I've dined here several times but most recently on Thursday 4/2 at around 2PM. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially want to give kudos to the fact that the front staff went out of their way to make sure the restaurant was tidy and customers had everything that they could need in between taking orders...super appreciated! I dined with my nephew and took advantage of the kids eat free with paid adult entree which really is a great value. I had the crunch wrap and he had the chicken kids meal with fries and both were tasty. read more

Quick dinner at this very cute and clean location in Poway! It's located in a small strip mall with lots of cute indoor and outdoor seating! Ordered the Santorini bowl with extra chicken (+$2). I give this Luna Grill 10/5 stars. The customer service here is exceptional, particularly Maria. I live in Del Mar and prefer to go to the Poway location. The food is excellent and very fresh and the wait time is very minimal. The staff would check in if we needed anything and they even brought some hot pita while we were waiting, which is above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you Maria and your team for top notch customer service. Your beautiful energy, spectacular customer service, and your genuine hospitality made for an extremely impactful experience, one that you will never forget. I highly recommend this Luna Grill. However, with great food, prices, quality, and customer service brings strong loyalty and we have followed Luna Grill to Poway. I have to say that this location in particular has fantastic Customer Service! Offering water while waiting to checking in on customers dining to providing a cookie for a longer wait to really just a warm and welcoming environment. For $26, I expected a decent meal, but instead I got overcooked protein and a very small portion of rice. Luna Grill markets itself as a fast-casual spot, but they're charging full restaurant prices without delivering the quality to match. The employees that work at this location are amazing. My son and I love coming here together, he calls it "our spot" and today was a good reminder of why we love it. I have to shoutout Riley for being so honest and kind, I called in a panic after realizing I left my Oura ring in the bathroom, she was kind enough to retrieve it for me and in a moment where she could have kept it and I'd be none the wiser she kept it safe until I could retrieve it. I'm so grateful for her honesty. The manager here is also wonderful, I've seen and heard the way she interacts with the employees and you can tell she puts effort into building them up and having positive relationships. This will forever be our favorite Luna grill location. read more

I had ordered Luna for an office lunch threw a 3rd party vendor and although I was tracking the delivery, the driver NEVER showed up with the food to the Dr's office (for catering)!!! This was NOT ordered via Luna grill it was ordered from EZ Cater....I called Luna grill and Maria the manager said she would "take care of it"....it took a little longer b/c they had to remake the ENTIRE order (the EZ Cater driver TOOK THE FOOD, the ENTIRE $500 order and disappeared)!!! But Maria and Luis (who was first day on the job)....came and saved the day!!!! Thank God they came, the office was happy, they saved me as I was so close to having to order them pizza :(! I appreciate them stepping up and hope that their Regional Manager reads this and acknowledges them for the great team work as the worked together to fulfill the order for me (and my company) thank you!!! read more

Nice, crispy pork belly cut into the perfect bite sized pieces. Loved the mango serrano salsa! UBE CHEESECAKE: I wanted the minis but they were out at the time, so I ended up getting the full sized one. It's still not too big so perfect for 1-2 people. Good flavor and not overly sweet! Overall, great Filipino food although pricey for what it is; I got a bit of sticker shock when my total showed up. It's also a bit out of the way, but I'd definitely return to try other menu items if I'm ever passing though the area again. Definitely just a once in a while visit for me anyways because of the cost.

I've heard great things about this place. Didn't feel like driving to it though because it was a long day at work. I ordered through Uber Eats and I got the Bulgogi, chicken wings (sweet/spicy wet rub), corn cheese and the Soondubu tofu soup. Bulgogi - 7/10; the portion was amazing however I felt that it was lacking flavor. Chicken wings - 8/10; flavor was there it was just a little bit too salty Corn cheese - 9/10; flavor was good, could have had more cheese for the cheesepull lol Soondubu tofu kimchi - 8/10; great portion size & solid flavor Food comes with rice, fish cake, sprouts, cucumber, kimchi and Korean mac salad. Great portion sizes as they were very generous. Flavor was 8 out of 10 in general. i'll have to drive here in person to order from there and try the eel bowl and kimbap.
