I got the #44 Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak and it's smashed/soggy. It's missing the lettuce and the tomato that is supposed to be on it too. My husband's was missing cheese. This location - on the positive side is close to everything in Queen Creek, and prepares your food - once you get it - the way it's ordered, and it's consistent, and always tastes good. The issue here is getting your food. We order here regularly, and I'm reporting an issue that is consistent and persistent. So if you order your food to go - take note - they're always late. The reason here - if you place your order at 12:35pm You'll get promised at 12:50pm pickup time. In most restaurants- your on-line order then gets in line with the people in the store - and your food gets delivered to you on time. Not so here - my 12:35pm order on 10/1/2020 was due at 12:50pm. I walked in at 12:50p to pickup my order. Where's my order? Not ready. Store manager says it will be right out. There are 5 people in line - in the store. I wait and wait - all 5 people in line get served, and then after all 5 people get served - my order gets prepared and delivered to me with ' thank you for your patience'- polite enough but that's the problem - these people don't even understand what the issue is. I spoke with the oblivious manager for about 5 minutes about the issue - no refund, no offer of 'it will be better next time' , or we'll - Nothing !! Jersey Mike's - if you want to do business on-line - change the ordering process so that on line orders are treated with the same priority as people standing in the store. We place orders on line - and expect that you'll give them at least the same priority as people in the store. The absolutely ridiculous thing here is - I leave a tip on my order - just to ensure it gets treated with some priority - wtf ??? Never tried their food until a coworker bought us lunch after coronavirus closed us to the public. Love the cheese steak and have ordered it multiple times since. I usually have the hubs pick it up after I order from the app UPDATE: We order from a couple locations (Chandler for work and Queen Creek for home) and have never had an issue with their food. Every sandwich has been made to order. My favorite is still the cheesesteak. It reminds me of the ones we used to get in PA growing up more than any other I've tried in AZ. I really like using the app to order. I've tried the tuna which is pretty good but I think I'll stick with the cheesesteak. read more

Not only did they allow me order my sub but I also experienced exceptional customer service. I Got my sub at the same time there were 5 other employees. 3 of them were having some kind of meeting and 2 served me. I want to give a great big thanks to Shelby, Alyssa, Johnna, Ellis and Dallin. Ordered through Grubhub and when I opened the sandwich, the bread looked concerning. I thought it was moldy, strange coloring. I called, let him know I had a Grubhub order and my issue. The employee clearly didn't want to help me. He assured me that there was no mold on the bread. I assured him that something was not right with it and I didn't feel comfortable eating it. He said what would you like me to do and I asked for a refund. He said ok, it will be on your card in 3-5 business days. This was without asking me a single question about my order so I'm not sure how he knew what card to refund. I asked him how it was going on my card with it being through Grubhub and that's when he said he couldn't help me at all and I had to call Grubhub. Tonight there was probably seven different workers there and every single one I spoke to was so rude and rushed me. I didn't get my sub the way I like to because the guy was just rushing me so bad! When I was standing in front of the guy trying to pay, I had to ask if he was going to check me out? Complete just ignored me! They all seem so miserable and hate their jobs so of course they take it out on the customers. Stopped in here last night around 9:40pm to hopefully get a sandwich togo, they are open until 10pm. I was going to order online but didn't because of the time and my luck they wouldn't see it until after closing. First thing I noticed when I showed up is that other than the neon "Open" sign, they appeared closed. I'm talking dining room lights were off, chairs were on the tables, clearly these guys were ready to go home. I still went in and even the food had all been out away. It took a minute or 2 for someone to see me bc they were cleaning. He offered to make the sandwich but I didn't want a thrown together sandwich and didn't want them to have to unpack everything. I'm giving 2 stats bc the guy offered to still make the food and bc the place is clean. Not sure if this is the norm but seems very unprofessional to me. If your sign says 10pm, you should be open and ready for business until 10pm. This place is off the chain, they got brownies ice tea lemonade and I got a the chipotle Philly chicken-steak on wheat, yeah buddy! They have a excellent patio to watch the sunset and it is next door to sprouts and harkins. The crew is super friendly Trent gave me WiFi, and Vincent, Alyssa, and Lorissa make a great team. which says a lot about the company itself, they make the subs with love.
