops... They definitely are the Starbucks of the sandwich shops. ;) read more

Ordered online PAID ONLINE. My order was not completed in the guaranteed time. I actually had to Waite longer then if I would have just came in. Bright spot is the kid offered me a water cup. Make a sandwich at home save the frustration. read more

Tonight me and my wife went there and this girl named brook was working the slicer . And honestly she was just an awesome person so I thought that I would drop a positive review on her . She treated me and my wife so well that I will constantly be coming back and I hope that management looks at promoting her because her customer service skills were phenomenal.
