I love Blaze Pizza! They had a special lunch promotion going on for weekdays so I took the opportunity to enjoy it! You're able to get a half pizza, drink, and choice of salad or bread for just $11ish bucks! I'd say that's a steal, and it was worth every bite! Employees here are hardworking, there were only three people in the floor and they had a big line when we arrived. I will say that their dining area was a bit messy, there was a spilled drink on the floor and many wet floor signs. Their lemonade was also very low and not stocked. Always love Blaze. We came here while in the area and was happy of the new addition to the menu, meatballs! The meatballs are huge and its is very tasty with generous amout of ricotta and sauce. I love dipping the cheesy bread on this. Their pizza is still legit and has been consistent in all locations. Today is July 30th, 2023 This by far has to be the worst ran franchise I've ever been to. I was in line for 20 minutes watching the staff casually not move anyone forward and no one looked busy! Which was very interesting to watch. This work flow is due to a lack of leadership in the managerial position, no one knew what they were doing or wanted to do anything. You hired a person who has been there for a while, I'm assuming, but lacks the basic skills to lead a team. I've seen lemonade stands operate better than this place. You have everyone laughing and standing around no one stationary doing one job letting them, in front of customers, do what they want. Ofcourse we got a build your own pizza! I got the cauliflower crust Ofcourse because that's the ones that I like, and so far one of the best cauliflower crusted pizza I've had so far. We used to love this place and we're excited to eat here again after so long. Unfortunately, the staff and I had a hard time communicating because of the glass wall between us. Pandemic considerations: they have a sanitizer by the door.. but it was empty. They have social distancing markers on the way in and have tables blocked to promote more space between customers. The manager was very mean, when I wanted to add cheeses on my food, but gave me a straight face as if I've done anything bad to her. She also has a teenage looking worker that gives the same staring face. No, I don't want to come here ever or unless they change someone nicer to be a manager and respects her Customers. My husband and I have visited this Blaze Pizza location several times and have always had a positive experience with friendly staff and well-crafted pizzas. Service is efficient, the establishment is always clean, and the pizza always tastes great. Located in the Ontario Mills mall, this Blaze Pizza location has both a mall entrance and dedicated store front entrance from the mall parking lot. The establishment is closest to the newer part of the mall where Coach, Uniqlo, and North Face are located. Blaze Pizza is a quick service restaurant that allows patrons to create their own personal pizzas (or choose from some of their pre-set, Signature creations). They have many options for toppings to satisfy different taste palettes and diets. More so, they offer several crust options to suit the dietary needs of all pizza-lovers (i.e. gluten free, keto, cauliflower crust, and traditional pizza crust). This is one of the things we love most about Blaze Pizza! Recently tried the keto crust and loved it. The staff at the Ontario Mills location are consistently friendly and patient as they go down the sauce and toppings line to build your pizza with you. They do a great job of checking in to see if the amount of whatever you're requesting is enough to your liking, and put care into crafting the pizza thoughtfully (while still being efficient). All pizzas you build are then cooked to order in the 'blazing' oven. My favorite pizza from the Signature creations is the White Top, however, during my last visit they ran out of white sauce.
