I went and I saw they are not refilling food supplies. I asked for certain ingredients and they didn't have it. It also wasn't even late in the day. I have ordered online before but they add very little toppings and sometimes forget something so I find that going into the store and telling them what you want is best, plus you can tell them to add more! It surprised me to see the restaurant very relatively empty-ish at Noon on a summer day when other parts of the food court had long lines. It immediately made sense. The best pizza in the world? No. BUT one of the better dining options if you're shopping at Ontario Mills. Consistent, speedy and tasty. I'm never expecting to be WOWed when I eat here, but it does the job as far as satisfying the hunger and curbing the hangriness. This branch is always busy but the employees tey their hardest. I will say that it can be super slow so you have to be patient since they get alot of online and in person orders. Blaze is my favorite place for build your owns. First time at this location though! It's located inside ontario mills, and they had outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating as well. The employees were fast and efficient with the pizza making, which was great because my toddlers were hangry. I found all the ingredients fresh today, but one of our pizzas came out too burnt. Even so, the pizzas are usually crispy and delicious. I love that you can choose all your favorite toppings for the build your own, and you can always ask for a little more, if you want more of something. If you're considering prices compared to fast food pizza, it's definitely not the cheapest considering it's more of a personal pizza. Always love Blaze. We came here while in the area and was happy of the new addition to the menu, meatballs! The meatballs are huge and its is very tasty with generous amout of ricotta and sauce. I love dipping the cheesy bread on this. Their pizza is still legit and has been consistent in all locations. The only thing I can say of the Blaze ontario mills location is that they need to fill up the utensils, refill the ice on the drink machine, and refill the ice teas. However, the staffing (at the time I went w my daughter) was very underwhelming. This was the day before July 4th at about 3:30pm. When I told the staff that Carbonation was out, one male changed out the CO2, never told me he did do. Still wasn't working. Today is July 30th, 2023 This by far has to be the worst ran franchise I've ever been to. I was in line for 20 minutes watching the staff casually not move anyone forward and no one looked busy! Which was very interesting to watch. This work flow is due to a lack of leadership in the managerial position, no one knew what they were doing or wanted to do anything. You hired a person who has been there for a while, I'm assuming, but lacks the basic skills to lead a team. I've seen lemonade stands operate better than this place. You have everyone laughing and standing around no one stationary doing one job letting them, in front of customers, do what they want. This was embarrassing to witness so I just left, ruined my craving of pizza. Definitely not worth the wait. They have cleaning material if u want to clean your table, but you have to do it yourself. Drinks are self -serve but they give u the lid in a sleeve so that was comforting.
